Even though it came cold (mostly) it was still the best fast food ever, it was like a real life krabby patty !!!

THIS IS ZA VERY GOOD FOOD SIR, I ASK FOR A NEW BURGER AND THEY GIVE ME, FOR FREE. YOU NEED TO COME HERE AND TRY SOME CREAMY CREAMY ICE CREAM AND FRIES. NOW YOU DOND DA DELL ME WHAD DO DO.

Very nice food, full of flavour and brilliant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend for people with family’s as well as those without.

Made an order of Bims a special deal. 2 burgers for a tenner but turns out it was bloody £20 but had no choice to order it as me and my wife were hungry. The burger isn’t to good it’s decent.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Chips were cold as if it just came out of the fridge, chicken burger soggy and hard, tasted like it was reheated a few times and not fresh ( still arrived cold) so not sure but probably they reheated it during the day to keep it hot

Food is just ok, nothing much to say. I have had better burgers in many other places and prices were similar! At these prices more is definitely desired. Service is tad bit slow even when it’s empty, guess lots go out on delivery. Atmosphere is ok, interior clean, parking as usual difficult just typical for Ilford Lane.

Burger was awful yuk! Stale, cold and smelt of beef fat. Absolutely disgusting.

Really pricey for what it is. Burger are ok but nothing really extra good. Sauce pot are not well filled. Will not go back 😕

Orders were wrong. Gave 4 same drinks when different ones were placed. We didn’t even order food!! It was just drinks n they managed to even get that wrong!!!

Spicy chicken burger is just two chicken strips and Algerian sauce on top 🤦‍♂️ Absolutely not worth the hype.

Didn’t get the drinks as part of the meal, the delivery time was over an hr and the food was cold.

Food is consistently good, but the main reason I’m leaving the review is because the manager is possibly one of the nicest people I have ever met.

I visited BIMS today and was pleasantly surprised by how well they’re stepping up as a great alternative to McDonald's, especially after McDonald's support of Israel. The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly, but what truly stood out was Amair, the server. He was super friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience more enjoyable. They’re doing a fantastic job, and I’ll definitely be choosing them over other fast-food chains from now on!

always missing an item. this my third time when i’ve ordered and either one pack of fries are usually missing or something else. ordered 6 burgers, and there is a missing junior burger.

Ordered through uber eats at 4.15 and got the food by 5.30pm for some reason uber eats delivery driver changed 3 times. So not sure if it's ubers complete fault or bims.. Yet when we received the food it was soggy stale, overcooked, meat tasted raw at that and the juice for my son was hot. So the food was waiting inside the package for a long time. Shocking do not buy from this place.

A close friend recommended and I tried - of the international food joints that people are boyc0tting because of the ongoing gen0cide, this is such an amazing alternative (mac lovers - try the big Hack). You won’t feel the difference… just the Halal version!

Chips were not large like we paid for, and the lemonade was watery today, the quality is getting worse

spicy chicken burgers were overcooked and stringy and both junior burgers tasted old/ buns were like cardboard.

As an alternative to McDonald's this is great. The big hack is pretty much same as big mac. Both are Meh tbh, the meat is nothing to write home about. They don't fully replicate the menu, no nuggets, no fish burger, no apple pie. They only replicate the burgers. The breading on the chicken fingers is good but chicken is overcooked and hard to chew. The oil was clean as there was no dark tint. Swirl ice is not exactly like mcflurry but sugar overloaded. Dips are decent. There are ipads in restaurants if you want to entertain kids. As a restaurant compared to competition in the area, it's on the low end but as a McDonald's alternative it does the job. Definitely not the healthiest but you know that already.

Ordered food on uber eats. Ordered dips but no dips wer given. Soggy chips. Bland burgers. I can hit a nail with a chicken tenders and nail would break that how hard the chicken was. Worst shop iv ever eaten from. Waste of 20 pounds. Would not recommend

There was ice in the drink when i requested no ice. And there was no sauce or napkins given.

Food tasted like it was cooked in old oil, portion sizes were tiny, and the guy used his hands on our burgers to show which ones where spicy and which ones were not. Also the menu has become very limited. It's a shame, Bimms started off well but clearly standards have dropped

Well it was burger with restaurant discount and it was like half size if you would pay normal price. Had bought from this place a lot. But this one disappointed me. Chicken pieces in burger was tiny!

I love this place so so much. I would reccomand the spicy chicken burger and I love to get extra Algerian sachets and put it inside. Their food is so fresh and their chicken is amazing quality. I always return to this place and they’re open late which is great. Their coffee and chai is also very nice.

ordered 3 dips and 1 16oz guave drink. all were missing. asked for refund through just eat. have been refused refund so I guess the shop gets to keep that extra money haha

Driver said he was at property asked where does he have to go i explained. I then i got a notification to say food is delivered but i didnt receive it. The driver drove off i couldnt get hold of the driver on the number he called off and the restaurant doesn’t care because either way they have their money and cant do nothing! Disgusting!!

Bim's is totally the best! Their burgers are so juicy and the fries were super crispy and the customer service was awesome especially the staff "Saani" was really friendly and helped me to choose the best option.

Poor service.. ordered a portion of chilli cheese nuggets out of the 12 ordered x3 or 4 had the filling remaining all empty.. waste of money chips soggy..

Place got alot of hype, as a Halal McDonalds. Cant compare to McDonalds, but burgers felt cheap ( i guess they are ). Fries were underwhelming. However, i would prefer this to paying £10 for a burger, which seems regular nowadays. Cheap, fast food, nothing else to say.
