A large group of us met here for lunch today and we had a variety of different dishes on the menu - my shepherd’s pie and apple and pear crumble was just what I wanted, and the gentleman who served us, the owner, I think, was extremely patient and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a long, leisurely meal with no pressure put upon us to vacate the table and allow them to tidy up around us. Thank you

They did a fantastic lunch delicious and a special celebration chocolate cake absolutely FAB! Lovely attentive family people lovely decor - faultless experience and very good chefs. Thank you so so much. Fab for all the family I really recommend this Bistro!

Mehdi and his team are brilliant! We held a private event here (a buffet lunch following our daughter’s Christening), and from planning fo execution, it was perfect. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and helpful, and the selection and quality of the foods was great. Our guests were very happy, and so were we!

Very warm and friendly welcome. Had a great pizza and supercool salad with chicken. Really tasty. Comfortable surroundings and we will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Excellent food and service. Intesting take on Iranian cuisine. Try the pickled strawberry salad with goats cheese. Highly recommended.

Went for lunch as a family grown up kids in tow. Had starters of garlic breads, then flat iron steak, chicken burger, supercool salad, lamb spring roll, crispy squid and chips followed by oreo milk shake, cheese cake and crumble washed down with Peroni and Staropramen. All good not exceptional but good freshly cooked and portion size was good. We'll be back.

Went there with my girlfriend for early dinner, very worm welcome when we arrived, friendly staff and food was fantastic, will be back soon.

We went just after 5pm on a Saturday evening as we have kids who eat early. It was very quiet . We gave our drinks order - juices came in glass mugs but with grime that had collected inside the mug in the indents where the handles were. Fresh juices were given in half pint glasses instead. We must have been there about half an hour by the time we gave our food order. The waiter didn’t write it down and had to come back to remind him what it was. Next time, write it down! When the food came, my husband’s steak was warm, not hot and tasted weird (the sauce wasn’t great and didn’t suit the steak). My pizza was OK and my children’s pizza which were shaped as fish (nice touch!) were bigger than mine! Of course they could barely finish it. The desserts for the kids were not correct when they came but the kids thankfully didn’t mind and took what they were given. Service was friendly but very, very slow - and it wasn’t even busy. We must have been there for around 2 and a half, almost 3 hours - it was the kids’ bedtime. Can’t say we’ll be back in a rush, sorry…..

Excellent takeaway in August. We fancied something healthier on a Sunday afternoon and opted for Bistro Corner having eaten there before. The takeaway was perfectly cooked and perfectly packaged so that it arrived warm, with all the appropriate sides and sauces you would get in the restaurant. In fact, by the time I had plated the meal my husband wasn’t aware that it was takeaway as the perfectly presented meals were delivered to the table! The only giveaway was the variety of dishes… sea bass with pea purée and bubble and squeak, chicken burger (prepped plain for my daughter following a quick call to the restaurant as she didn’t want the usual avocado and salad served with it), and flat iron steak prepared medium rare which was exceptional and piping hot and with an extremely large portion of fries, and delicious seasonal greens and green veg. We will definitely be doing this again… I actually think it might need to be my dinner party cheat! We’ll be eating in again as soon as possible. The food is great and excellent quality at exceptional value

I have been here many times and absolutely love it and following a Father’s Day meal with 3 generations of our family today, where the feedback from everyone was fantastic, I find myself here writing this review. Between the adults, we had roast beef, roast pork belly, beef burger, pan friend chicken and Parma ham. My son is obsessed by their succulent, excellent quality chicken goujons from the children’s menu and encouraged the other little ones to have the same. We all absolutely loved our meals. All complementing the excellent fresh and quality ingredients and over all, very tasty dishes. We finished it off with the tiramisu which we all said was the best we have ever had. Run by a lovely couple who provide a superb, friendly service. Highly recommend!

Booked for a private event for about 70 people and everything was absolutely perfect. The menu is amazing. Juices and smoothies made fresh to order on a hot day went down a treat. Tables outside to enjoy the sun. Staff absolutely fantastic - couldn't have done more for us. Feedback from everyone was wonderful.

Had a lovely evening at Bistro Corner, first time there. Quality of food was excellent can particularly recommend the venison pie. Nice menu and wine selection at decent prices. Lovely atmosphere, Sara made us so welcome. Thoroughly lovely evening, we will be back!

Spotted the menu when they opened up - I’m pescetarian and a lot of my family are veggie - and was drawn in by the variety of options available for our types of diets. Tried it out with my partner first; the food was lovely...

What a surprise! A very good menu with so much choice, I had the crayfish followed by the venison pie, friend had the mussels followed by the bream; superb.

A friend booked this new restaurant for NY's Eve and it was the first time we have eaten here but definitely won't be the last. Food was very good and the service was excellent. Thoroughly recommend!
