He estado visitando a un amigo en NI y esta fue una parada encantadora - de camino al aeropuerto de la ciudad. El espacio se siente aireado y limpio, bellamente decorado y lleno de plantas y exhibiciones que destacan y celebran el área local y su historia, perfecto para un brunch frío. El menú estaba lleno de un montón de diferentes opciones de bagels y coberturas (tanto que me llevó un tiempo elegir! ) al final me decanté por un relleno de Everything Bagel with Hello You (halloumi, tocino, hachís marrón y miel caliente) y no podría haber estado más feliz con mi elección, estaba delicioso. ¡Incluso compré un regalo para mi padre en la tienda de discos contigua! Me lo pasé tan bien que escribí un poema de nevera sobre el lugar (ver foto adjunta). Muy recomendable!

Had a new yorker bagel yesterday , bread was extremely tough and we found ourselves having to rip the bread apart with my teeth and my jaw got a serious workout when chewing through it over 5 minutes . Will simply not be back , coffee decent though

Visited the trademarket store in March and had the BEC bagel with a boulder cookie. It was hands down the best bagel I've ever tasted. The boulder cookie was awesome too - hard on the outside and gooey in the middle. Perfect! Would definitely recommend.

This spot absolutely NAILS what a bagel is supposed to be! I am originally from Canada and travelled a lot in the USA with “ Bagel Specialist” States on our regular travel list, like Florida and New York where they know EXACTLY how to make perfect bagels of every variety Bodega has got it all SO right! Crunchy but soft on top. Wonderfully chewy and light in the middle and perfectly seasoned. Their bagel sandwiches are terrific with a really great selection on offer My “Go To” bagel shop whenever I am in Belfast

I love bagels and I hate doughy, run-of-the-mill tasteless bagels that so many shops serve up ... Bodega was amazing and ticked every box that needed to be ticked to provide a bagel that had a nice crunch to the crust and a soft, chewy texture inside ... and add the huge amounts of poppy seeds, sesame seeds and seasoning on the Everything Bagel and it was a true winner! I loved the Everything bagel so much that I took some home along with some of the Cheddar and Jalapeño bagels too I tried that day’s special in the sandwich - a pulled chicken with spicy sriracha, topped with loads of fresh avocado and a pickled red onion topping An absolute winning combination served by friendly staff who really know how to deliver a quality product to their customers

Tremendous dining experience! Me and the wife wandered in on a Sunday afternoon. The food was delicious - highly recommend the Italiano! Customer service went above and beyond! The location was vibes to say the least. Will be back very soon
