Food was cold especially the chips

Took too long. Missing out so much of the food! Didnt receive a refund for the food i fully paid for.

Only 3 tenders were given when I ordered 4

order from me all the time but first time they missed 2 items from my order a med and larg blue fizzy drink

A whole meal was missing, food arrived cold and missing a drink

the drink was not closed properly/didn't have a seal so spilt EVERYWHERE and was soaking the bag and dripping so I didn't even take it from the driver

The food came hot, the burgers where fresh, the fries was not fresh was stale, the fish burger was overcooked and a very fishy taste. The beef burger could have done with onions and a better burger sauce. Chicken burgers was very nice, ice creams only had the sauce as the actual flavour and not the actual ice cream, needed more of the sauce. The tiramisu dessert was nice.

I came to collect my ToGoodToGo food, which was booked in for 1.30am. I went in bang on 1.30, and the guy named Shiva told me to wait until the closing time which was at 2am. So I waited and went inside and they gave me less than what I paid for which doesn’t even make sense. Then he tried to force me to write this review before giving my food. He watched me click post then gave the food after.

Fries were chewy like they had been reheated. Chicken was saggy. Only the big burger was warm, everything else was cold. Took the driver 26 minutes to deliver from pick up. 10mins late after maximum ETA. No difference on size between small and medium fries. Chicken burger is actually a big nugget. Beef burgers are undercooked. Horrible

Really like Bims usually order on ubereats but have been in person a few times nice and quiet whenever I’ve been chips are greatttttt recently had the mayo chicken wrap which was a bit underwhelming than usual, chicken was not crunchy like how it’s been all the other times I had it, chips are literally the best

I do not know what has happened to this bimz in Ilford’s absolutely vile food the fish fillet was fried looks to be in oil not cleaned the mojitos tasted like water with a dash of mint toothpaste I live quiet far so it was not logic to turn back but I wasted £23 on 2 meals which me and husband binned it used to be much better few years back but today I couldn’t even eat a single item Will not recommend this one in ilford

Really tasty unfortunately one of the Algerian sauce packet was empty only full of air. Churros were nice and crispy a little too thin if thicker would have been absolutely perfect! Hazelnut sauce was absolutely beautiful

Even though I requested in the comment box that the food arrived cold the first time they ignored it. Not only did the food arrive cold, the fish burger was burnt and paying for a meal no drink and the portion size is for 5 year old kids.

Ordered through UberEats, the chicken burgers were fantastic. Thick piece of chicken that's bigger than the bun with tasty sauces. The deal they have on Uber is worth it too. I must say the burgers were better than when we had it a few years back.
