Raeph and Keyleigh were absolutely wonderful, got everything spot on and were very accommodating, would definitely come again following this experience

Such a lovely experience, we went for part of my Hen Day celebrations and everyone was so lovely, especially Kayleigh who even surprised us by making my food complimentary, to say congratulations, couldn't thank her enough for the experience. The food was amazing and everything came out so quickly, we visited on a Saturday at lunch time, so we were so shocked at the speed of service.

Raeph was great help and very friendly, Keyleigh was also lovely.

Fantastic as always! We have been served by Lily a couple of times now. She’s fantastic and brilliant with our little boy. A testament to the restaurant! The only downside on the last visit was a dog yapping inside the venue but hopefully a one off.

Lovely looking place, service a little slow especially as we was seated outside with no heater, when the food did show up the starter was great 👍, but the main was the burger amd very under cooked , in fact pink and cold food was sent back , 3 of us had the burgers all under cooked, shame for sure

Enjoyed our dinner at Bill’s! Chicken dumplings were tasty as a starter. Aubergine parmigiana was excellent as was the sea bass. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Have been a big fan of Bill's after first discovering it just over a year ago. Food, staff & atmosphere has always been exceptional but todays visit with my daughter was above & beyond. We didn't have a booking but took a chance before an impromptu trip to the cinema. To be honest I didn't think they'd be able to fit us in as it was really busy. The super friendly man (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name) who greeted us made us feel so welcome & somehow managed to get us seated. The waitress (so sorry I didn't catch your name either) was also so lovely & accommodating. Thanks also to the chefs in the kitchen - again so accommodating, efficient & food was so tasty as always. Thank you so much for your kindness today - it took both myself & my daughter by surprise. What a lovely thing for her to experience! We will be back very soon! Thanks again!

We had the most amazing service from Blueberry our waitress. I have several intolerances and she was so attentive to write everything down and to go and speak to your chef. My friend had a medical condition and was only able to eat a small meal again she put herself out to help her too with the menu. We had a superb meal and Blueberry made our visit was welcoming we will back very soon. Normally when you have intolerances some restaurants make you feel a nuisance not at Bills. A huge thank you Ellie to your staff (i spoke with you and gave credit to Blueberry she is a great asset to Bills. Excellent and outstanding customer service thank you. The restaurant itself has a nice cosy and modern atmosphere. The staff were all pleasant and the service left nothing to complain about. The food, however, did. I had the truffle chicken dish. At no point did I get even a hint at a taste of truffle. The meal was essentially some butterfly battered chicken bites with mayo and a plain, chewy char grilled chicken breast. The chargrilled chicken porposedly came with a red wine jus. What turned up was thinking enough to be water with food dye and carried about as much flavour. I did have the salted caramel dessert which was pleasant though. The person I was with had chicken shawarma and the brownie and said both were very nice.

We where at Bills last night and i can't lie i wasn't impressed we where sat down and ordered our drinks which took a good 20 minutes then the food came old in intervals some of the dishes where really good some where very poor (Fish pie being one of the poorest) Then the paying of the bill and my biggest bug imposed service charge yes it be taken off yet when we did this our waitress gave such a bad attitude about it and all of a sudden became rude and huffing. All due respect there was zero service that stood out so we where not prepared to pay £45 tip. We where however going to leave a cash tip. Overall really disappointing when I had heard so much good about here maybe a bad night I don't know will try again sometime

It was a half term and we needed to find a restaurant for a family of 4. We needed lots of gluten free and vegetarian options and boy did Bills delivery. The App was easy to use. Booking a table was simple. The online menu helped us sort items that were Gluten free and vegetarian. The restaurant in Southampton was great. The staff were friendly. Lovely lunch at Bill’s today! Our first time here, the food was delicious. I had (stupidly) made a reservation for the evening instead of lunchtime, but Sam (who greeted us) was very helpful and managed to sort us a table despite it being busy - thanks Sam! We were served by the lovely Jagoda, who was genuinely a friendly soul and nothing was too much trouble! My friend said the Burrata was the best she’d ever had. Will definitely be back again x

I've always enjoyed Bills in other locations, so thought it would be a great place for brunch. I booked for 4 people and added in the noted we would have 4 prams with our babies. I got a phone 20 mins before the reserved time stating that I should have booked a table for 8. We certainly did not need a table for 8. When arriving, I was greeted with a berating from what I assume was the front of house manager, only because she talked down to me like I was her staff, not a customer. I apologised politely and said that this was not an issue we have experienced elsewhere and will bare it in mind for next time. She then acted as though we were an inconvenience to her... Not a paying customer. I understand that service is stressful, but one should not put that on the customer unless the customer is being extremely rude. We ordered pancakes, most of us ordering stacks of three, but they all arrived as stacks of five at the higher price.

Elliot was fantastic and made our evening! Kids are for free as it was half term was unreal and the food was excellent. Definitely come again! 5 stars for everything

The food is sold to you in a way that leads you to the impression you’re going to get something pretty decent and fairly high quality but in actuality, it is barely above the standards of a Harvester. Really awesome decor but sadly that’s not what I came in for. Way too overpriced for what you get and to slap you more in the face, they try to add a gratuity to your bill. Every worker in the UK gets paid National Living Wage, there’s no need to tip anymore! Not especially when it is being forced upon you, not cool man. It should be a choice of the customer and a gesture, not a demand!

Rebekah our waitress was amazing! Very fast personable and lovely. Chicken Caesar salad was incredible.
