Bluebird Chelsea in Kensington and Chelsea

Great little lunch from the 3 course set menu to celebrate a birthday. Brought our Cocker Spaniel along too who was very warmly received. Service from Patricia was exceptional. Thank you Everyone at Bluebird.

Had my birthday dinner this past Saturday and was served by Parth. Amazing service, food and all round great vibes. The team also very kindly accommodated a rather inconvenient last minute change in booking which I was very grateful for - thank you all!!

Parth and his colleagues were most hospitable and our family party of 4 were able to relax, unwind , take our time over Sunday brunch with plenty of airy space - thank you

Food has been improving and what I had was very good. Service always good atmosphere good drinks at the bar expensive and should be sold without the attachment of "service-charge"... and should be left to the customer' gratuity

Sunday lunch was very poor at Bluebird. Worse of all was the attitude when I explained to them politely why. Essentially, beef ok but vegetables and Yorkshire were cold. They made me feel like I was in the wrong. Ruined my day. Think twice before going. Only two stars as my daughter salmon was ok.

The place is cozy with good ambience. We were welcomed warmly from the receiving area until in our chosen seat. Paula gave us a good service and did not makes us uncomfortable.

Paula was lovely and very attentive. She asked the bar to make me a pina colada even though it wasn’t on the menu. The food was delicious and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Paula was attentive, friendly and overall just a lovely person . It was my daughter’s birthday lunch and we didn’t feel rushed at all; Paula placed us in a large booth and looked after us well. An asset to the team. We will be back!

Lovely spot for lunch service was great. Recommend to anyone on a sunny Sunday. Crispy duck salad was my favourite and the truffle fries.

Really disappointing. Customer service was practically non existent and the food wasn't great. Our dinner took over 1 hour to arrive and no-one said anything to us. The restaurant was around 40% full too so it couldn't have been down to a busy period either. At no point did any staff member come over to ask if we wanted more drinks or if the food was ok. The food was also room temperature. Maybe come here if you're looking to stop off somewhere in chelsea for a drink, but stay well clear if you're thinking about booking the restaurant.

Bluebird Chelsea exceeded all expectations! The ambiance was stylish and vibrant, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable meal. Every dish was a delight—from the fresh oysters to the the curry. Service was attentive, and the cocktails were expertly crafted. A bit pricey, but absolutely worth it for the quality. Highly recommend!

Went there for a special event and ordered the full English breakfast, the poached eggs were soaked with water which ran onto the plate and spoiled the taste. The bacon was overcooked and difficult to eat. Mentioned this to the waiter who went to the manager but was simply shrugged off. Such a shame as it used to be pleasant. Will not return again and do not recommend. 不好吃不推薦。

Absolutely outraged that they try and charge 14.5% "service charge" when the restaurant pockets this themselves and it is not even going to the staff, despite what they tell you. Left a very bitter taste in the mouth.

If heaven had a taste, you will find it here. We had the set menu and it exceeded all our expectations. The Venue is just gorgeous. Great for events, birthdays and weddings. The high ceilings give this place so much character. The cauliflower soup is the best soup ever. I highly recommend the lamb ragu… OUTSTANDING!!! The wine was paired beautiful. The waiters are dressed so well. Out waiter Vlad was excellent. Was such an experience. Can’t wait to go back.

We visited Bluebird Chelsea for the first time and chose to sit upstairs, where we were warmly welcomed by two lovely front-of-house staff members. We ordered the ribeye steak, duck salad, drinks, coffee, and dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients, and the steak was cooked to perfection. However, what truly made our visit exceptional was our waiter, Philip. He took such great care of us that we are already looking forward to returning many more times. Philip not only gave excellent recommendations, but he also engaged us in delightful conversation throughout our meal. He is without a doubt a true asset to your team. It’s rare to see someone so young take such pride in their workplace, as though it were his own business. We want to extend our sincerest thanks to Philip for making our experience so memorable, and we can’t wait to return in November. With service like his, Bluebird is sure to remain at the top of our list! Best regards

Parth took care of us tonight, and was an amazing server that nailed the recommendations. We had the beef/ragu and the prawn/curry for our mains and started it the chopped salad which was perfect. Thank you Parth 🙏🏽

My partner and I came here for an evening meal for my birthday. NEVER AGAIN. Awful. I was not impressed with the menu and straightaway I thought this isn't going to be good. As I felt cold I wanted a hot starter, the only starter was soup £16? My partner had tuna tartare, was okay. Then we had the plateau de fruit de mer!!!!! Omg for £35 each what a total rip off. 6 oysters afew slices of tuna sashimi and two rows of small sushi rolls. Thank goodness I ordered some fries! My partner ordered a glass of white wine which came after he had eaten. My partner also told them when making the reservation it was my birthday, they forgot! Plus we were sitting right by the kitchen door! Couldn't wait to get home to have something warm to eat. A total waste of money £198. Will choose The Ivy every time

Like a lot of Chelsea. It’s really cheap new money sort of stuff. £50 for a whiskey 🥃 (ya sure what the bottle?? 😂). Bar staff are a bit simple too can’t explain a simple choice of drink and the surroundings and people there are cheap. Avoid

Yesterday I paid visit for brunch. I asked for classic negroni with one of the bartender. He made my drink in the same way I asked for. Definitely satisfied with that. Meet Patel, thank you so much for that. 🙏🏻

Love this place and was very happy to find a TimeOut deal of £23 for 3 courses and a glass of Proseccos - win! Staff were friendly and attentive, food was delicious and beautifully presented. Beautiful venue too.

Below average reception where 2 people who came after us were given a large table for 5 people without a prior reservation and staff were quite rude.

Came here for the first time (20/09/24) with a friend to celebrate our birthdays. The venue is stunning both inside and out. The lady on reception was welcoming and helpful, going to check that our table was ready, then escorting us to the table. However, my friend noticed a different table and asked if we could sit there instead and it wasn't an issue. Shortly after getting settled we were attended by Vlad, an absolute gem of a server. He took care of me and my friend all night, being helpful, charming and attentive. When we told him we were celebrating our birthdays he even sorted out birthday desserts for us both! Thank you Vlad :) The food was really nice, my salmon was lovely. Knife went through it like butter. Portion sizes are decent and we were actually too full to eat the dessert so we took them home. Overall it was a pleasant night. We stayed on when the bar side of the venue turns into a lil club night with dancing. We will definitely be coming back. Even though Vlad was perfect, we did unfortunately have to deal with a rude waiter from the courtyard. Other than that, everyone else was great.
