Service was fine, nice waitress. First the wrong food was served, it was immediately corrected. There were some items missing from the plate that were on the menu. The food was tasty and a sufficient portion for lunch.

Halloumi fries was cooked fine, but served with sour cream dip. Doesn’t go and should be a chilli or chutney as stated. My Caesar salad was the worst I’ve ever had. Sauce was fine, cheese was fine. No croutons, handful of lettuce in the corner of the plate. Random gerkins on side. But the chicken was the worst part. Deep fried reformed chicken. A place with chandeliers and velvet chairs cooks reformed chicken. No flavour on it or seasoning. Left half. I can’t believe I paid to eat reformed chicken, yuk. It’s not difficult to cook a normal chicken breast, even kfc use real chicken. I’ve looked at some other reviews and the other food looks great. But don’t think I’d risk it again. Must say the staff are lovely.

Dave was very welcoming as always with a smile asked how we was doing told us what the specials was he always makes are visits wanting me coming back again I've been coming to bills for years and I remember when Dave 1st took my order he done a great job then and even a better one today. Dave is one of the reasons I love coming to bills.

Came across this place totally unplanned, and it's the best breakfast spot I've ever tried in London! Pancakes were so yum, and there's this flavorful dish with feta cheese, pumpkins, eggs and greens (ask for hot sauce on the side) its so gooood

While the food and drink were sub par at best. Me and my squad of 12 ran into some trouble paying. We could not use our student discount as one of the group had paid already. The staff we handcuffed and bonded at the feet. They said we couldn't use the discount . I. SAW. RED. I cant believe the bills establishment would practically steal for 21 poor, vulnerable and defenceless student. Karl Marx is rolling in he grave as the bourgeoise once again exploits the proletariat. 2 of the group member complained however the staff only gave them a free drink. Why only 2. Was it not all 12 of us scammed by bloodclart Bills HQ??? NO STUDENT DISCOUNT. NO COMPENSATION. DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A SMILE ON YOURSELF

Lovely experience! Visited- 05/04/25 I enjoyed my meal at Bill’s very much. My server, Abdu, provided excellent customer service. Having a toddler can be quite hectic, and I was contemplating whether I should dine in or not. I’m glad I did—I was provided with exactly the service I needed: flexibility, understanding, and patience. I was able to enjoy my meal, starters, and drinks, and even had time for dessert.

Went first thing in the morning for breakfast. I was quite disappointed by this location as firstly they messed up my order, secondly they left my plate on a tray, thirdly the water glasses were filthy, and finally they added a service charge which I refused on the account of several mistakes. Though because they messed up they did comp our drinks.

We went to Westfield for my Husband's birthday and decided to have lunch here and we really enjoyed it, I mentioned it was his birthday and they very kindly brought out a birthday brownie and sang to him, which he really appreciated

Was looking for a place to eat on a Friday night. First time I’ve been to Bills, started off with the halloumi it was cooked amazingly with lots of seasoning to it. Then I also had the corn ribs and the squash with the hummus. Ordered a lot for starters but the choices were better than I expected. Then for mains I got the steak medium rare! Did NOT disappoint was juicy and rendered and seasoned to perfection. Definitely will be coming back!

We recently hosted our daughter’s birthday party at Bill’s Westfield White City Restaurant, and it was a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. We had a group of around 16 children—all our daughter’s friends—and everyone had an amazing time. From the moment we made the booking, Manager Adrian was incredibly helpful and professional. On the day of the event, he ensured everything ran smoothly and made the occasion feel really special. Adrian assigned Emma to take care of our table, and she did an outstanding job. She was attentive, organised, and made sure every single child was looked after. All the courses—starters, drinks, mains, and desserts—were served in perfect order, and the entire party flowed effortlessly. Our experience with Adrian and Emma was exceptional, and we truly appreciate the efforts of the whole team, including those working behind the scenes, who helped make the day so memorable. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Bill’s Westfield White City for your warm hospitality and top-notch service. We highly recommend this restaurant for any celebration or group event!

Would not recommend I ordered duck curry maybe I was lucky to have 3 pieces of duck in it… to be honest not even the rice was cooked properly I’ve had microwave meals that tasted better then this.. our order was messed up anyway and the atmosphere was full of loud unsupervised school children not a great environment to take my pregnant wife out to lunch won’t be coming back
