Bob's Your Uncle Coffee in Croydon

The food and drinks were absolutely amazing and really exceeded my expectations. We tried the Oink Oink Croissant Banh Mi and the DIY Beef Brisket, both of which were incredibly delicious and memorable. We also had an orange-infused coffee called Baby Bumblebee, and I was hooked after just one sip!

Atmosphere good. Staff friendly. Food absolutely delicious. Can recommend the mushroom melt. Was absolutely amazing.

I’ve purchased coffee beans from here and have them freshly ground to take home. The coffee is great quality and it’s always somewhere I would return back to. They also make lovely fresh coffee.

The person who served me was rude. Asked for a decaf iced coffee. I said to him just making sure it is decaf and his response was I heard you the first time but very abruptly! No need to be so rude. I must point out I’ve been in this coffee shop a good few times and asked for the same order but never got spoken to like that!

Stopped for coffee refill, stayed for the delicious mushrooms on toasted sourdough. The place reminded me of the myriad coffee and food cafes in Cuba Street, Wellington, NZ. On asking, the chef is from Christchurch. Lovely people, lovely food. I’m not in the area that often but will definitely call in when I am. Lot’s of other great looking breakfasts and pastries

Excellent Iced Latte - strong, quality coffee. They have a coffee and cake or croissant deal on for less than a fiver. Will definitely visit again.

I pop in here quite frequently and their coffee is honestly the best in Croydon, hands down. I have found their cakes and pastries a bit hit and miss but the staff are always so lovely and friendly.

I’ve visited Bob’s a number of times but was moved to write this review today after yet another disappointing cake experience (specifically, the orange chocolate cake). Unfortunately I have been unimpressed with the cake/biscuit offerings on more than one occasion and today’s was tasteless and underbaked. They’re not cheap either. Staff are friendly and it’s always busy - and, to be fair, the freshly cooked food has always been enjoyable - but if you want good cake you’d be better off at their competition just up the road.

Love coffee there. In my view - the best coffee in London. What a pity parking can be tricky there, but it will not stop us coming! Thank you! :)

Bob's staff are very welcoming and kind. Their coffee is just out of this world! A wonderful selection of pastries and cake as well as a yummy breakfast and lunch menu. There's seating in the cafe and also downstairs.

Freshly squeezed OJ, cortado and eggs royale… absolutely brilliant. I live around the corner but only just found this gem! Definitely the best coffee in Croydon and it’s a cool little place too! My new go-to!!

The staff here are so friendly and recognise me when I pop in and always remember my order. The coffee here is really excellent and they use different blends/beans - advertised on the front of the coffee machine. The pastries and cakes can be hit and miss - I’ve had some that have been better than others. They are also quite pricey. A lovely place to meet for coffee or grab a takeaway.

What a place!! Amazing coffee! Up there with the best I’ve tried! Really lovely pastries too including the almond croissants. The staff are amazing and always welcoming! A must go to when In and around the area! My go to coffee shop!!

We visited the new site @ 7, St Mary's Place, London SE9 1BL. The staff was friendly, and welcoming, which was nice as we ducked in to avoid the rain. The prices were reasonable. The cinnamon bun was YUMMY! We will visit the café again.

Lovely little cafe near entrance to Sainsbury Eltham . Very friendly staff good coffee and pastries .what more can you want?

The best Coffee in Croydon!!! Amazing coffee and lovely staff to go with it. Around 10 seats up stairs with another 10 or so downstairs. The bakery is amazing too especially the almond croissant and they use to do amazing “Cronuts”

Best coffee in town. Sweet, bitter, stronge flavour. Top notch food as well. On top of their game for sure .............
