Popadoms were in a thousand peices. Bland starters. Good quality chicken breast but very very bland. Won’t be ordering again. Delivery very good

Lovely as always! Only get an Indian every now and then but wouldn’t go anywhere else except here! Friendly delivery drivers too!

I ordered from the mild menu and it was so hot we couldn't eat it ridiculously hot

Not impressed orderd keema nan bread it was like a pizza base hard and crunchy never had a perfectly round nan bread before, the rice had hard bits in it and the chicken tikka masala was rather bland in flavour onion bhaji wasn't home made and very small yes came with mint dip bit no salad. I'm giving it 3/10 will stick to my usual indians

Meals lovely as always, however, ordered a garlic naan bread and got a keema naan. Unfortunately, my wife can't eat lamb so spoiled her meal as we split the rice and bread

Korma chips and everything was lovely the tikka was wrong then corrected but far to spicy , the delivery drive female one was so rude and was shouting down the phone whilst stood at my door 2nd male delivery drivers was lovely

Food was in time but that’s about the only good thing. The tikka Massala was unlike any I’ve ever had before, in colour, texture and taste. The whole plate was swimming in grease and water and it was totally inedible.

Lovely food but starting to get really expensive

Ordered chicken garlic and chicken Rogan Josh onion rice and plain nan to collect. Food was amazing so tasty you could literally taste all the different spices which they had cooked with. Food was piping hot. Will definitely be back 😁

Best Balti House in Billingham by a country mile.. went for the chicken tikka balti and keema naan this time.. went medium rather than hot and was spot on for me.. delivered fresh and piping hot within 20mins of placing order.. Perfect as always guys.. thank you

Nice chefs special curry and starter of mix kebab cooked nice

Don't order a delivery if you want to wait 1 hour 20 minutes for food to arrive. Once delivered food arrived cold, rice cold, garlic nan cold, poppadoms stale. Certainly wouldn't recommend won't be ordering anything from here again.

Terrible, absolutely terrible! Popadoms you could bend without snapping. (Didn’t know they sold chewing gum). Naan bread was like a frisbee, might take it to the beach tomorrow. Curry’s were bland and chicken was hard. First time and will be the last unfortunately.

Ordered a lamb madras and despite the description on box lid was a danask

Food was horrendous to be honest. Last time I ordered from here it was nice but this time everything had issues. No mango chutney with popadums. Chicken was more chewy than a well done steak. The korma was tasteless. Naan was cold and really chewy. Popadums were stale. There genuinely wasn't any part of the order that was nice. Really bad. Won't be ordering again

Took over 2 hours for our food to arrive. When it finally did the delivery driver couldn’t have been more rude. Came storming up the drive shouting down her phone, didn’t say anything other than “billingham balti house” and stormed back off the drive screaming down her phone again.

First time in a long time I’ve sat down and enjoyed Indian food, even cleared my plate, got a chicken pathia with pilau rice, chips, keema naan and popadoms, absolutely gorgeous food and will 100% be returning! It took a while for the flavours of the curry to come through but wow, the flavours were great, couldn’t fault it, can’t wait to make my way through the rest of the menu!

I’ve said this before here, the Tikkas were tough, the meat was hard to eat. I thought I’ve give it a go but gutted. Rice tasty

We’ve been ordering from ‘Billy Balti’ for many years, absolutely love the place! Both food and service are fantastic! We never get Indian takeaway from anywhere else.

Delicious food and arrived piping hot.

Food is always great quality and delivered really fast to us by a nice man. The only food that is really bad are the chips, which always turn up undercooked, pale, hard and cold, not pleasant. I'd suggest to them to change whoever does the chips!

Billingham Balti is easily the best Indian takeaway in the area. Proper chips, excellent Peshwari naan, delicious curry (chicken chilli tikka). Piping hot. Highly recommended.

It’s the worst place for an Indian food if you want a good Indian go to Tesco there ready meals especially the korma are 100% better. My korma was like suate I’m no Gordon Ramsay but it was disgusting I’d never go back there again Tesco I’ll be back

Gorgeous it really was especially the tandoori mixed grill even me son the curry king of the house loved it and the jalfrezi was bang on!! Definitely be ordering again the garlic keema nan was lovely i honestly couldn't pick a fault so il be back again ordered twice now once by phone and using just eat and both times aint failed

Very disappointed with this order we have ordered regularly from this restaurant and it has always been extremely good food and value for money however on this occasion all was fine apart from both 2 curries they were both extremely hot so hot that we could not eat them my partner likes vindaloo but said it was hotter than vindaloo !!! Complete waste of money and just so disappointing we don’t know if it was a mistake with orders but they were not what we ordered

food is lovely apart from the somosa's tried the veg and meat ones but defo not for me, the meat ones tonight smelt a little strange and didn't taste nice either so they got binned. guess they are not to everyones taste but that wont stop me ordering again, will just miss out the somosa's next time. delievery driver was friendly also.

I ordered chicken korma because I don't like spicy an the fact the chicken was spicy defeted the point

Ordered a naan bread chicken wrap. Chicken was really poor, the wrap was raw dough it hadn’t been cooked properly. Rang up and the man on the other end of the phone had a poor attitude and said I’ll get one to you in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I’m still waiting absolute waste of money

Perfect. First time having chicken chilli tikka and it was delicious. Peshwari naan perfect. Best chips in any Indian I've ever had. Great service. 10/10

Awful - food was cold and our popadums were missing. This meant that the extra £5 I spent on sundries was pointless. Very disappointing

We use this take away at least twice a month. We are never disappointed. Food always freshly made and delicious. Always helpful and friendly on phone. You can choose mild, medium, hot or vegetarian for dishes. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely unreal, not a bad word to say. Only bad thing is that my belly ain't big enough to finish the whole plate :p

Would have liked to have given full stars but they missed the rice off our order and sent chips instead. Would have preferred not to have waited 20 minutes for the rice to be delivered and the rest get cold, but at least they offered to send it. What was delivered was really nice however I found the pasander spicy for what was meant to be a mild curry. I would order again and hope that this was just a blip

Absolutely excellent food, utterly delicious, good sized portions, brilliant customer service and bang on delivery. They even took an add on to our order and got everything to us on time. The lady that answered the phone was so lovely. Definitely recommend and will be back for more!

It was ordered at 1920. We waited just under 2 hours since we ordered it to receive it. It was due between 2030 and 2050 it arrived at 2110 after a phone call and they told us sorry we are busy. It's unacceptable first time we've used this place and it will be the last. Naan bread was average tasting and not the best. The chicken was over cooked in the Madras very hard and chewy. We will not be back.

Food was just very blah…curry was not great compared to others I have had from nearby places. Not really worth the wait to be honest.
