Oh my days, this place was great. I ordered a chicken buttermilk burger and it was delicious. The shawarma(s) isn’t the typical middle eastern kind so, maybe look out for the details. Khaled made the whole experience better with his warmth and humor.

This place is really great. Khaled was very accommodating and kind to our group. The food is amazing as well (the chicken dumplings were yummy).

It's my first time in London and I really liked this place. We had one of the best waiters I've ever had, I think his name is Khaled, he listened and advised us and each time he asked us if everything was okay. I highly recommend the dumplings and the elderflower lemonade, really the best discovery, I really recommend it

We really enjoyed our visit to Bill's Westfield Shepherds Bush. Food was great, out quick and to order as our children don't take it as it comes from the menu. Our host Emy was accommodating and attentive throughout.

The food is fantastic and delicious but the best part was how kind and friendly the waiters are. Our waitress lara was the best she was kind,funny,fun,amazing and got anything we need in a matter of minutes even though it was incredibly busy. Another waiter, Daniel, who wasn't our waiter made great conversation and was so funny and nice. Even though it was very busy they still managed to take pictures with us. This was the best restaurant I've been to i will 100% go back.

Great vegan salad and cappucino. Lovely staff and atmosphere, I asked if I could maybe get cinnamon on my cappuccino even though it’s not an option on the menu, and Abdu made it happen. Abdu and Lara were great and very helpful 10/10 recommend being in their sections :)

We had our team Christmas dinner at this Bill’s restaurant. Fantastic evening. Food was top quality, hot and not rushed but the staff just couldn’t do enough for us. They were genuinely wanting us to enjoy our evening. Special thanks to Sam and Dave!

For the cost charged the quality and quality was not worth it. Even when the food is pre ordered 5 days in advance, still got the order wrong and it took them nearly 3 hours from the 3 course Christmas meal. On top of that they change 10-15% severe chance plus 5-10% tip. When we got the bill it had an extra £150/- which we asked what was it for firstly they were not able to give an answer than they told us that as we had 3 person cancelled and the change was for it, when we told them that we had cancelled 3 people 5 days ago and would not pay for it they than did not take the money but they did not remove it for the bill either. So be prepared to pay a lot and check the bill very carefully before paying.

We had an amazing xmas party at Bills. Wanted to say thank you to the Managment team - George and Adrian for giving us nice private table and all so the lovely waiter Mariam for efficient service and the rest of the team.Food came in time and everyone had a great time. Thank you all. Will definitely come back.

Personable, efficient and accommodating: three words I would use to describe the 5 star customer service my companions and I experienced during our visit to Bill’s today. The quality of food itself exceeded all of my high expectations, with its rich flavour and glorious presentation. I would like to give a special mention to our waitperson Adrian, who went above and beyond to ensure our party made the most of our visit.

We had brunch here during the Christmas season and split a delicious Biscoff Pancake stack between two with a Bill's Brunch. Food was lovely along with the staff and the atmosphere. Warm and welcoming.

Had previously been to another Bill's and had quite a bad experience. This branch has completely changed my mind, food was fantastic and really reasonably priced. Although the resturant was busy, the staff had a good handle on things and we were served quickly. Jamie was incredibly attentive and a pleasure to be around. Hope to see you again soon!

This place is a gem. The atmosphere is great and Adrian who served us was so helpful and fantastic. He has made our birthday celebration very special. There is a wide range of dishes and drinks to choose from so there is always something that caters for everyone’s taste. The food was delicious and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend this place!

Asma was absolutely lovely! She went the extra mile with everything. I mentioned it was my son’s birthday and she arranged a free chocolate brownie and ice cream with candle! Made him feel extra special! So nice to see and experience a waitress be so personable, attentive and be SO lovely!

We recently had our departmental Christmas lunch at Bill's and have to say it was excellent! The food was great, but even more so - the service was fantastic! I would particularly like to mention our primary contact - Danny. He absolutely made sure that everything ran smoothly, kept in touch the whole time if there was anything we needed and generally made it all run with out a hitch. And he provided a bit of excitement bringing out a few bottles of prosecco! Generally, as far as I can tell everyone had a fantastic time and we will definitely keep Bill's in mind for the future!

What an awful experience we had at this disgusting place, first the waitress was sarcastic, non interested in our needs and more concerned in her looks than serving customers. For a place in Westfield it should be banned as the service and waiting ruined our Christmas outing with family. Food was cold by the time it arrived and drinks took for ever to be served. We wanted to leave after such appalling service but the waitress deliberately made us waint even longer. Never ever ever again will we visit this back street joint. On top of things Service charge was added into our ridiculous bill. Sad, grey, smelly place. Avoid like the plague

The personal is so great and the food so AMAZING

Dined in on thursday and my server Sam was the ideal waitress, he was very accommodating made me feel welcome and special, always tended to my needs and put a big smile on my children’s face. Everything else was amazing the atmosphere was beautiful and food was unbelievable.

We were 3 for lunch; the food choice was excellent; the staff were kind, polite, well informed and efficient. As two of us are senior citizens we feared it might be too noisy but that was not the case and so we thoroughly enjoyed lunch with our granddaughter. Sam took our card with aplomb!
