What a great experience something completely different having breakfast and drinks on a canal boat. We also did the boat trip our guide was really knowledgeable and really friendly. We all had a great time.

Great location and one of the BEST breakfasts we have had in a long time, thank you Kim and your pleasant staff for welcoming our two pooches on board too.

Fifteen minutes wait for a £2+ cup of tea. When I asked for sugar the 'waitress' told me it was on another table. They may have a good location but their service is appalling!

Happened upon this little canal boat cafe on a canal walk with my partner. We decided to have a little brunch. Lovely food and service with a smile. The kitchen looked crowded at times but the lady doing the food seemed to have everything under control. Definitely be returning 5 stars

This cage is situated in a canal narrow boat, We visited it for coffees and a torpedo roll containing a sausage and bacon. This was really delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this quirky cafe. We shall certainly be returning.

As a treat we took our Canadian kids and grandchildren on a boat trip along the canal with Chris the Captain and Head Stewardess Kim where they interacted with the family making the whole experience a memorable one. We then headed to the Boat Cafe where the staff were pleasant and always in attendance and the food went down a treat. So a Big Thankyou to All you Guys for making our kids visit a memorable one. x

Fabulous lunch time visit, this is a one of a kind place to enjoy a drink/bite to eat so get on board and just enjoy.

Fabulous food, unique atmosphere, cosy with the wood burner on and great service. Amazing value. Never lets us down and brilliant for families, dogs, couples, individuals!

Called in for lunch today whilst walking to Findern. I have visited this cafe lots of times and have never been disappointed. I had a BLT which was cooked just how I like it. I am so lucky to have this on my doorstep. The owners are passionate about their business and lovely people.

We visited in September. Very pretty location with views across the water. Ample seating with sun shades. Menu was varied with plenty of choice. We ordered a wrap each and a hot drink. Very tasty food with friendly service. A little gem with great prices for these times.

The food was really nice and the service was good. I’d go again and the coffee is really well priced for what you get. Good work.

My cousin and I visited for the first time today and what a lovely treat it was! The setting is idyllic and definitely right up my 'boat' street being around water and especially on a boat! Food was enjoyable and filling, reasonably priced too. Good selection of drinks and very friendly staff. Highly recommend. Will be visiting again.

Service, venue and food was amazing. Staff were engaging, helpful and chatty. Food was excellent, catering for all tastes (vegan, vegetarian or meat eaters alike). A very happy discovery whilst out on a walk, highly recommend and will definitely go there again.

Out with family and dogs for a walk and came across this barge. Really quirky cafe. Tables outside and in. Well behaved dogs allowed inside. We sat outside as lovely weather. Ordered some breakfast baguettes. It was delicious. Very friendly and dog treats as well. We will return.

We sat inside this comfortable barge which was lovely and cool on a boiling hot day. We had the Mallard teas and the food was really excellent, gorgeous sandwiches and cakes. The service was very friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable experience. It was also fun to watch the wildlife on the water, including lots of fish.
