The Bottomless Brunch is Amazing and well done to the staff . clean and nice and relaxing not to bad priced and we got change from 6 or 7 notes . well done

Nice place, food was good, and staff good. A bit overpriced but, what you would expect from where its located. A large wine is served as a 175ml. I remember that being for a small and 250ml a large but, hey ho. Booking a table for a group is so much red tape to go thru before you can get a confirmation. £20.00 deposit for each person. You have to sign a contract plus fill in so many questions which was irrelevant and your address which I refuse too. So much palava for what? We were the only ones in the restaurant on a Friday evening. The bar closed at 9.30 which came as a shock so early. We would have loved to have stayed longer for drinks after some of the group had left but, was unable too. We were out by 10am. When I got home I looked up the closing time and it stated 12am. I was not very happy. As a group and all ex colleagues we meet up once a month for dinner. I will not return to this restaurant because of the red tape and believe the staff couldn't be bothered to continue to be of service to us so closed the bar early.

We needed a bite to eat after a football match at Loftus Road. The place was fine, however, there was no dip for the fries...BUT the cheeseburger was really good

Visited on a Monday evening. We had booked a table but the waiter who greeted us didn’t seem sure we were actually booked in which was a worry as we had paid a deposit. Service was initially slow (we were one of 3 tables). Starters when they arrived were delicious, best Chicken Satay I’ve probably eaten. Mains took a long time to come out. Chicken Milanese was very dry so we asked for sauces - they took a good 10 mins to arrive. When we finished we asked to move outside so settled our bill and took drinks outside. Asked for an ashtray for the smokers - would probably still be waiting now if we had not got one ourselves. Waiter said he forgot as he was busy (literally 3 tables outside). Then when we were leaving waiter insisted we had a bill to pay which we did not. Shame as the place is beautiful and some of the food is great. Only person who seemed to know what they were doing was the duty manager and guy behind the bar.

Can't fault our visit x booked a table on line indoors but due to excellent weather manager had reserved us a lovely table outside ... service by manager and staff was excellent as was food and wine ... I don't normally leave reviews but read some negative ones which I don't think are deserved ... all positive from us ... lovely relaxed area too 😀

My sister an I radomly chose this restaurant for mid-week lunch after a show at the television studios. I must say it was very pleasant. We we greeted by a waiter who was very friendly and polite. We didn't have a booking but he found us a table. We ordered the same dish of Butter Chicken Curry and we both agreed it was very enjoyable. The flavours were just to our liking.....a bit of heat but not too much!! Rice, naan and chutney were presented beautifully and were tasty. would definitely returnto this restaurant if in the area to try another dish.

Hospitality skills virtually non-existent! From when we arrived the staff on the front desk acted like he was doing us a favour and the waiting staff just the same. Food arrived which required rejecting as it was dry and looked 'aged'. If you are planning on going for the service and ambience - there is far better. If you are planning on going for the food - ditto - it is mediocre at best and certainly not worthy of the price bracket,

We've had 2 lovely evening meals on the terrace in the last 30 days. Staff, notably Aslan, super-friendly and the food, especially the curry, was great.

My wife arranged for us to visit for my birthday. The location is excellent, very close to Westfields and the BBC studio. The interior is very nice and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and polite. A special mention to Emanuelle, who looked after us, he was very professional. The food was of a very good standard and reasonably priced. Would visit again.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Greeted by very friendly staff and were offered a window table which was perfect. Good selection of foods to choose from. Fair prices for nice hot food served with care and drinks. Very convenient for the Television studios and the Westfield shopping centre with two tube stations very nearby.
