We have been looking for a great pizza place for some time and I do believe we have just found it. The food was hot and tasted like how a pizza should, NOT greasy like some we've had. It was a wet & stormy night and the delivery driver was still smiling and polite, and early. We will be ordering from them again. Very happy tummies. 😊

The pizza it is good , so cheesy taste and the peperoni taste amazing and the wings are perfect . İ said that because i eated in many places and many countries as well , but i believe their timming it is not good for preparing the food , i mean thiers it is good timming , but it is not PERFECT . Your cooking time it is perfect and that makes the food much tasty . I really enjoy right now the food and it is blowing my mind with the good taste . Thank you ! Have a good evening my friend ! Best pizza I’ve had in Southampton (after Dominos - the godfather and clear benchmark for pizzas... for me at least, but then at their prices they can afford to be) The owner does it all on his own - even deliveries - yet remains keen to provide excellent service and is always happy to accommodate you where he can. For the value ratio to quality and taste, I haven’t had a better pizza in Southampton and believe me I’ve tried most outlets, however temporary (yes I AM talking about the burger-van-turned-pizza-van that popped up along a well travelled road one day) or shockingly huge, like the pizzas served in a West Quay restaurant that are literally twice the size of the plate they’re served on so that most of it hangs over the edges. Nope, keep all that. I’m fairly traditional with my pizzas - I like it simply to be well made and tasty, for the menu to have enough options so I can have as close to my favourite choice and for it to be cooked well and finally to have the ability to swap or choose extra options which is relatively standard nowadays - but not to be taken for granted! So for instance dough thickness as I prefer a thinner base than what you’d get by default, and extra toppings as it’s really nice to have EXACTLY the pizza you want and not just the best match from the menu. Fortunately at Bitz n Pizza’s each order is made and cooked fresh in front of you - to your specific requirements or to a set option direct from the menu. And although I’ve only ever had pizza from here and almost always the same variety, the menu happens to offer a wide range of pizza choices and easily caters for most palettes but it also provides far more dishes than pizza alone and is actually quite extensive. As well as a range of cold drinks, dips and side salads, this little hidden gem offers most of the typical hot fast food dishes that you’d get in Bedford Place or St Mary’s at either the same or better value. The last pizza I had - which admittedly I had tuned to perfection - was so good it was almost on a par with Dominos but at a third of the cost.

They left off one of our items but quickly delivered it. Bit of a grumble though, the mozzarella chips with bacon, the cheese was barely melted and a little bit cold. Not really on. I don't own a microwave so a bit trickier to heat them up quickly.

Although the order was a bit late and the pizza a bit cold, this is by far the best pizza I got on delivery, crusty and tasty, pretty much how a pizza should be .

usually one of my favourite takeouts in Southampton but they’ve been declining a lot of orders recently. this order the pizza was only room temperature by time it arrived, cheese had hardened and no dip as usual. burger had incorrect salad toppings on it

Pizza base was burnt. Menu text says each pizza comes with a dip, but it didn't. Food was greasy and not particularly satisfying. It filled a hole, wasn't really worth complaining over but won't be ordering again.

pizza was good. nice toppings and tasty .... but the lasagne was seriously horrible. sorry to say but had to throw it all away. it was dry, pasta was hard and there was barely any sauce inside. it had no flavour and tasted like something you would get in a hospital ! would definitely get the pizza again but never the pasta!! good delivery time and friendly driver

Lovely tasty pizzas. As I have Ceoliac disease I had my own gluten free base and they put the gut buster special topping on for me. My husband had half gut buster special and half hot and spicy. We have used Bitz and Pizas for years and have gone to other places in between, but none of them compare to Bitz and Pizzas

I live across the road from this restaurant. food was 45 mins late and cold on arrival. I did call the restaurant and it appears the delivery driver left mine till last ? When it arrived it was cold so I sent it back. They did it in super quick time but didn’t deliver any dips! The delivery guy said he’d bring them back but never did. Disappointed as they are usually good. They did give me back my cold ones on delivery of the hots ones tho .

Over an hour after placing my order, delivery driver phoned me to say he couldn't find my address yet bitz n pizza'z told me he left the phone behind, so how did he phone me? Definitely wouldn't order from them again

The pizza we ordered was dripping in grease and toppings did not seem fresh I recommend if you would like to buy pizza from a non commercial restaurant then to use Zamanos Pizza in Wollaston good service there fresh pizza dough

We visited here yesterday and as we walked in there was one person behind the counter preparing food. He didn't even acknowledge we were even there and continued to finish the order he was making. A "Hello" or "be with you in a minute" might have been nice but no. He eventually come to the till to take my order and as I started to order he abruptly interrupted me saying "how many pizzas do you want?" If we hadn't planned on taking the pizzas to a friends place, then I would have just left. The prices have also gone up from 12.99 for two 12" pizzas to £16.50 for two with a 10% discount. The pizzas were nice but I wont be going back and will probably use the new business thats opened just down from here. Politeness costs nothing and unfortunately, the lack of it costs customers!!

my order was arranged for 2pm. food arrived at 1pm explained that our lunch hour is 2pm, to which he said no problem I will go cook you fresh ones.... returned an hour later with my order that had obviously just been taken back to the shop and put back in oven as it was extremely well done and the bases were that hard we couldn't bite them, seriously not happy..

Used to be my go to for quick pizza, but delivery times have gotten longer, recently, and the deals have gotten worse and more pricey, so will likely start to look elsewhere.

Beef burger was thin and dry, I had tomato, lettuce and onion, which I didn't ask for in the burger. Garlic bread was dry and tasteless. Chips were nice though.

Usually have a really good quality pizza - sadly this time it wasn’t so good. The meat I had ordered was chicken.... however what was on the pizza far resembled chicken and more like sausage or kebab meat in cubes. Rather put off but as had waited 45 mins for delivery (as scheduled) I continued to eat picking off the chicken otherwise it would be too long to wait for a different order again. Probably won’t be ordering pizza again....

ordered a burger and added an extra-cheese,thought it would come as ''All burgers are served in a bun with lettuce, onion & fresh tomato'' got only the bun,meat and cheese.

Always has a great offer of buy one get one free on any size pizza when u collect. Pizza cooked while you wait. They have more than just pizza too. You can have chicken or burgers. They have a selection of desserts too. The desserts are ok but I wouldn't say they are good value for money. The pizzas are very tasty and piping hot straight from the pizza oven.

Agreed to meet me elsewhere as I hadn't got cash out yet + friendly service. The only thing I would say is that it wasn't very filling but I'm a big eater so the average person should be fine :)

Delivery was 30mins late. I called when 20mins late to see what time it would arrive and someone shouted 5mins and hung up phone.

The pizzas were very tasty and we will definitely order again! It could be a tiny bit faster on delivery, especially as it's not free, it was delivered 5 mins late.
