I ordered a mayo supreme chicken burger meel but chicken fillet was not cooked properly. This happened second time to me.

Bim's is by far the best chicken shop I have ever had. the chips are perfectly cooked, the chicken stripps have tender chicken inside and the perfectly cooked crispy coating with a dip unlike any other. then the burgers well they are also perfectly done each mouthful is bliss. thank you bims hope your stores multiply

The food was average. The service was average and nothing special but overall i would rate it a 5/10, yes it reflects the big giant Mc Donald or fast food chain but meat or the chicken was very late night fast food style . the salad, the bun , the meat or the sauce have no love at all and the portion size is small then the big giants or even the local shops , Nothing to show off for tried a few things it's just standard.

Big hack and Chicken burger are the best in London. Fries were good too.My first choice either for takeaway or delivery. Food temperature was not ideal but might be driver's fault. One suggestion of you link your loyalty scheme wth delivery apps then it would be ideal and we can earn points etc. Definitely recommend to others who love burgers and fast food. Keep up the good work guys.
