Found this place when visiting York Finley the bar staff member was really friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were looked after The food was really good and a decent price Will definitely visit again Many Thanks Tony and Anne

Absolutely fantastic food! The service was quick, the food delicious and we didn't wait very long. Great value for money

Needed a wee and it was raining. Popped in here and had a two course meal. The staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble and the food is full of flavour. Next time I’m in York I will definitely come back.

Had a tasty meal here, much needed after the Christmas market hustle and bustle. Really nice staff (special thanks to Finn and Ruby).

The food was amazing! The waiters Finn and Ruby were absolutely brilliant. It was an extremely busy evening with York Xmas market going on but the staff was absolutely so attentive and lovely. We didn't have to wait long at all a d the food was so nice. Highly recommend the jalapeño bites!

What an absolute gem of a place! Called with a friend for lunch and we enjoyed the experience so much, we went back for evening meal. The food was superb, the wines were excellent and the service was amazing! Two different waiters on both visits but equally great. Friendly and professional and even offered ‘tasters’ of wine to try if undecided. What service! Will definitely be back.

Enjoyed lunch here today, wasn’t overly hungry so chose a spicy chicken wrap. Not only was this a very generous portion but tasted amazing . Has to be the best chicken wrap I’ve had My friend had sea bass which was also very generous and beautifully presented. Our server today was Adam who was very efficient, polite and very friendly. It’s not just important to have good food but also good staff. I look forward to returning. Thank you making our lunch such an enjoyable experience.

The Food was amazing, we went out for my grandma’s birthday and we picked this as grilled meats is our favourite. The decor is mesmerising and the food was succulent. They also have gluten free options on the menu, my grandma can’t chew through tough food also so we orders sea bass for and she liked it. The Cocktails were amazing definitely better than other bars in York such as Bora Bora. They have a good 2 for 14 offer you can mix and match. The waiters in particular are very attentive, articulate and well presented. I don’t regret coming here one of my best dining experiences ever.

Came with my family for dinner, hadn’t seen this place before so we decided to try it - turned out to be a great decision! The cocktails were delicious and good value, and the bar staff were lovely. The food came promptly and was both high in quality and quantity, we couldn’t believe how much there was! It had a great vibe with nice music and excellent lighting, a really enjoyable experience all round.

Came in on the weekend after seeing the 2 for £14 cocktail offer outside. We sat in the garden ‘Terrace’ area, this was a suprise and was lovely! I had the berry blast and my friend had a Long Island and a cider was really lovely! Would definitely be back again

Orderd food and drink after a long time. But the food arived but no sign if drinks, i asked about the drinks for them to ask what we wanted. 1/2 the drinks came after we had finished our food. Did not get everything that we orderd. When paying the were charging us for items that we did not get. Not happy very dissapointed. The Food was ok nothing special and the service is poor.

Yes excellent food and service choice good nann bread good good atmosphere well worth a visit reasonably priced for a tourist town.

Lovely restaurant. The staff were friendly and the service was great. Halloumi starter was very tasty. Sirloin and fillet steaks were perfect and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in York 🙂

Found this place in the main shopping street away from the usual bars, cafes ans bistros. Lovely food, plentiful portions and reasonable prices

Beautiful food, great staff. I had the chicken Shawarma with the chilli sauce! (Chilli sauce was unbelievable) Will be returning for sure!

I would recommend here, the food and staff were great and it’s a lovely place with lovely decor. 5 of us had lunch time wraps, everything was fresh and tasted good!

Amazing experience for all meat lovers. Highly recommend for or hungry people. Shawarma taste awesome, juicy and fresh. Steak was cooked perfectly and served with the best mushrooms sauce I had in my life. Will be back for sure.

Definitely the best chicken shawarma and chicken Mandi in town, brilliant cocktails and such an amazing atmosphere. We will definitely return soon. Service was fast and very attentive, the girls joked and laughed with us, best night out in York. Thank you blue heaven ❤️

Service was good but the portions were tiny and the cocktails tasted alcohol free, went home hungry and a little disappointed.
