Shop has changed went down hill

They wouldn’t allow students to sit in and one of the workers are so rude and I pay money for me to get kicked out just because I’m a student!!

First timing visiting here. Was decent. Food was good and I can't complain about it. Was very busy so took a while as it was Friday lunch time. Would visit again.

After two visits recently, waiting time was ridiculous. staff not got a clue what they’re doing and don’t care about good customer service if I’m honest. Won’t be back🫣

Chicken is very good I had double breast burger

Waited 20 minutes for just fries when it wasn't even that busy. In the end seems like they forgot, and just handed me over cold fries.

Paneer always out of stock but sometimes available to order for delivery. If products aren’t available, they should be taken off.

I found my experience to be enjoyable nd i really enjoyed the food and experience, It's a gem in Govan.. Lovely

Come here as often as possible. Guys work hard. There's a bank machine outside to lift cash. Food is good and reasonably priced compared to rivals. Bit of perspective required in reviewing sometimes.

Came here on at least 4 occasions in upto 4 months. Card machine broken every single time. Probably losing countless business from this.

Shocking service on delivery order, was so late and food too cold to enjoy.

All the stores say shut 10 pm i was told at 9:32 stores shut and all stores shut at 9:30 so wich is it sort it out black rooster

It's great to see this Scottish fast food chain taking off and the piri-piri chicken's really good here. When you order the chicken, if you're dining in it's served on the tray with sauce on paper but it makes sense to eat it this way because you're going to make a mess anyway. I also got a side of jalapeno cheese balls and sweet potato fries and a member of staff recommended trying the gravy as it's spicy. I'm so glad that I took her up on her advice. If you're after a spicy kick, the piri piri sauce here certainly has a zing to it!

Excellent service , the chicken is delicious and juicy One should try this I tried other branches but this has something different and staff were so nice and humble Definitely is one of my best place in govan

Staff not interested and too busy bickering, tables are sticky and unwashed, insisted on cash only and worst of all my Pepsi was watered down, oh dear !

As many have said in other reviews, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Staff clearly don't want to be there and were simply rude. The look I got for daring to try and pay by bank card (cash only btw). The sarcastic tone and dismissive tone for not knowing that a business these days didn't take card payments. Food was ok, but nothing outstanding. Doubt I will be back to this one or any of them.
