Lovely restaurant in Stuart Hotel. Food is very nice indeed. Of particular positivity was Katie (restaurant staff member) who went above & beyond to enable specific meal requirements and was outstanding in service & manner. Other staff were all so helpful, friendly, and assisting. Outside hotel is basic, not pretty, but the service and standards indoors make up for this in every way. Can't fault how we were looked after, and the onsite restaurant is a real asset, as was the staff member who looked after us so well. Absolutely beautiful food, tried a few things I hadn’t tried before and they were delicious. Everything was so full of flavour, I will most certainly be ordering and I highly recommend this place to other people. Very satisfied customer :-) thank you

Had a great meal at Afrikana this evening. Service was very good, staff were friendly and polite. We had a sharing platter to begin with which was really nice, and a good variety of food. I don’t know what I was thinking to order a whole chicken for my main meal, but the starter was so filling, I didn’t make much impact on my main meal.Portions were very good. Nothing gets wasted though and staff brought a box to take leftovers home. Really enjoyed the variety of sauce coatings on the chicken, and everything else was cooked well, very tasty and all well presented. Will return again soon to sample some more of the menu.

Ok, very expensive, card only no cash taken, it's a so so place, more suited for luvvies, and business type of people, I go once a year if that.

Very nice small cafe, had a beans and sausage toastie, I really liked the books they had there to read, and various stuff you could take away for free.
