I visited with my partner for our 1 year anniversary and we were served quickly and efficiently by Honey! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cost effective meal with wonderful drinks.

Always friendly and welcoming, especially to the dog who gets treated as royalty. Shaz was helpful and knowledgeable about our order and very accommodating Fantastic menu with amazing choices and always willing to swap items over.

I came for my birthday with my grandparents and we had the best service we’ve had here from our lovely waitress Shaz. Food was lovely

I just had another fantastic meal at Bill's, and it’s quickly becoming my go-to spot! The staff are super friendly, and they really went the extra mile by recognising our special requests upon arrival. My friend with coeliac disease was thrilled with the gluten-free options, and the birthday Prosecco was such a lovely touch. Everything from the food to the atmosphere was spot on, making it a perfect outing. Can't wait for my next visit!

Jules is an absolute icon!!! We had the pleasure of them serving us on my birthday and they were so lovely! I can imagine it being stressful having to wait on 10 people but Jules smashed it! Give that icon a promotion/bonus pronto please!!!!!

Great late afternoon dinner at Bills. Shaz was the perfect host, so welcoming with our 2 and 3 year old. The adults and children’s menu were both exactly what you would need. Will certainly be going again and will be mentioning to friends

Served by Nik - service was very friendly and bubbly, food arrived quick and was well cooked and tasty.

Nik was our server and was amazing and attentive throughout our visit to Bills. The food was incredible and the drinks were delicious too! I would really recommend it here.

Bills has never disappointed! This is the second time being served by Nik. She is warm, welcoming, makes great suggestions from her knowledge of the menu, and her service is always attentive and swift. The food was, as always, delicious. We always enjoy the atmosphere, and look forward to returning soon! Thanks Nik, you make our visits a pleasure!

Had such a lovely lunch at Bill's today and we were served by Nik. She was so lovely and the service was truly excellent. I had the Buttermilk Ranch Burger tray and it was delicious. Nik was super friendly and efficient and we really appreciated her!

When my brother booked Bill's i thought oh another one of those chains but I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted buy friendly, helpful staff, the service was great. The food was lovely, I opted for the safe bet & ordered the burger, not only did they ask how we would like it cooked, it was one of the best burger's I have had. The price was very reasonable & I would definitely return. Highly recommend 👌 👍

We attended Bills last night for an anniversary meal. Our starter was fine or dessert was fine. I may be okay which we had T-bone steaks unfortunately it was really difficult to cut as. The knives were blunt we requested two more knives but unfortunately they were blunt which was a shame apart from that it was lovely

Shaz you were fabulous! Super friendly and welcoming! Came here for lunch with my two younger brothers and my dad and was fab! I have coeliac and I felt super safe ordering with them and the food was so delicious as always! Highly recommend. I had the beef burger which was huge and so yummy. Also the kids pancakes were incredible!

We visit Bill's Exeter regularly and are never disppointed. Nik has served us frequently and she is lovely and bubbly, kmowledgeable about the dishes and always quick to respond and serve us. I would highly recommend this fun reataurant.

Nice breakfast, a touch pricey for what it is but saying that, I would go back again. I'm not a fan of paying via the QR code on the table.

Ok food but that 12.5% optional fee that they put on you is really sneaky, i should not go out of my way to ask the staff to remove the fee

I came in with my mum for a late Mother’s Day treat and our waitress Nik was so friendly. She opened with compliments and was just such a pleasure. Also, I know what the industry is like and Nik wasn’t too much or in our faces at all. And she knew when we wanted the bill so didn’t have to awkwardly ask. Just really good at her job. Honestly just a nice experience over all!

It was my first time visiting Bill's & I booked a table for my companion and I. We were so distracted we were 10 minutes late (I am SO sorry, I hate being late) however despite the busy time they were able to accommodate us easily and we had a lovely table. I ordered a drink and eggs benedict which was beautifully presented and tasted amazing and the staff are all so wonderful, any other restaurant will find it hard to compete! I have no cons for this place - lovely decor, atmosphere & even bathrooms lol.

Bit noisy for me as very open space and hard surfaces.

I can always rely on Bill's for good tasty gluten free meals. We where served by the lovely Nik Nothing was too much trouble and she had a smile and good banter with us.

Food presentation was great, but taste was mediocre. Minute steak in the course was very dry and over cooked. We also ordered the 2 way chicken - also very dry. Best thing on the plate was the mash.

Had a booking at 13.00 hrs a table for 3 reserved. On arrival it was busy and we were seated straight away. We were served by Nik. She was lovely and friendly and answered our questions. Nik checked to see if everything was to our liking and offered more drinks. The food was of a high standard and we were all very happy with our orders. Overall we had a lovely afternoon lunch with good food and great staff. Would recommend Bills Exeter Restaurant to all. Would advise to book as it`s very popular. Thanks again to all the staff during our visit and to Nik. You are an asset to your work place. We hope to visit again in the near future.

Kledina was a great server and brought our food on time

Interesting and popular restaurant. Really nice atmosphere with real wood, old tables complemented by rough but well done interior decor. Lots of seating spread over 2 floors. The second floor is a balcony style overlooking the ground floor. Prices on the slightly higher side of average but worth a visit.

I recently dined at Bill's in Exeter and had a very pleasant experience overall. The food and service were both up to a high standard, creating a lovely atmosphere for my meal. There was a minor discrepancy with the bill, a few pounds overcharged, which I suspected was likely a simple error. I sent an email to enquire about this, and Ella from Bill's responded promptly and efficiently. The issue was quickly resolved, and I was very impressed with Ella's helpful and professional manner. While the minor overcharge was a slight blip, the excellent food, service, and particularly Ella's quick resolution of the issue ensured I left with a positive impression. I would happily recommend Bill's Exeter for a reliable and enjoyable dining experience, and I am grateful to Ella for her excellent customer service.

During our visit, we were served by the lovely Georgia K, who provided friendly and fast service throughout our stay. It was a lovely atmosphere and provided quick yet quality service even with a full restaurant. I really enjoyed my experience at Bill's. The atmosphere was buzzing with a multicultural and diverse clientele of all ages, the decorations and furniture were modern but with a character a lot of places lack these days. The staff were friendly, polite and offered quick service, my food arrived promptly and I was well taken care of. The food was well presented, very nice and what you'd expect.

Such a lovely brunch spot with friends. Decorations inside the restaurant are so cute and staff are very attentive to your needs. Prices are a bit on the higher side but the quality of food matches it. Would definitely go back again.

This is a goto place for breakfast when staying in Exeter. The food is excellent and the service has always been pleasant and helpful. The breakfast menu differs at weekend - the chorizo and eggs is my favourite. Haven't tried Bill's for dinner but it's on the to-do list.

Upon entering Bill's Restaurant, we were met with a lively and energetic atmosphere that felt welcoming. We were promptly shown to our table and soon greeted by our waitress, Shaz, who was truly exceptional. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful, offering menu recommendations that did not disappoint.
