Bob and Berts in Lisburn

Very expensive for what you get and no longer dog friendly, which is disappointing to lose another dog friendly establishment in Lisburn.

Food is brilliant, good portion sizes and love an all-day breakfast! Best chai latte with oat milk I've ever had HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Servers friendly enough and always get the order right, could put a bit more effort into cleaning as cutlery is always dirty and tables rarely wiped. Atmosphere is welcoming and definitely good vibes all around. Would recommend as a good brunch spot for everyone!

Disgusting, If you are planning on getting an too good to go magic bag from Bob and berts then DONT!!! I got one and it was just 4 cakes in for £4.50. Disgusting and waste of money. They false advertise as it says on their profile on the app - Paninis, cakes, salads, tray bakes and pastries. I didn't see any of that in that bag. Don't bother getting one. I won't be going back at all.

Food wasn't great, table wasn't clean, floor wasn't clean either. The staff were nice, but tbh that's about it

Busy cafe ,slow service food was ok but not outstanding

Was in today for lunch. Asked for a cloth to wipe the table as they were all dirty and was told that they were understaffed like I was just suppose to sit and eat at a dirty table.. even though there was 4 women at the till talking nonsense, whilst the 2 guy waiters tried to hold the place together. If there was suppose to be a supervisor in there today, they need the sack as that's the worst I've ever seen a place run. Food was good, A bit small portions and expensive but tasty.

Food is a disgrace, serving stale buns and brioche rolls. Bacon was 90 percent pure fat, if your going to serve poor quality bacon at least cook it crispy. Buns were completely stale god knows how many days been sitting there, someone obviously does not care. Stay well away. Gone down hill.

I have been working in Lisburn a couple of days a week for the past couple of months and stumbled across Bob and Bert’s. I had heard the name before, but had never been. It turned into my regular lunch spot. The staff was always nice and upbeat. The serving sizes were always good and the food tasted great. I look forward to going back there again at some point, even if I am no longer working in the area.

Bobs and Berts would be one of the best franchises that serves delicious food, has a variety of options as well as a great value for money! This will definitely be a regular place for me.

Dropped my car in to Lisburn for a service and while it was being sorted I took a walk into the town with my dog. Was looking for a cafe with some outside shelter as it was raining and while standing at the door trying to get the employees attention I noticed it was dog friendly. Went in and the staff couldn't have been friendlier and coffee was spot on. Many thanks, Rambo and I will be back.

I went for breakfast after 9am. So early... Bob & Barts are open from 8am. So it should be clean. Practically the tables on the ground floor were dirty dishes, the stairs...looked like they hadn't been washed in days. The lady behind the counter... I think the nails are way too long for this job. Food delicious as always

Terrible. Got a coffee with 4 shots and it was like water as the staff aren’t experienced. The place is dirty with litter etc past 3 times I’ve been in. We have been coming here for 4 years and it’s gone downhill terribly in the last 3-6 months.

Appalling lunch! The sweet chilli panini was a warm roll! It was to have contained cheese chicken and sweet chilli sauce. We asked for peppers to be added and a side order of half and half salad and crisps. Not only was the panini a bread roll but there was no cheese and very little of the other ingredients. As for the crisps...they had metamorphosed into a serving of coleslaw which was like half a jar of Hellmanns mayo with the odd bit of cabbage and carrot thrown in! The salad consisted of a small serving of chopped cucumber and tomato with no dressing. At least our tea actually was tea! Absolutely appalling!

Visited B&B in Lisburn. I always liked them in Belfast. But Lisburn is nice too. Place is good. Service is fast. And tables are cleaned and staff is responsive quite well. Food is nice . As always.

On a recent visit to Bob and Bert’s, Lisburn I found the following - Staff not listening to customers orders, Floor dirty, cutlery stained. All in all Bob and Bert’s Lisburn is a very un hygienic place to eat. I’ve been in several Bob and Bert’s over the years and they are 100% good and helpful. A lady accompanying us ordered toast and when it arrived we thought it had fell into the fire. I’ll not be back in Bob and Bert’s, Lisburn again.

Foors full of crumbs glass banister on stair way really dirty upstairs tables far to close together nearly fell on the step up to the table which is dangerous when carrying hot drinks food over priced and poor quality definitely would not recommend worst cafe I have been in for while.

Went in with my wife and a wee pup age 12 weeks wee girls who were working were smiling at the pup were my wife was sitting. Then after 10min the same wee girl said the manager said you have to leave and drink your coffee outside. No dogs was mad went up and asked for the manager the woman comes out the manager with glasses and was very rude and nasty about it I told her the wee pup was sitting on my wife knee and was sleeping not doing any harm. It was a pup not a big dog going mad she again very rude told her I will make a complaint she just laughed at me and when I was leaving she started singing bye bye love you very rude person and how she got manager I will never know .never will I go back there again went to cafe nero .avoid this place staff and manager definitely the manager very rude and unprofessional

Poor poor - we had to clean the table before we sat down, one of the chairs had caked food on it too! Sent back our tiny bowl of garlic cubes to be cooked as they were hard on the inside, they did replace these and new bowl was a little better! I had paid for my GF goujons but they didnt have any so opted for a GF toastie - which I could hardly cut through with my knife it was so hard - with very little cheese. Had to look through my daughter’s panini to find the cheese! So I paid £8.25 for two v small slices of bread with a sprinkling of cheese? Not even a lettuce leaf? Will not be back - one bright note - the two female members of staff were so pleasant 😃

I always enjoy the coffee here, but unfortunately on the last two occasions of visiting, the food has really let them down, for the price you're paying, you expect a little more attention to detail going in to the meals.

Great selection of food/drinks to choose from, plenty of staff on, place in general in need of a deep clean. Flys all over upstairs as all windows were open. No bins about either. Wouldnt return.

Great place for a bit to eat and hearing the chef yell about a pigeon to get out was a great laugh. Milkshake was perfect and fry maybe cause a pigeon was Abit overdone

Chicken Goujons were over cooked and so hard would have gotten better in Iceland to be honest, I ordered the famous Cesar salad which was vile mostly rocket which I wouldn't have minded only it was soggy and tasted vile way to much Cesar dressing which again tasted off. No croutons but two slabs of what was apparently garlic bread zero taste to it. The girl on the counter was fantastic and took the salad and refunded me as I was well put off. I'm not sure who's in the kitchen these days but the food has seriously went down hill.c coffee was meh. Doubt we will be back again.

Bob & Berts offer quantity rather than quality. Coffee was insipid and chips nearly cold.

Love the coffee as it's always made perfectly. Also love the gluten free muffin usually. Unfortunately some were covered in mould when I was there and again today some have mould on them . I always get one but this has put me off. I think they should keep these refrigerated or check the shelf life. Also lots of littelr lying around ourside so it looks very bad and also bad for the environment and look of the town.

On a positive note the gluten free options are clear, and the staff confirm that it's gluten free when serving. The food was fine, although the cheese on the burgers wasn't great. I'm not sure if that's across the franchise or just this one.

Recently whilst visiting Lisburn we decided we would try Bob&Berts for the 1st time.My friends received their food & I waited for a good 20 mins before mine arrived.. but I have to say it was well worth the wait. Cos of this myself & 2 friends were compensated with a coffee & traybake each..Great customer service.Will be back

Quick service. Good coffee but had run out of gluten free muffins and brownies unfortunately. I can always get one in B&Berts in Ards when I go there. Disappointed as the Lisburn branch didn't have them last time I went either....

Over priced and incorrect information on food resulting in a request for same dish but without certain sauces. Then it took nearly 15 minutes for the food to come despite the cafe being almost empty. There is much better family run cafe 2 doors down

Deep fried soda bread ,sausage, bacon and cold beans cold egg. Absolutely rotten and overpriced. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!!

Was in the store last week with a friend. There were only decaf coffees but we ordered anyhow, I got mine done with soya milk and my friend’s was just ordinary milk. The drinks were sat down on the tray with no communication from the staff on which was the soya and which wasn’t (which would’ve been nice as i’m vegan) and I couldn’t ask a member of staff as they all seemed busy/kept walking away which is understandable although they looked unapproachable without a smile in sight. We also ordered food, I ordered the falafel wrap which was really tasty but a hilarious £8.50. My curry chip came out in a tiny coffee cup. Which I was going to complain there and then but the staff were already too busy. My friend had ordered chicken goujons and chips and to call it a child’s portion would be an understatement. Slow service, overpriced items, small portions. Waste of money.

This place is always hit and miss. I go here quite often and sometimes the food is prepared poorly, things forgotten or ingredients replaced without telling you. Coffee is sometimes over roasted and very sour but at the same time it can be perfect. Its the Bob and Berts lotto, but not many lunch options on the Lisburn high street

Follow up to my December visit, I come here frequently on work breaks and decided to take my family during the Christmas light show. The food here is amazing and definitely worth every penny. The establishment itself is always super super clean and has a far more nicer environment than cafe nero up the street. I came back yesterday after work around 6 ish and saw the server who served me in December. She was so lovely to me and my family so I thought it was only right I update this trip advisor review. The young girl called “Indie” I believe who looks quite young to be working there was so so pleasant to me and my family during the break, had a lovely attitude and made us all feel very very welcomed. Even during a small rush she was super polite and a real credit to making our visit and my visit at B&B Lisburn yesterday really lovely, honestly good service is hard to come by and she deserves all this praise … will definitely be back with the family… food and treats are so so lovely And great value for money ….highly recommend!

Homely food and pleasant staff.

Visited today for lunch arriving at 1.10. Bit of a queue which is always a good sign and it moved quite quickly. Ordered the pulled beef on Ciabata and it arrived to my table within a reasonable time. All very positive and the food was delicious. Highly recommended.

Young daughter picked here for lunch. Saturday afternoon, sml queue went down quickly. Staff super friendly & real fast table service. Great looking menu for a veggie. Frenchie panni was tasty, loved the fresh roll. The stackd Nutella pancake was a real treat for my daughter, a tat pricey for what it was, but worth it as she just loved it. Place was clean, tables cleared as soon as diners left. Will definitely be back. Service from Faith was excellent

Coffee is like dish water, no depth no flavour. Service was fine a friendly but even when ordering a small coffee it is so weak I can barely tell

Working well, lovely coffee and scones. Very pleasant to sit outside. Been here twice since this review above. Very sadly on both occasions the scones were dense in texture and even difficult to cut. What's gone wrong? Yeuk!

We have recently moved to Derriaghy from Belfast city center and were slightly sad how little options we now have for food delivery. This place, however, is a real find! Great coffee and excellent food. Perhaps, it is my favourite take away from now on.

Got a sausage sandwich and asked for a small amount of ketchup and mustard to be added onto it. they charged £1 per sauce .. £2 for a little squidge of sauce…. I’m absolutely shook. Won’t be back rip of establishment

The food was so poor we left most of it, my two daughters (6 and 11) even commented on there meals saying the chips were soggy. Burgers were dried out looks like they had been pre-cooked and then heated in microwave the salad had seen better days maybe two days before when it still looked fresh and crisper. Definitely not worth even a quarter of the extortionate prices they are charging

Food is always great to eat, especially their famous breakfast selections. Reasonable pricing and their collection service on their app is easy to use and always prepared correctly!

Food was excellent Very concerned about cleanliness. Person on the till took the order, used the cash register and proceeded to hand us cutlery not from the handle (not wearing gloves either) The spoon I received was very dirty and I had to scrub it under the tap. The stairs were very dirty and in general, the restaurant was not clean. Staff member mentioned above was not friendly and I was shocked when they lifted a baby chair without thought and an elderly, frail customer was thumped by it. The customer was visibly shaken up and there was no mention of any form of reimbursement. I was very disappointed as Bob & Berts is one of my favourite places for brunch.

Always impressed by Bob & Berts menu. Fry selection of breakfast, lunch, coffee milkshakes and juices. The café itself is a great place to sit, very bright with a good atmosphere.

Just ordered a wee fry , it cost more than it did in Jersey Street, it took nearly an hour to get to my address I'm only about 2mile away . And it arrived stone cold , would not recommend will not recommend and will not be ordering from them again,

Ordered several times via Uber Eats and have been happy with the service each time. Decent delivery times, good food at a good temperature, delicious rainbow cake. I look forward to visiting in person when things open up more.

Friendly staff and good customer service in Lisburn. Hot drinks and treats are lovely. One issue that has caused one star to drop would be the food. It seemed cooked and it was tasty, the issue was afterwards causing my stomach and bowel to be upset. Its happened both in belfast and lisburn. I won't eating meals because of the uncomfortable experience. Overall good place to sit back, catch up and enjoy some Rainbow cake 🍰🌈

The fries where so soggy and uncooked had to throw them out or risk being sick, this place has really gone downhill,,,
