If you ever felt like you wanted to taste McDonald's, this is the exact taste (slightly improved rather). Shiva - is an absolute legend behind the counter. He went above and beyond to put a smile on my daughter's face. Good options for kids and ofcourse halal is the cherry on top. Still top quality

Dined with family of 6- husband and 4 kids! Awesome food and good quality ingredients used- we tried pretty much everything on the menu! food is always warm and drinks are tasty! Ice cream is pure creamy and better than a McFlurry! Service was 10/10 and he offered a complimentary toy and ice cream for my youngest! Thanks Bims!

Went last night (Ilford lane branch) & we ordered two Deep sea meals. It was delicious! I was very skeptical at first, but ai was very impressed. The guava drink was nice, my husband loved his chocolate milkshake. The chips were a very very close match to McD which of course we have boycotted. The staff were so kind & respectful towards us. Please go and try for yourself! I never write reviews but I felt this was necessary

Great Service and Professionalism! I recently visited BIMS at Ilford and had a great experience overall. The food was delicious, and the cold drink was refreshing. At one point, I asked for a refill, but the staff member SHIVA politely explained that refills weren’t part of the restaurant’s policy. I was genuinely impressed by how respectfully and professionally he handled the situation. He maintained a friendly tone, stuck to the rules, and still made me feel like a valued customer. It’s always nice to see staff members who are well-trained and confident in their roles. Definitely a place I’d return to!🙂

the drink was not closed properly/didn't have a seal so spilt EVERYWHERE and was soaking the bag and dripping so I didn't even take it from the driver

The food came hot, the burgers where fresh, the fries was not fresh was stale, the fish burger was overcooked and a very fishy taste. The beef burger could have done with onions and a better burger sauce. Chicken burgers was very nice, ice creams only had the sauce as the actual flavour and not the actual ice cream, needed more of the sauce. The tiramisu dessert was nice.

Fries were chewy like they had been reheated. Chicken was saggy. Only the big burger was warm, everything else was cold. Took the driver 26 minutes to deliver from pick up. 10mins late after maximum ETA. No difference on size between small and medium fries. Chicken burger is actually a big nugget. Beef burgers are undercooked. Horrible
