Amazing food, and great size portions. We really enjoyed our food - really good.

Food was warm upon arriving home but was flavourless. The chicken in the salt and pepper chicken was tough and hard to eat. Dont think we will be returning. On the hunt for a good Chinese in Hitchin and this isn’t it.

The Chinese dishes were good, but the Thai dish was not great. I ordered the food before 7 pm and was told to expect it at 8 pm, but I didn’t receive it until after 9 pm. Don’t order on the weekend; it might be better midweek.

Lovely food but often unavailable on Just Eat, not sure why :/ Would order more often if available. Very disappointing as the best Chinese.

Took 2 hours for the food to come. Not ordering again.

The food was lovely and ready in less than 30 minutes! Service was also good , however our only problem was one or two of the dishes we ordered were a little bit lauster in flavour! Otherwise reay good!!!!

This is going to be my favourite for Chinese food. They don't go crazy with the salt and sugar ( like most) and everything was cooked perfectly and on time. Will definitely be using them again. Great !

Our usual place for a Chinese reason being as excellent food, cost and service. Always know you'll get an excellent meal from here, and staff are always helpful. Though can get really busy especially if ordering for a delivery, but to be expected as feel they are the best in the area. Highly recommended.

Last night was the first time we have used this takeaway service. Lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Food was very nice and was delivered in the time frame we was given. Even phoned back and complemented the food and service. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Highly recommended, bird on the phone said my order was very dry then whacked in a chicken curry. The night soon got wet. Fire brigade arrived. Balls went down nicely too said the Mrs 🥴 Prawn toast digested very well with the champshagne 🍾 the next morning. Look forward to the next order. Great service 👍 Thanks Bollywood

Ordered at 5:40pm and was told 50 mins to an hour gave them an hour and ten mins and called to keep getting told the driver is 2 mins away 3 separate times I found and every time was told the same for the food to then arrive at 7:35pm COLD!! Will not be ordering from here again, the service is terrible.

Had a special curry all that was in it was chicken beef onions I phoned them and she said that's a special curry but also has pawns in it no veg it tasted horrible also ordered ribs with sauce no sauce she was also very rude stay clear

Rude rude rude!!! £60 quid on a meal for shocking service. Ordered and it took over 1 hour 15 to arrive. Understandable enough as it's Saturday. The food arrived and we had an item missing. Phoned the restaurant and they acted as though it was our fault!! Questioning us like a pair of criminals or totally clueless "are you sure it's not in the bag?" And "I need to ask you questions", making out like it was our or the poor delivery driver's mistake, repeating the same thing over and over like a sub-standard detective on csi. They then said "we will call you back" and got the delivery driver to phone us. She was the only positive thing about the experience, drove back to refund us for the missing item and gave a free drink as an apology. Save your pennies and order from elsewhere for better food and better customer service.

Lots of lovely flavours, however the pad thai was so sticky it was just one lump! That said, the chicken dishes were delicious and the ribs were really well cooked!

Called for a takeaway but 'couldn't deliver' as they were busy. If I'd ordered on a week day that was fine! Really disappointed as was briskly told it's to far away. We live 2 miles from the restaurant. Coincidentally if I'd have ordered on Just Eat that wouldn't of been a problem! Certainly won't be ordering or attempting to in future.

Really tasty food. Great vegetarian options including vegetarian style duck and pancakes. Delicious

Just had a takeaway delivered from Bodillys. Always a concern for me as I'm vegan but the lady I spoke to was lovely and assured me they could do some vegan options. After looking at the menu I feasted on several dishes, all delicious. My first Chinese in 2 years and I cant wait to eat from here again. Thanks to every one at Bodillys !!!

Nice tasty food and didn't make me thirsty during night as some Chinese's do , so must be far less salt !

Is this even chicken, tastes rubbery and doesn’t taste like chicken at all! Get a proper chicken and not whatever this is. Never ordering from here again

The delivery time I was given was 1hr after the order. The food came 25 mins after the hour and they gave the wrong rice. By the time the correct rice came rest of the food was cold. I spoke to 2 member of staff the 1st was unapologetic and a bit rude, if the 2nd person i spoke to hadnt been so nice would have been a 1 star. Food was okay but not worth the hassle wish i had just made egg and chips and saved myself £20

The food is always amazing from here and very flavourful, good size portions, selection & not greasy at all - I order the special fried rice, chicken / duck chow main, sweet & sour chicken balls, chili & garlic ribs, as well as a Monks Delight ... they are all wonderful (& I've tried other Thai dishes as well which were equally as enjoyable!).

This used to be excellent, gone completely down hill, only thing I would purchase from here is a tin of coke. Real shame that s place can change from great to awful in such a short space of time.

Great food, in the top 5 of Chinese in the area.. but very poor delivery service at times. Last experience has left things as a collection if I am passing rather then having to wait up to 3 hours to get cold food delivered. Shame really, that the delivery drivers let the place down.

Nice Chinese, food always enjoyable.

Had a take away ordered via just eat. Kitchen added 15 minutes to the order which was ok but but I received the meal with an extra 30 minutes on top. So instead eating at 8 as expected, it was 8:45. When the food arrived, some of it was quite cold. The platter for two is not worth the money. It was very salty too. Malayan curry, pork dumpling and spring rolls was good.

Beef wasn't great, I didn't like the texture and it was fatty but everything else was nice, especially the curry sauce and Singapore rice noodles and s&s chicken balls.

Possibly the best Chinese takeaway in Hitchin. Food is delivered piping hot including soups. Timely delivery. Good value for money.

Superb lunchtime buffet. Real bargain. Family business, very friendly staff.

I never go anywhere else, love their food and always provide in a reasonable time!!
