We stumbled upon this place as our hotel was across the street. Kelsey was so kind and a great conversationalist, wonderful getting to know her and our neighborhood.i would recommend her to anyone!!

A Greene King house, which is normally a big plus with great staff. But, out of four staff behind the bar, one was already serving, another was obviously engaged on other tasks and remaining two were chatting aimlessly and drifting off to continue further down the bar. After being ignored for several minutes, the remaining staff member, having finished the order he was working on, came to my rescue. Before coming to the pub, I had checked on the specific Blue Posts section of the Greene King website, which confirmed that they were showing the late Sunday afternoon Premier League match on tv. The bar person told me that customers cannot reply on the website as the final decision was down to the pub manager. He didn't know what decision had been made nor offered to find out. To cap the indifferent service, when I'd settled myself at a completely empty six seat table, another solo customer, without a drink or meal, laid claim to the table and ordered me off. There was no reserved sign. This episode was watched at close quarters by a staff member who made no effort to clarify the situation. I decided that the Blue Posts was not a typical Greene King experience. It does not bother with customer service or the pub experience. I left my drink untouched and departed to a much more friendly and efficient premises. Despite being in the vicinity multiple times per week I won't be visiting again or recommending to anyone else.

Great food which came quickly. Excellent service. We came on a busy Thursday evening and although many people were congregated outside we were pleasantly surprised to find seats inside. A lovely professional member of staff came over straight away. Food was delicious catering for vegans and vegetarians. We enjoyed the atmosphere and will return!

A group of us met for a drink and a quick lunch, greeted with a warm welcome by the staff which was nice. We were served quickly and accurately, lots of staff so was no hassle despite it being busy. Lovely modern decor inside, loads of screens for sport. Pub is right next to The Ritz, great location. Definitely coming back soon! Five stars all the way! 👍🏻

Called in at 2pm for a quick bite to eat. Pub was not busy, three staff working the bar. Ordered 3 things off the menu, two arrived , spoke to the bar staff on two occasions to chase up the 3rd item , no response, finally gave up and asked for a refund for the food not received, absolutely no response from the staff , I asked for the managers phone number , was told that I could Google it !! Mistakes happen but all it takes is an acknowledgment from the staff and an apology. Staff need training !

Perfect location for local hotel. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Prices are moderate for London compared to most. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and was gifted a bottle of my favourite drink by the very kind manager 😊 How kind was that !! Will definitely be back.

Really awful, the girls behind the bar are lovely but there were 2 manager guys who were awful and really really rude. No need to be so abrupt and unhelpful with customers it’s like they don’t want custom!! Sat down at a table with a few others who told us that they had the same issues with the manger who was super unfriendly. They do play football but without any sound and it’s super loud inside too, just wouldn’t recommend going here there’s other places that are way nice with much nicer staff.

Visited the Blue Posts with some friends after work and had an amazing experience. Massive thank you to all the staff who made us feel so welcome, especially Taylor- she is excellent! Highly recommended and will come back very soon.

Whenever I'm in Mayfair I will always stop off in the Posts - it's a cracking pub with a great atmosphere, especially if you hoping to watch sport. They also have heated outside space for catching the last of the al fresco drinking. You also won't go far wrong with the bar staff who are all great, but a special mention to Emily who is an absolute superstar!!!

We came for corporate drinks in a group of 25 - and my god… EMILY might have been the best bar lady I’ve ever had serve me. She was v v accommodating, despite our ludicrous orders. And all with a huge smile on her face. 10/10 would recommend - legendary staff (Emily) and legendary pub

We came on a Saturday afternoon to watch the Golf. The TV wasn't on but we asked and they were happy to oblige. We also had some small plates to share which were delicious!

Yannis was brillant and such an engaging person - made out day. I was planning to stop juts for drinks - but had some amazing burger provided by the chef Dani - it was an unexpected amazing experience and I will surely be back for this banging pub

This place is great for watching sports with friends!! I came here on a Saturday to watch a football game and the staff were friendly, the service was quick and the experience we had was great.

We stop here for a pre dinner warm up! 4 times a year, on a Saturday. Excellent food, great range of beers and soft drinks, games always on the telly. Lovely pub with the right balance of old school furniture and modern sports bar. Clean and very well kept. Haven’t tried the food.
