Great little place with lovely staff. The toasties were delicious and there was a wide selection along with many other choices for a light lunch.

Tracy and the team are so lovely and welcoming at blend! Cakes are all freshly made and the sausage rolls were yummy! Definitely work a visit if you are in the area! Little gem in the area x

This high street coffee shop has a beautiful little garden with plants and visiting bees and butterflies. It feels like a step out of reality, and is great for a bit of me-time or catching up with friends.

Lovely local coffee shop with yummy homemade cakes. With seating inside and out. Staff were friendly and efficient and prices very reasonable.

Really enjoyed our lunch - we all had panini’s and there was even gluten free panini which was delicious. Good choice of fillings and also good choice of drinks. Staff were very friendly and organised. Would return. Plenty of seats outside at front and in the cafe. Back garden could do with a little attention but apart from that all good!

Meet up with friends quite regular, lovely place for a catch up. The Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Good range of Coffee's and Tea, lovely food, Cakes are really delicious. Plenty of seating inside and outside. They also take Card payments, which is quick and easy. Big thanks to all the staff! See you soon!

My wife was presenting at the Birchington Literary Festival (writes under the name Linda M James) and we needed a light spot of lunch at 12.30 pm on Saturday 30th April. The place was nearly full as it was so popular. I ordered a sandwich, 2 americano coffees and a slice of quiche. The food and coffee were excellent and we did not have to wait very long for the waitress to bring our order. Lovely atmosphere and I do recommend coming here.

Great coffee...even greater Bacon sandwiches, its like having 1/2 a pig between 2 slices of bread...Mmmmmmmmm...

An NHS practitioner was retiring and in these times was going to be very quiet as working from home. Colleagues wanted to send her a cream tea for two and I couldn't get anything from anyway as it was christmas week. I called Blend and they said 'no problem, of course we can do it' !!! I was ecstatic, my colleague was over the moon with her beautiful package!. Thank you so much Blend you were amazing, thank you so much x

Always excellent home made food, cheese scones are particularly delicious! Covid changes are clear and do not detract from the relaxing experience. A favourite stop for coffee, served by the cheerful and friendly staff, thank you Blends!

I’ve never been disappointed when visiting Blend. There’s a great selection of hot and cold drinks (I like the camomile tea) and they also offer milk alternatives. The cakes and milkshakes are delicious. I haven’t eaten from the savoury menu but there’s a good choice on offer. You can’t go wrong really!

Since I last visited, but I enjoyed a decent large coffee and cheese on 2 toast for under £7.00. Friendly welcome, relaxed atmosphere. Will stop here again.

This place is always busy with locals which says it all. We have been many times and usually have the freshly baked cheese scones which are delicious. We haven’t tried their other food but it looks good and some people are in here every day for lunch or breakfast. The coffee is good too and the service is efficient and friendly.

This is an independent gem in Birchington. I try to go in after I visit customers there. It's always busy and friendly. The staff are pleasant, polite and speedy. The homebaked cakes, though limited in choice, are delicious. Coffee is good and strong. It is comfortable to sit alone, though I have also taken my mum, who loved the atmosphere. Always clean , and the toilet is spotless. There is also a garden for good weather.

Recently redecorated, this cafe provided a pleasant ambience and good beverages. Service was prompt and efficient.

These loverly ladys deliver my lunch daily and always chop and change there menu for my fussy eating habits.The food is fabulous very generous and always fresh and tasty.Great value for money thank you so much for all your delivery's to me very much appreciated.Well worth a visit.

My wife and I visited Blend Coffee Lounge recently. This place is truly a little gem. The best Latte in town by far and the cakes are to die for. I Had the Guinness cake. It was amazing. The massive cheese scones and sausage rolls are so scrumptious too. But the best thing about Blend is the friendly, happy, smiley service you will get from all the staff who will help brighten your day.. We will be back very soon.

Having changed hands last year, the new owners have brightened up the decor but kept the homemade cuisine. Their smiley welcome made us feel at home, the coffee was good and light bites good value.

Not remarkable but rather genteel. It's a great place to while away an hour on the pavement people watching the locals in Birchington. Some really are worth watching lol. Coffee is not bad. A few snacks, a nice garden and has wifi. All in all, not bad at all.

Have coffee here regularly as I live locally. It is consistently good and the home made food is excellent, the cheese scones being a particular favourite. All the staff here are great, helpful and friendly. I love it , thanks for such a great place

Inusualmente tuve tiempo de sobra para una taza de café y elegimos mezcla a lo largo de los muchos otros lugares a donde ir. Soy un bebedor Earl Grey y aunque no es 'taza de todos 'yo soy una olla de escándalo. La bolsita de té no era el habitual token 'mejor tener una caja de twinings en caso'. Esperé pacientemente a que brew en la olla y tenía un pastel de té delicioso!

Metimos en con mi familia para tomar un café y un pastel, el personal era encantador y café y pastel también era bueno. Limpio, ambiente agradable y acogedor.

Un salón de café que es un poco cansado. Muchos otros de la competencia en el pueblo. Wifi gratis y nuevos propietarios agradable. Yo ahora prefiero lugares en el pueblo con más variedad de comida

Solemos ir a la deriva por la carretera ya que venden café descafeinado o Costa si es demasiado ocupado, sin embargo, como estábamos literalmente aparcado fuera pensamos en probar. Oh mi palabra y mi hija tuvimos para celebrar nuestra nariz mientras literalmente beber el café fue asqueroso.

What a lovely coffee shop with superb cakes and a great warm welcome. The staff were happy and helpful, service was quick and efficient but it was so difficult to choose between the homemade sausage rolls and a slice of delicious cake l ended up having both.. Naughty but oh so nice. Well worth a visit if you are passing by.

I came across this lovely little café early one Saturday morning, looking for somewhere to take a morning coffee, peruse the sports pages and my local paper from back home. This place ticked every box that I wanted. The coffee was superb, and the service equally so. The staff were polite and clearly enjoy their work, and engaged in jovial conversion with customers. There were regulars/locals coming in and out for the duration of my visit, and it is obviously very popular, and from my experience for good reason. Being in the area a few times a year, I think this will be my place of choice for a Saturday morning coffee and read. Very pleasant experience.

Staff were very friendly and the range of food was good - some off the wall cakes but lovely!The place was somewhere that we just happened to stop of at but the atmosphere was buzzing and it seemed to be very popular. There were a couple of groups meeting there as well as other couples or single people..Very reasonable prices too.Would definitely stop again if passing through.

As a resident our local community coffee shop is a lovely chilled out place to visit for a mixture of drinks snacks and cakes. I do recommend the lemon cake and a drink ofbyour preference. (i usually have a caramel latte). Then staff are friendly and can usually have a little banter and a chat. It is a very clean environment. The atmosphere is lovely and chilled with gentle music in the background. The cakes are homemade and there are different cakes daily. Please visit our local community coffee shop. You will not be disappointed.

The Free Wi-Fi service is fast and secure and the team are always willing to help and engage in friendly convocation.Above all the coffee is amazing and in my opinion tops some of the leading coffee franchises in the modern day high street! Popped in for a coffee and pot of tea and had an enjoyable 15 minutes enjoying the surroundings. Staff seemed very nice, will use again, especially during the summer as they have a lovely garden out the back.

As a decaf coffee drinker I know how hit and miss it can be to get a decent cup. The coffee here is just wonderful: tasty, hot and served with a smile by the lovely waitresses. I have yet to try the food but it does look tempting. I shall wait until winter before indulging in one of the very decadent looking hot chocolates!

A lot of local places close early on a Wednesday so thought I would give Blend a call to check their opening hours. A lady answered the phone and I started to ask a question. She proceeded to put the phone near the coffee machine which was so loud it distorted the line (obviously not listening to me asking her the opening times) then came back to the phone, told me she was not interested said thank you and hung up! I did call back to state that I was a customer and how rude she was. Would I visit... No not with the attitude the staff have!

I always meet my friend in Blend Coffee Lounge. We have coffee or tea and a good old natter, catching up with life! The staff are very friendly and the service very good. They have a wide variety of teas and coffees, and scrummy cakes and paninis. The toilet is always available and clean, plus seating outside for people who smoke.

We were in from the USA and in-laws frequent this cute coffee shop. They had the best Latte and mmmmm the deserts. Will definitely go back when in the UK

This is a nice place to stop and have a coffee. On the Main Street is parking is not good but possible.They put table and chairs outside so you can people watch if you so desire.Inside is a nice seating area. It is not cramped and the service is very good.

What a surprise to visit the home of the bungalow and wacky racers on their motor scooters to be walking down the street when we were hit by the most beautiful aroma of coffee .... It was almost as though you were in a village in Long Island or the Eastern Seaboard not the north Kent coast. The staff were extremely helpful their chocolate noisette cake was Devine as was the super hot chocolate drink will definitely visit again!!!!! Keep up the good work the closest to an American coffee house over here.

I had the cappuccino - unlike the wishy washy standard offers of the big chain cafés, this was good strength and excellent flavour.

Great tasting coffee served promptly whether ordered at the counter or from the table. The hot chocolate could have had a bit more real chocolate 'kick' but was very drinkable. All the beverages came with a little biscuit and the whole cafe was warm, welcoming and social.

We visited for the first time for a tea and crumpets ( no OATCAKES regrettably). Staff really nice and friendly and the atmosphere is just great. The cafeis well decorated and with access to a free Wi Fi what more could you want.At a sensible price too. Highly recommend a visit you won't be disappointed.We will be back many times we're sure

I haven't visited this for a little while, but have been several times with my daughters. Very pleasant, nice coffee and quality snacks. Nice selection of cards at the back. My children love it when the owner is serving - they always get treated like royalty!
