Super tasty Chinese food in Leeds with very reasonable prices. Great service and nice staff. Definitely come again later and would like to recommend to everyone.

Ordered bbq ribs salt & pepper munchy box & satay prawn. Came hot & quick stunning food & lovely english delivery lad. Gave him tip like we all should. Will definitely use again food was stunning.

If there was an option for zero stars that's what I'd be picking. Ordered at 17:20, it's now 19:20 and still nothing. Phoned up to cancel the order and have a refund and had the phone slammed down on us. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you are going to order from here, make sure to go in person.

So I ordered food via the website at 17:09. Chased up at 18:11 as not delivered. They told me ours was the next delivery. 18:52 I phoned again asking where my food is and they said you are far from the shop with which I replied i am an 8 minute drive as I drive it daily. 19:02 I left home for the shop. 19:09 I get to the shop and question again. 19:14 delivery driver calls me and asks for the address as he can't find it (this is not an issue), 19:16 wife takes delivery. Then, once eating, food is barely warm and I find seafood shell in my food! Either crab or lobster shell. I NEVER ORDERED ANY SEAFOOD! As my wife stated, it is a good job I don't have seafood allergies.

After moving to south Leeds I was looking for a great Chinese and unfortunately it took a while until I found this place. To be clear, Black Panda’s is definitely worth a try as food is just right for good Chinese food and if you do need to talk with the owners they are always lovely and very good with their communication.

Lovely service gave me some free crackers, and food was lovely 😍

Had been struggling to find a nice Chinese for so long! So happy to have found Black Panda. The food is always fresh and so tasty, can’t fault it. Ruby is lovely and always so friendly too. Thank you :)

This is the best Chinese in leeds by a long way

This was our regular favourite chinese but really gone down hill. Just placed an order online, gone past delivery due time and tried to check order, no answer by phone and can only assume it's not coming. I will never order from here again. I advise anyone reading this not to risk placing an order. I can only hope I get my money back.

Delivery was over 1hour and forty minutes delivery and still waiting, customer service is shocking

Would give it zero stars ordered food which was extremely long when they did turn up in my street they delivered to next door when realised there mistake they supposed to have stood outside my house and taken a picture to prove they have delivered it . This was taken from inside a car as i can see the wing mirror nearly 40 quid worth of food not received

So not very often I write a review but honestly its the 3rd time I've been hear in the last month and tbh I find it hard to find a decent Chinese but I would say the food hear has been spot on. Ive always collected and its always super fast with lovely customer service from the lady there. I've only had the salt and pepper crispy beef and rice twice with prawn crackers and the duck once and not one complaint at all felt fresh and so much flavor and I will definitely be back to try more in the future. Thanks keep up the good work.

We ordered from here but it did not come until nearly an hour after expected. I was not happy, but once the food came, i was delighted to find it hot, fresh and absolutely delicious! Best Chinese food we have ordered from a takeout in a very very long time. It was well worth the extra wait. I dont think a delay of this length is normal, it was probably due to the snowy conditions and staffing issues, but I would definately order again! They even sent some free cake to compensate. Lovely

We tryed this chinese lastnight and everything was absolutely amazing will definitely be ordering again i dont see how some off reviews are not good good because we order about 5 meals and everything was lovely and fresh thank you black panda will be ordering again best chinese we have ever had all fresh and tasty x

Honestly the best Chinese I have ever had, ordered on Black Panda website which was quick and simple. I had a special request for the duck well done. The restaurant called me and said not a problem. Food arrived on time and was beautifully cooked and seasoned, even gave us 2 bits of cake free of charge. I have just sat down after this gorgeous meal and received another phone call asking if everything was ok. Brilliant customer service. I will be ordering again and recommending Black panda to my friends. Thank you so much.

Absolutely appalling customer service the order has now been wrong twice in a row both times I called both times they made bad excuses trying to blame us when we had proof it was clearly marked in the comments rude on the phone not a single apology and put the phone down on my wife twice! Never ordering from here again and have now lost lots of custom from our families friends and neighbours. Even worse when there own deliver driver says there rude and recommends a better Chinese.

Order placed 18/4/20 We order from here a lot and love the food but this order arrived over 1.5 hours late, over £30 of food and we got no apologies and no compensation, just the usual bag of prawn crackers, makes us wary of using now

Ordered over £25 worth of chinese.. the special.curry was mainly veg and hardly any meat at all. The femichelli noodles again hardly any meat and small portion for price!. Very difficult to understand the person taking the call and specifically asked for prawn crackers and still non came. Not impressed at all.

The food tastes fantastic,the freshness of the ingredients shines through the flavour. Fast friendly service. Defiantly the BEST authentic Chinese/Thai food in Leeds. Your tastebuds will thank you

Where do i begin, the owner is crazy, rude and arrogant. Food tasted like horrible and came cold. STAY AWAY DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID SONS CRYING NOW

Nice, plentiful and came to house 30 minutes after ordering (which is so quick!).

Ordered special fried rice that was bland and not fried even the egg was in solid pieces like it had been boiled. Chicken and prawns boiled no taste at all. Chow mein. No taste at all.

Awful food, didn't get my order right and the chicken they use tastes like it was from a bag of frozen chicken which was still cold! Will not be ordering from here again!!! 😡😡

First time eating here, don't waste your time, obviously the 2 reviews here don't have a clue on what good food is, ordered hot and sour soup for starter, came not hot or sour, if you like yellow rice what looks like a tescos dine in package by all means eat here, I on one hand will be sticking to Mr phungs....
