I get takeaway from here regularly and the food has any failed to impress, I feel its better than the competitor next door (Tasty) - I recently ordered some food for my party and the food was amazing, they delivered and the feedback from all at the party was amazing.

Blu eats is literally so bad. I ordered Ewa agoyin yesterday lool, firstly the food was basically cold, it took too long my uber driver was waiting there for so long, even he was wondering what is going on. The “ewa agoyin” is not that. it’s literally beans with stew on top. tbh that restaurant is just poor. i wanted to give them another chance but naaa they fail each time. save yourself the troubles. rubbish place to eat out.

I love their food - always tasty and fresh with great customer service. I tried one of their Christmas hamper specials as well and was not disappointed

Wandered around Gravesend due to mis-direction, finally found this place, it didn't look like much but the vibe was good, myself and friend waited a bit for the food to be set but service was awesome, didn't expect much from the food but was totally blown away by the food platter, the dishing and presentation and finally the taste was amazing, you definitely eat what you paid for plus the friendly attitude of sister Funmilola and staff was captivating, we felt treated right. Thank you. Will come again with another friend or wife.

Always delicious food, ordered via deliveroo, app couldn't find a driver to deliver so member of staff came herself to deliver. Friendly and respectful staff, good communication. I love the moinmoin and gizzard dodo! One of my fav delivery restaurants.

Blu Eats in my view and experience represent good food. From the Pepper soup to the main course meal I can say I haven’t found any other place with food tasted so nice and sweet. Well presented and the service is top notch. Well done to the team. I surely will be back for more!!!

Second time ordering from Blu eat, the food is 10/10, I ordered jollof rice and jerk chicken, egusi and the jerk combo, everything was delicious, I could tell the food was freshly made. The service is 10/10, I couldn’t get the name of the lady that delivered my food, but she is so lovely, she made sure my food came on time, bless her! Overall would recommend, you will not regret it🤩

There was no plantain in the food that was delivered to me which was disappointing. Apart from that, the rest of the food was nice.

They delivered only the ayamase and plantain just before 6pm. I called the restaurant to inform them of the missing items and to find out when my food will arrive. The rest of the food was delivered after calling a few more times and was delivered by a different driver around 7pm with a complimentary drink.

The food was delicious but they need to get more delivery drivers.

Their food is actually decent! But completely let down by the service and unavailability of it.

The restaurant called to let me know they had run out of one of the items that I ordered and offered me a similar type of food. The food came in good timing.

Reduced quantity of food sent / plantain missing

The delivery window was pushed back 3 times because the drivers were busy, so my food was delivered about 30 minutes later than the first delivery window. The drop off was pleasant and the driver was friendly.

I ordered a simple order on Just eat. Order was not successful and I was told I would get a refund. The point is this has happened quite a few times and I wanted to give them another chance but was highly disappointed. The non-service is a great let down.

The spaghetti barely had chicken in it. It also tasted bland. Not sure why it was so unappetizing. I had to trash it after just 5 spoons. Won’t recommend Not sure what the beef pieces were for but I had to trash those too as I’m staying away from red meat. Maybe ask the customer before adding to the order. This meal was not worth the value at all.

The food is absolutely delicious, customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your meal. Love! Love !! Love!!!

My favourite Nigerian restaurant. The owner is very nice and always professional. You can find them on Ubereat and Deliveroo. It is quicker to go and get what you want. Make sure you try the fried rice and grilled fish.

Just came in here and ordered jollof rice and chicken and was charged £10. To get home and see on Just Eat the same meal is £6.50. Got robbed blind, why would someone do that. Do not come here. Food not even worth it. Jollof rice tasted weirdly smoked and jerk chicken had no flavour. Rip off.

Blue eats is good but the food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's really fresh others you can tell it's been nuked in a microwave. My turkey was really fresh on this order and so good. But my chicken was really dry. When it's fresh it's good.

I always order every Sunday from here and never once I had problems with the food or delivery becoming my new favourite but today I had ordered £60 worth of food and I love the fish from here but the grilled fish with jollof rice I had ordered today was just horrible the fish smelt and tasted like it had gone off clearly I had to bin it. And everything else was just not like it tasted before which left me to not enjoy my usual Sunday. I didn't have an option for gone off food instead I requested under damaged food fir refund. Usually food from here if fantastic but todays order was not it.

I wish I had more choice with Jellof Rice but the food was impeccable!

Ordered meat pie and scotch egg and the service was appalling. Firstly, they delivered egg rolls instead of scotch eggs and secondly the meat pie had been warmed in a microwave as opposed to the oven so it lost all the crunchy, fluffy flavour I enjoy about meat pies. Total waste of money.

The grilled seafood platter for £60 had barely to no mean no lobster tail just shell and the crabs had just shell little to no meat inside such a waste of money and there was zero spice warning which I found quite shocking as it was overly spicy not worth the price at all I am disappointed

I Ordered goat stew but it was more bones and goat skin than meat. When I rang to complain the lady was rude and unhelpful. I won’t be ordering or referring anyone to order from blue eats.

The whole service was great. The only issue is that the portions are a bit too small for the price. Either make the portions bigger, or reduce the prices

Mediocre portion sizes and taste. I once ordered a simple snack and even that they couldnt get right and when I called to ask why they measly answer given was that they run out. Not going to be patronising them again. I thought. Might as well just go back to using tasty's instead of this place in Gravesend. Shame as had a little bit of hope in this new restaurant.

I ordered the Efo Riro and pounded yam & it was so filling with the right amount of spice too! I also ordered suya & it was a very good amount and very tasty. Delivery was super fast too!

Exceedingly delicious. This food did not disappoint at all. Cooked with so much soul and from the heart. The food was so satisfying and so rich in flavour. We don’t know how else to describe it, it was that good. Will 100% be ordering again and will be sure to let everyone know. Just yum.

So I came across this restaurant on deliveroo and placed an order which took longer than was promised but was worth the wait. The family enjoyed the jollof rice, moimoi, chicken pie, and dodo gizzard. however, the reason I can't give 5 stars is due to the fish platter. Everything in the fish platter was cooked to perfection except the fish itself which was stale. You can tell its been lying about for a couple of days. It was not freshly grilled and for the £25 charged I don't believe this was a good Deal, saying this, I will definitely be ordering from the menu again.

I ORDERED TWO BEEF SUYA STARTERS AT £6 EACH AND I RECEIVED ONE CHICKEN AND ONE BEEF SUYA WHICH WAS WRONG AGAIN. LASTLY THE FISH STARTER WAS VERY DRY AS IF IT WAS A LEFTOVER FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY.

THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AND SOME OF THE FOOD ITEMS I ORDERED WERE EXCHANGED FOR SOMETHING ELSE AS THEY STATED THAT THEY RAN OUT OF STOCK. AT THE TIME THAT I PLACED MY ORDER FOR TWO PORTIONS OF THE CHICKEN SUYA IT WAS DISPLAYING AS AVAILABLE AND THIS HAS ACTUALLY MADE ME VERY FURIOUS AND ANGRY.

The fish was described as extra large and was just an average sized fish. Not worth £25 The fish had not been cleaned properly and had scales . Plus point, it was well seasoned Not worth £25

The food was exquisite, it was piping hot as soon as it came. I am extremely proud to be a Nigerian and I’m glad that we have a Nigerian restaurant in this area. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Even my parents ordered from them the same day as soon as they had a bit of my food! 5 STARS!!!!!!

Ordered food via Just eat uk 4 times consecutively now, and the last one it took 50minutes for the order to arrived whilst I was waiting for my order , I spoke to customer service rep and it is certain she has no customer service/people skill, it was like I was speaking to robot. missed eating together with my family. delivery driver said he had to wait for 30minutes to pick up. I know you don't care but you have lost a customer for good.

The food is ok, but not mind blowing. A bit expensive for the portion sizes. Oil was seeping from the Ayamase container into the plastic carrier bag it was delivered in. The Ayamase needs to be a lot thicker with a mix of more assorted meats.
