Blinker Bar in Manchester

Llegué aquí para las bebidas antes de la cena y fue muy bien atendido. El personal es increíblemente atento, pero no demasiado exigente. Las bebidas fueron entregadas con prontitud y tenían un sabor increíble. Muy buen ambiente y gran ubicación.

Excelentes bebidas y excelente servicio. Sin duda volveríamos. La decoración es preciosa y el personal es muy bien informado.

Servicio excepcional y cócteles inventivos en un espacio súper frío. El personal era muy amable y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Volveremos.

Precioso bar de cócteles con una gran selección de menús para bebidas y aperitivos en el bar. Me encantó la música y el ambiente, pero lo más destacado fue el servicio - cada miembro del personal que nos atendió era absolutamente encantador y siempre tan amable. Gracias.

Nos recomendaron intermitentes, así que pensamos en probarlo. Bastante difícil de encontrar gracias a Dios para google maps! 🤣 Precioso bar recibido a la llegada se muestra a asientos cómodos encantadores. Buena elección de cócteles algunos que nunca habíamos tomado antes. Buen toque de una jarra de agua junto a nuestras bebidas. Servicio rápido y amable. Terminamos nuestra noche libre encantador!

Absolutely fantastic, very made drinks and mocktails. The premium and tropical old fashioned a must fir old fashioned fans. The nogroni is hard to believe there is no alcohol in it. Great staff a d vibe. Spot on👌

We visited this up market cocktail bar for a drink before dinner. Unusually for a cocktail bar, it does have a good choice of wine and beer. We enjoyed two glasses of prosecco. It wasn’t the cheapest place in town, but the price reflects the service and location.

My partner and I went to Blinker last night and it was definitely one of our favourite places we visited in Manchester! We didn't catch his name but the Italian bartender was lovely and we really enjoyed chatting with him. Very chill and intimate vibe, we will definitely be returning next time we're in the city.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff are all attentive, kind, approachable, informative and just amazing. Highly recommend. It's a must of your in Manchester. Best cocktails ever. Thanks for your 6 star service guys xxx

Awesome!! Can’t recommend highly enough. Super friendly staff. Yes the drinks are prices appropriately but they taste waaaaay too good. Highly recommended, get your butt over here. The Old Fashioned select is so tasty it hurts! Much love Peace out family ( for we all are❤️)

A terrible experience last night, as a couple we approached this bar to try out and have a nice cocktail or 2 unfortunately we didn't manage to enter the premises as the doorman said not tonight your too intoxicated or on substances! Wow! I was gobsmacked firstly we were out and had a couple of drinks in a lovely bar we were far from intoxicated when I questioned the doorman on this he became angry and defensive I asked for his sia number which he refused, I then asked to see the manager the doorman said he can refuse entry to whoever he wants and clearly uses that (how he sees power) whenever he likes the manager did come out and speak with us and apologised he agreed this was nonsense and offered us to come back another day for a free drink but he couldn't override the doorman I'm sorry what! Of course you can. I go out in the city centre often and try lots of different bars this has never happened before where I've been refused entry for no reason and to be accused of taking substances from walking over to the door is ludicrous, of course we left and carried on with our evening plenty of other bars to choose from in Manchester however this doorman is damaging your reputation and is losing you business his demeaner was disgusting. From reading some reviews on here this is not the first time this has happened.

We stopped here for a couple of drinks in passing and were both impressed. Staff are professional and the cocktails are unique. I’m not a big cocktail fan, but told the staff what I like and they recommended a cocktail which was amazing, I sampled a couple more after too. We will return!

Terrible. Told by a bouncer with a sandwich in his mouth that we were too big a group. Arrogant, aggressive. Meant to be exclusive, won't be there long with arrogance like that

Always a great time at Blinker. Recommend to everyone who comes to Manchester and all say the same. Great staff, fantastic "real" cocktails and relaxing atmosphere. Love the seasonal menus.

We love this place. We come to Manchester regularly and make sure we call in every time. The service is excellent and the staff are very knowledgable about the menu and can make recommendations if you’re unsure. We never feel rushed and can happily stay there all night. The drinks are amazing. The menu changes monthly and I’ve never had a drink I haven’t enjoyed. They also do snacks and toasties which help soak up the stiff drinks!

First visited a year ago after heard it mentioned on the radio. Always enjoy a new venue when out in Manchester . Met the owner who’s obviously passionate about his trade , which reflects in the bar . Visited again this weekend and had some classic cocktails and some new one . All well put together and perfectly presented . Well worth a visit to this independent bar . Keep it up 👍

So was out with a few friends celebrating our 50th birthdays. Had a few drinks but no means drunk ! Was recommended this place as was told cocktails were good . All of us looked smart and well dressed . Went to the door to be told the place was too full ! Could clearly see in the bar that it definitely wasn’t . The bouncer stayed he would check for us to at that point we walked off . Obviously didn’t like the look of us ! . Shame really as had come all the way from Birmingham . They need to check their hospitality laws !

Fantastic cocktail bar! The owner was there to share his cocktail passion and knowledge. Menu was extensive, and is seasonal, so there were plenty of different options among the classics. Staff were all really and helpful. Honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough - give it a try and support a small, privately owned business in the city.
