If u could give this 0 stars I would. Very silly man in this establishment who can’t own up to mistakes. There was a rat on the floor

Food tasted like it was cooked in old oil, portion sizes were tiny, and the guy used his hands on our burgers to show which ones where spicy and which ones were not. Also the menu has become very limited. It's a shame, Bimms started off well but clearly standards have dropped

I made a mistake and went to wrong store to collect on uber eats but they where very helpful to sort things out. Food is delicious as always THANK YOU

I love this place so so much. I would reccomand the spicy chicken burger and I love to get extra Algerian sachets and put it inside. Their food is so fresh and their chicken is amazing quality. I always return to this place and they’re open late which is great. Their coffee and chai is also very nice.

Food is ok but always something wrong with the take away order. Get home to find out the order is missing and adding other stuff to it

Today I visited in bims form Ilford branch excellent service special the Name of employee Rizwan is best given customer service is very helpful and very kind and very calm and very good behaviour 😊

Bim's is totally the best! Their burgers are so juicy and the fries were super crispy and the customer service was awesome especially the staff "Saani" was really friendly and helped me to choose the best option.

Poor service.. ordered a portion of chilli cheese nuggets out of the 12 ordered x3 or 4 had the filling remaining all empty.. waste of money chips soggy..

Food was nice chicken burger had brioche bun nuggets were tasty. Only negative was the beef burger the beef was 2 thin slices and the meat wasn’t that nice… chips gone wet abit but that’s everywhere due to delivery times overall wasn’t bad so 3/5

Place got alot of hype, as a Halal McDonalds. Cant compare to McDonalds, but burgers felt cheap ( i guess they are ). Fries were underwhelming. However, i would prefer this to paying £10 for a burger, which seems regular nowadays. Cheap, fast food, nothing else to say.

Burger was slapped together, it was not even busy for it to look like that. There was also a weird taste to the beef. Chips were fresh.

Food was great, but didn’t give us any sauces even though we asked for it.

The eta kept changing, it went from 7:55pm to being delivered at 8:10pm (but with in the time slot). We have always enjoyed Bims and normally collect our food. Unfortunately, the two occasions I have used the delivery service the food has arrived luke warm, not the same quality. On this occasion the amount of fries between the two was enough for just one portion and there was no crunch 😟.

Not so cheap maccies imitation, greasy burger made me feel a bit off afterwards, very small burger for the price, wasn't willing to give Fruit Shoot with a burger meal, we had to buy each item separate which cost way more, very silly rules, I don't want to come back to a place like this again, food did arrive fast which is the one and only good point otherwise bakwaas freshie run burger place.

An alternative to McDonalds fast food, however a far superior quality. The icecream here is amazing! Not at all like the watery Mc flurry. The gaming stations are good entertainment for the little ones. The Nasheeds were a nice touch 👌

No sauce, no pickles, no cheese..... Service has gone down hill. So many times I've had problems but I let it be cos I'm their regular customer and I've been eating here for the past 2 years but this time I'm actually in shock.. Disappointing.

I ordered 2 kids meals for my kids as i usually do, my kids look forward to the small toy that comes with the meals, we were disappointed to realise there was no toy with their meals, also before they would order mojitos however now this needs to be bought separately as robinsons is the option, which is also quite disappointing.

Whilst the food is good, disappointing with what I experienced from the Ilford Branch. Went in to order and a Romanian lady is sitting at a table with a young boy. She comes up-to us as we are ordering on the system and ask for food, while gesturing she’s hungry. We order our food and order extra for her and her son, whilst waiting I overhear another woman saying to keep 2 burgers separate for mother and child. I enquired to the staff is this normal practice to allow someone to be sitting at a table with a child and begging for food. She says there’s nothing they can do, they keep coming back. We accept this as sometimes situations can be intimidating, whilst continuing to wait we hear another man saying to the same staff how he ordered food for the same woman and child, he advises them to do something about as they are blatantly scamming good natured customers. While this is going on, 2 young children walk in and the Romanian mother is telling the older child to take them away. Another customer walks in and orders at self-service, the woman begs her for food and gesturing she’s hungry. A customer is on his way out tells the woman whose ordering not to order anything for the mother and son as she has gotten 3/4 people already paying for her food. We give her the food on the way out and I tell her she needs to leave as this is not what the establishment is about. As I walk up the street, she’s following behind with her brood of children and walks into her home. Her home is less than 2mins walk from Bims. Disappointed this scam is being allowed to happen by staff and management not doing enough to ensure staff/customers are safe.

I had the pleasure of dining here lately, and I have to admit that it much above my expectations! The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming from the moment I walked in, laying the groundwork for a lovely dining experience. I was welcomed with a warm grin and real hospitality by your staff member Neema as soon as I took a seat. They really deserve praise for their expertise and attentiveness during the dinner. From suggesting foods to swiftly fulfilling my requests, they went above and beyond to make sure my entire dining experience was nothing short of wonderful.

They forgot to pack my second meal

The range of burger options has been reduced to basically cheese burger with one, two, or three patties, or a chicken burger with or without spicy sauce. Couldn’t find the previous options that had a bit more variety of fillings. Ordered large chips and looked over to another customer with medium portion, hardly much more than them, for the extra money spent. Just be a bit more generous and stop trying to be a stingy mcds. Guess the hype has gone.

I encountered very poor customer service from the female staff at Bim’s. She was disrespectful and unapologetic even though she made a mistake with my order. I also noticed that she treated other customers with the same attitude, which I found unacceptable and unprofessional. I am very dissatisfied with Bim’s for tolerating this kind of behaviour. I hope appropriate actions are taken.

Tiny burgers, small portions, doesn’t fill you and massively overpriced!! RIP OFF. Check my photo, their double cheeseburger is slimmer than a 10p coin!!! I only noticed today after putting up with less and less each time I go; We go every Tuesday for almost a year; sometimes our whole family, and today When my son complained there was no pickle, I checked inside our burgers, there was 1 slice of gherkin on each of our burgers!! 1 tiny slice!! I notice over past few months they have been reducing this but 1 slice is taking the mickey. The burger was always flat but today I paid attention and honestly the meat in the burger was so flat that the double cheeseburger was really just 1 small cheeseburger. Yet it cost more than McDonald’s cheeseburger by far! The owners here have gone greedy for profit and cut back on all costs. My son and I have been going every Tuesday for nearly a year but today they would not serve the mojito with the kids meal, they stopped on the weekend gone apparently but didn’t tell me when I ordered or ask me what drink I wanted. I always feel hungry after their meal despite finding it more expensive than McDonald’s and today when I paid attention I understand why I’m hungry. They’ve lost me as a customer after today really annoyed at not being served mojito (my son wants it). They wanted me to keep the drink that came with kids meal (fruit shoot from Tesco) and pay extra for the cup drink despite not telling me When I ordered or asking me what drink I want. Enough is enough, your greed has lost a loyal customer that has been coming to your place every single week for a year now.

Visit this restaurant quite often. Realized that it becomes my favourite spot. Chicken supreme burger is really awesome. Thank you for the best services I have ever gotten from any restaurant. Staff was very courteous and understood how to deal with customers very well.Especially Neema did great

I love these burgers! What a delicious halal option. My family love to come here for a burger. Love the shakes, chicken strips and the chips are yummy. Buuuuuuuut just need to keep the seating area clean. It’s better than most McDonald’s!

May 2024: where have the staff gone? Saturday lunchtime and only 1 person cooking! Over 20 min wait for a basic order Its just ok...not sure if it was an off day for Bims but I was slightly disappointed recently, had a triple cheeseburger and a single cheeseburger found the buns very dry and the ketchup taste was a bit strange. Took close to 10 mins to receive my food even though the restaurant was totally empty. When i 1st tried this restaurant in walthamstow it was a top pick but now seems pretty average...
