Excellent idea for a high-class English breakfast.

Popular restaurant, the acoustics are not good and it was excessively noisy especially upstairs where we were. The young staff were fabulous however and the food was good though slow to arrive.

Food was good and our server Marco was absolutely lovely and so helpful. 10/10 service

It was my first visit to Bill’s despite being a long-term resident of Brighton. A very enjoyable experience and I will definitely eat there again. Our waiter Sam was great - friendly, efficient and appropriately attentive.

Perfect for what we needed with a table of 10 for a Saturday brunch. Perfect for kids too. Ella our waitress was great!

I could smell the drain, where I was sitting originally and had to ask to move, one friend has a caffeine allergy, asked for decaff but got caffeine filled coffee, so we had to leave promptly as she was very poorly. The food was great.

Really great food and atmosphere. Been to Bills in Cambridge 5 years ago so we wanted to try out Bills at Brighton this time. Never disappointed. Walked in after 1pm on a weekday and got a window seat. Tasty starter, great cheese burger, with wonderful ice cream to finish it off. Really pleased. Thank you Bills!

Overrated! Average food and bad service. It took us a while to decide the drinks and later we accidentally dropped a glass of water. The waiter , an old person, at that point was white rude and rolled their eyes when we asked for tissues. It appears to be a place where people "have" to grab their food quickly to leave space for the next customers. Not impressed at all.

I don't know where to start, the food was amazingly delicious, our waiter Michael T so professional and friendly, and the great choices of dietary dishes: they don't have a gluten free options in the menu but whole separate gluten free menu which for me with coeliac was a lovely surprise. Is also superb clean. We have been there twice with my family ( once with booking and once without and they always have space for us) and we will definitely come back.

Everyone here is SO nice - and the food is really good too! They check and double check about food allergies, which I appreciated. This was my second time eating here within a week and both times were very positive experiences, although I didn’t take many photos. The menu ios very diverse so there’s something for everyone. I was also impressed with the bar selection. They have a nice prefix menu where you can choose either two or three items from the list for a special price.

Popped in for lunch yesterday with a girlfriend. Had the loveliest waitress, Ella. Just a shames the toilets were out of order!

Terrible customer service Walked out after a women with a Septum piercing, scruffy hair and stomach out spoke to me in a patronising manor after asking about the amount of beans that come with the fry up How are these people not trained how to talk to people properly

I recently visited bills for a friend birthday there were 10 of us on our table.. most of our food was amazing mine came out cold but Millie A .. was quick to get it changed for me she was incredible helpful and lovely during our visit.. once my food was changed it was great ..i understand sometimes it’s hard to keep all the food warm when it’s a large group but i am grateful Millie sorted it as no one likes cold eggs 🤦🏼‍♀️ we will definitely visit again soon xx

We love Bills and visit a few branches regularly especially the Brighton branch. We were served by Ella today, what a charming friendly waitress, she made our lunch thoroughly enjoyable. The food was excellent, I had the garden plate with a few changes which they were happy to accommodate and came exactly as ordered, it was absolutely delicious. My partner ordered the chicken pancakes which he thoroughly enjoyed. Ella encouraged us to order the pancakes and we were not disappointed. We were given the exact table upstairs that we requested on arrival by the maitre d. Fabulous atmosphere as always. Would highly recommend.

I have always loved Bills and always said it’s consistently good even now it’s a chain. However this week the food was awful and the environment so corporate that we were asked to review our waitress! Awful! No connection, life or passion in the place now. Sad.

Went for brunch with friends. Adults and kids.

Had the vegan gyros and was severely disappointed. Food was bland and didn't taste much of anything.. unfortunately the waitress also tripped up and spilt food all down one of my guests jacket which has stained as a result, there was no offer of compensation by either the restaurant nor the waitress.

The food was absolutely wonderful, the combination of flavours and presentation was astonishing. The service was extremely heart warming and our waiter Samuel had made sure we're always comfortable and topped up on anything we could ask for. Bill’s is our go to when we visit Brighton. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Our server Samuel was excellent! Very attentive and polite.

Ella, our server, was friendly and attentive (but without crowding or pestering us, like some places!). Food was great and empty plates all round. Even though it was busy, we were served promptly and staff remained calm and smiley. Great!

Have eaten at Bill’s countless times, always enjoy the food and the service. This time I booked for a party of 21 after me and my friends graduated and they accommodated us and made sure we were well looked after. Our server Daniel went the extra mile and made the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

We visited around 8:30pm on a Sunday, and it was not very busy. We were seated instantly, and our server Michael was incredibly attentive, checking on us regularly and making us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. He was helpful, polite, and personable. Our food arrived promptly, and was lovely, I have never had a bad meal at Bill’s. Thank you

I went for a girls meal , we ordered are food after an hour we asked them for updates on our food, they forgot to put it through so they gave us all a free cocktail , food came , the vegan burger was dry , don’t recommend

Our Waiter Michael was helpful, attentive, and made our visit incredibly enjoyable. He was soft spoken, polite, and friendly, and the food satisfied everything I’ve come to expect from Bill’s in past visits.
