This was our second time visiting and both times we were a party of 8. The staff are very friendly and want to make your experience memorable. Both times we have visited have been for a birthday and the staff have decorated with balloons and banners. The food is delicious, we haven't found anything to complain about (and some of us are rather fussy). My 6 year old gave the tomato pasta 4 thumbs up. We will definitely be visiting more regulary and my 6 year old wants her next birthday party here ❤️

So out of three meals ordered over the past. . First one arrived cold. Contacted and was offered a discount on the next order. That was great. Ordered picked it up that was a good meal. Sent a message saying thank you it was enjoyable. Didn’t get a reply. Ordered tonight. 40 minute round trip. Items missing. Called to let them know. Response can you come and collect? Well no sorry just had a 40 minute drive. Ok a refund or a credit note. That’s fine but I would have liked all the items I had ordered now ! To enjoy my food. I did get a refund for the items missing. But the point is why wasn’t the order correct? Shame as food is tasty but 3 orders of 2 wrong!
