Had breakfast here following staying overnight in the hotel. A real excellent experience, and definitely would cater for any needs. An option of buffet style or al la carte breakfasts were available, we chose buffet. I started with juice and coffee, Soya milk available on request. Staff were polite, super efficient and couldn't do enough to help. Options of pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt, full English with omelettes cooked to your specification too. So many breads and bagels were available. I had porridge cooked with soya milk, and had lots of options to add to it. Very tasty but a large portion for what I would eat. I then had a look at the full English section. The sausage very good, black pudding was one of the best I have tasted, and I had a wonderful 'runny' fried egg (not the healthiest breakfast) The restaurant was clean, tidy and ran with efficiency. I would definitely eat here again

Maldición, el bistec y las patatas fritas estaban bien. Cocinado a la perfección (Mid - raro, obviamente) con patatas fritas en el lateral. Grandes chips también. Crujiente por fuera, esponjoso por dentro. También comenzamos con calamares y chorizo, muy buenos los dos. También puedo recomendar el Mac de carne y queso a un lado. ¡Son muy buenas porciones y es una comida fantástica!

Renaissance Otel'in içinde, güzel bir menüsü var, etleri çok güzel. Özellikle Birsket of Beef tavsiye ediyorum.

Llamó al Renacimiento y utilizó la parrilla de hierro fundido. Buena comida, excelente servicio y un ambiente acogedor. Pensé que estaba cerrando, pero tiene un aplazamiento de 5 años y una renovación de varios millones de libras debido

Called in for a drink and to rest weary legs after a days shopping. Polite and professional staff. Trendy, comfortable decor.

This restaurant located in the Renaissance Manchester City Centre Hotel is truely a hidden gem. It is a lovely place in the main reception area of the hotel. It does not have an extensive menu but offers plenty of variety for every taste. They offer a good selection of mains which include Chicken, Steaks and also burgers. If you fancy a pizza they offer that as well. The prices are reasonable and you get a very good portion which adds to the value. It has a good relaxed atmosphere and the service was excellent. Would recommend anyone have a meal here even if your not staying in the hotel.

Great variety of dishes for breakfast, with a chef cooking in front of us. Very good quality. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Nice environment.

Fancied chicken shwarmah [ pitta + Chicken ] was surprise when it arrived very small amount of chicken and no chips !! and was £14 !! [no more than 3oz of meat] Wine was equally pricey £24 for a very average bottle of merlot , think the whole menu was priced for travellers on an expense account ! food quality was good though :)

Nice atmosphere for drinks after dinner before going up to our room in the hotel. Breakfast was your average buffet. Nothing special and it was difficult to find someone to fry some eggs at the station.

We had a great experience here primarily because of our waiter who was friendly and accommodating. He wasn't phased at seating me in my wheelchair, like many are, and treated us with respect. They had good vegetarian pies which made a great meal.

I ate breakfast here and enjoyed a cocktail here in the evening. Great service and friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere that offered wi-fi service. There's also television screens if you wish to watch football. Good meals and drinks.

Used the restaurant while staying in the hotel. It was ok nothing special and quite pricey. Nice pint of beer and the football world cup was on. Place was quite quiet.

We had a lovely lunch there, plenty of choice and good value for money. The bar is in the Renaissance and is in a lovely setting. The staff were all really helpful and friendly.

Inden afrejse spiste vi på vores hotels spisested Cast Iron Bar & Grill. Dette var ikke en kulinarisk oplevelse. En buffet til 15£ er vel ikke unormalt, men i udvalg fra brød til frugt var madens kvalitet ikke særlig god. Man havde til gengæld et bredt udvalg af klassiske engelske retter og hvad der ellers hører til. Vil hellere have fundet noget andet istedet.

Food was good but the salad I ordered was small and pricey. Expensive. Decor needs updating ..big time. Ok if you stay in the hotel.

Teniendo en cuenta el tamaño del hotel me ha sorprendido ver que este bar nunca es completa. El hotel está situado en el corazón del centro de la ciudad, así que quizás sus clientes atraía a otro sitio. . . ? El servicio es bueno, pero por desgracia no hay ambiente para atraerlo para alojarse.

Yo y un grupo de amigos comenzamos nuestro sábado por la noche con una experiencia fabulosa en Cast Iron Grill. Tuvimos prosecco, canapes y una clase magistral de cóctel que comenzó nuestra noche con un golpe. El bar / restaurante estaba lleno y tenía un gran ambiente. Los canapés eran deliciosos, teníamos mini tacos de cerdo, brochetas haloumi e incluso budones de pudding negro que eran deliciosos (y eso es de un enemigo de pudding negro!) El chef incluso produjo una versión mini de los restaurantes helado de postre especial que era increíble! ¡Adam hizo nuestra clase magistral de cóctel y todos pensamos que era fabuloso! ¡El nivel justo de humor y diversión! Como un grupo de mujeres que estaban un poco reunidas / nos juntamos nos reímos tanto que se nos revolvieron los costados y pudimos pasar un buen rato en un lugar de calidad. Gracias de nuevo Adam y el equipo por una gran noche! Me alojé en el hotel también y puedo recomendar encarecidamente las habitaciones, la cama era súper cómoda y la habitación era espaciosa y el desayuno fresco, caliente y sabroso. ¡Justo lo que necesitaba después de una noche de fiesta!

Conocimos algunos amigos en este bar que estaba casi vacío. Acceso para silla de ruedas fue a través de un ascensor lateral y ayuda necesaria de la recepción. Había una razonable selección de bebidas y los precios no estaban mal. El menú era limitado y este no es un lugar que elegiría para comer. El servicio del personal era normal y el lugar tenía un ambiente muy poco. No es un lugar que elegiría para volver dado el número de buenos lugares para comer y beber en la zona.

Food is ate in the lounge area which is being passed off as a restaurant. Limited choice and poor service.

It was just "OK" there. Decor was quite nice. Servers tried but systems were just odd and it made service slow, real slow. Food was not imaginative and the breakfast was just boring...

Se llama aquí mientras visitaba el mercado de Navidad. Fuimos a almorzar pero decidimos ir a tomar una copa. Fui al bar y pedí un café irlandés pero la chica no tenía idea de qué era lo que tuve que explicar!!!! Algunos amigos tenían el domingo asado pero eran muy decepcionado con el tamaño de las raciones y la calidad.

Buena comida y un gran servicio. Mi marido y yo teníamos una deliciosa zanahoria y cilantro sirve sopa con pan casero rollo. Esto fue seguido de filetes, cocinado a la perfección, me gusta medio minas y mi marido le gusta su blue! Mi marido terminamos con una tarta de queso mermelada y pedí amoretti helado que estaba en la lista en el menú con un brownie de espresso y me ofrecieron una selección de helados y opté por una bola de amoretti y dos bolas de vainilla - delicioso!

Buena comida pero lento. Bueno si tienes tiempo y te alojas en el hotel. El personal es muy amable y acogedor

I have stayed at this hotel nearly every week for the last 10 months and the have always made me feel welcome You know you can always rely on the good being good Favourites were the burger and the beer battered fish

on arrival we were greeted by the Manager Lee Webster and waitress Dee, at the first table we were treated to cocktails Singapore sling and Zombie which was very nice, then we were escorted to our main dining table where we had a beautiful meal. Mine was scallops to start then stuffed saddle of lamb (that melted in the mouth) finished off with a grand selection of cheese. Not one of our party, there was 7 Ladies, had any complaints in fact it was compliments to the chef Juraj Kopca.

Staying at the Renaissance Hotel we dined at their Blackfriars Lounge & Grill restaurant.There is a small, somewhat restricted menu but what they had, they did well enough. I had the monk fish Tempura and the Rib eye steak as a main course, my wife having Fish & Chips. Its not a great place, but obviously very convenient if you don’t want to venture outside of the Hotel. Its certainly a better Lounge and Bar than a restaurant and I suppose I expected more of the Restaurant in the surroundings of Renaissance. In contrast, the breakfasts gave everything. coffee, food and service was all very good.

The title says it all. Chichetti is off the side of House of Fraser on Deansgate and if the breakfast was anything to go by the all day food will be very good. My son assures me that it is and he lives in Manchester.
