Bodrum kebab in Aylesbury Vale

Used to be really good, changed owners recently and quality and value has plummeted, stingy portions , guy who serves is miserable, now get about half the meat in a donar than you used to. Tried it 3 times in case it was just a changeover thing, but won’t go back again

This place has gone right down hill

Bodrum used to be the best kebab in Aylesbury, we had a bad one and avoided since. So tonight I said to the mrs let give it another go and it was awful. Cold meat throughout the kebab, pitta bread was like raw dough. Do not waste you’re takeaway with bodrum.

BODRUM kebab food is delicious & customers service is well.

It was a great experience. I went their first time and I found that the staff very supportive. Their food is very nice and fresh. I love to visit bodrum kebab again and again.

I ordered from Bodensee as specifically wanted rice not potatoes or chips, order arrive with chips, no rice, tried to contact restaurant, line is out of order!!!!!

Disgusting service 2 hours wait and cannot get hold of them. Don't ruin your evening by ordering from them

Went in the shop yesterday and had the Lamb kebab. Very large portion and amazing taste.

I'm not sure where to start. Absolutely dreadful, I ordered a mixed kebab, it was overpriced and extremely salty. The chicken was uncooked which completely put me off. I've never been served raw chicken in a kebab shop before. Avoid at all costs!!!

Lovely people and I did buy food from here but I’ve just thrown away my food from today due to not just one hair in my food but several. Sadly really disappointed and won’t be back now as felt sick after seeing so many hairs :-(

Have always ordered from here/collected since living in Aylesbury (almost 2 years now). Never had any issues with the food or staff. There is always a nice slim guy in the shop and I believe he is the one who answers and takes orders, he is very nice and friendly. Today we tried to make an order but the guy wasn’t very friendly as we said we always order and the amount comes to £12-12.15 and free delivery but, he was so sure that it’s not possible and so on... which is not correct. Anyways we ordered today and this will be last time as the prices have clearly gone up as well as delivery charge is £4!!! Not happy at all and will not be ordering from here anymore which is a shame ☹️

Best authentic Turkish kebab shop in town staff really friendly

The food was good but big problem though...there’s pandemic going on, it’s 2020 and they don’t take card. Hassle of going to a cash machine to come back and food is cold. Contactless transactions are accepted everywhere and this company would prefer to pay just eat 30% and a delivery charge on their customer. Makes no sense

How people like this place I don't know food was very bad recooked meat half raw Burger dark brown chips and onion rings I didn't even eat it I gave it to the dog.....yuk!

Personally, never had a problem here. Always come here for a Kebab in Aylesbury. My wife is extremely fussy when it comes to kebabs and she rates it, so it must be good!

Excellent kebab house. Love the £17 special kebab for two. Quality, fresh salad, chilli and garlic sauce. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty average. Lacking flavour - certainly not as good as a proper Greek shish kebab.

1st order and last order !!!! Would give no stars if I could but not possible. Ordered a lamb shish wrap which costs £6.00 so basically costs nearly £1.00 per small nugget of lamb. An absolute joke !!!

I used to eat here in the 90s and they did the most amazing chicken tikka kebabs.

Amazing lamb ribs, garlic and chili sauce! They really saved me on a night I couldn't find anywhere that had room!!! 10/10 will come again!

This place should be closed down went in on the 19th of Feb and was told they where not serving me and my friend for what reason you may ask your self like me and my friend ...but was told too leave again ..was it my Irish accent by any chance did you think we was travellers by any chance...disgusting people ....has anyone else experienced this if so we should do something about it .

Such a rude Algerian member of staff, so threatening and aggressive Need to be in prison rather than serve customers

Ordered a takeaway by phone and was told it would be roughly 40-50 wait. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes it still had not arrived so called them. Got told "They are busy and was on its way". 15 minutes later it arrives and it is stone cold so we send it back. Contacted them again to complain and they don't do anything just hang up. Worst service I have ever encountered. Will not be using them again.

The kebab that both my wife and I each received is not even worthy of one star, my kebab arrived as mush and not remotely appetising, my wife ordered a chicken and lamb shish and what arrived was a further mush with no chicken, clearly the owner/s fail to listen to customers, when called to raise the issue they were unprepared to find a simple resolution or offer to replace the kebabs... shocking customer service, I’d avoid this establishment with a barge pole... poor show from an organisation that makes a living out of supplying food to the public. 👎🏻

Tried lots of kebabs in Aylesbury and bodrum is by far the best, service is excellent and the food is even better. The salad is always fresh and the home made chilli sauce is banging. Keep up the high standards bodrum
