Blue Honey Local in Cardiff

Estábamos muy emocionados de probar la comida Matsudai Ramen después de escuchar grandes cosas. Debo decir que no nos quejamos al personal sobre nuestro servicio y les dimos la oportunidad de arreglar las cosas porque no creíamos que pudieran hacerlo y queríamos irnos. El servicio es amable aquí pero muy desorganizado. El personal parecía no tener un sistema para atender los pedidos de bebidas y sacar comida, por lo que el ambiente era de confusión en el bar. No creo que se tratara solo de nosotros, la pareja de al lado se quejó del tiempo que pasaron tratando de ser atendidos en el bar. Esperamos mucho tiempo por dos tazones de ramen que fueron decepcionantes: la opción vegetariana no sabía mucho, estaba llena de maíz dulce (¿tal vez porque es barato?) Y tenía alrededor de tres hongos. Es difícil ver cómo pueden justificar 12 para eso. Tuvimos algunos entrantes que eran. . . bien, pero en general fue soso y desafortunadamente no vale la pena el dinero.

My friend and I had a couple fantastic drinks, the spiced apple drink and my golden milk was amazing, then got some fantastic food as well. The lady serving us was an Angel as well. It was a fantastic experience, 100% come and visit

For years now me and my friends have enjoyed frequenting the blue honey in town, and often go to karaoke. We were very excited when the new blue honey local came about and loved coming during the summer, and the interior of the cafe and the yurt are lovely, and the staff are usually really lovely and they know me and my friends well now. Yesterday me and my friends were playing a game and getting very excited by it, and the employee with mid length hair in a ponytail came and told us to keep the noise down. I completely understand this, however it was the nature in which he did it, absolutely drenched in attitude and then he proceeded to say that ‘one of you in particular was being very loud’. Considering we had just apologised, for him to continue and single someone out I find HIGHLY unprofessional. He also tapped on the table instead of asking us to pass our glasses, after which none of us felt welcome to get another drink from the bar, so we left. Upset at how this keeps happening from this certain person, maybe a chat is needed. (From someone who also works in hospitality)

Fui aquí para un almuerzo excelente lugar muy peculiar. comida deliciosa y personal fabuloso, excelentes precios, música de vibraciones fabulosas fue genial,

Todo sobre este lugar es de calidad. Gran ambiente, mejores canciones, gran selección de bebidas veganas: todo funciona. Sin embargo, es la comida lo que distingue a este lugar. Es excepcional. El equilibrio entre lo experimental y lo hogareño no puede ser superado, y el chef es EL mejor chef de Cardiff. Acabo de volver de probar el nuevo menú de almuerzo y es insuperable. Esto es algo muy especial y también tiene un gran valor.

I ate here with a group of friends and at least two of us got very ill from the following day afterwards lasting a whole week and resulting in time off work. I've never been ill like that before and it was a shame as the service was great and the food interesting but not worth a week of ill health!

Came here on a friday night for a drink and some food with my partner. We ordered 4 small plates, (1 Bao, 1 spring rolls, 1 cheung fun & 1 edmame) each one was bloody gorgeous, decent portion size for a quick bite, arrived pretty much straight away and good acompaniment to the tasty blue honey cocktail. The team were friendly, welcoming and i loved the plants quite literally all over the shop. Would certainly recommend.

I had the pleasure of going to the opening of this place and was delighted. Food was outstanding and ambience was great. Very nice place to have drinks or even a coffee and cake in the afternoon
