Food was late and there was a portion of chips missing. Phoned the shop and it then took another half an hour for the chips to arrive

The fish was nice, the chips were awful, not freshly cooked.

food arrived late after the app stated that it had been delivered the meal was cold and then to make things worse just eat offered me just 25% of the value of the order.

Arrived hot and on time, the Cod was great and crispy and my partner and dad both said their burgers were really good. Chips were perfect chip shop chips and generous portions. This is now be my go to fish and chip shop in Billericay.

Told at 6.00pm food on way finally arrived at 6.30pm only luke warm. Could not get through to restaurant nobody answered the phone. Will not use this shop again

The fish was very small, I had to phone because they only sent 1 small fish. After the phone call they sent two more fish and chips. But this is the second time there was a problem. Will be ordering from somewhere else next time. As we had to eat at different times.

Food hot and delicious. Unfortunately delivery took long time. Ordered at 7 with estimated delivery by 8. Unfortunately didn’t arrive until 8:45.

Chips were from the bottom of pan, wrong sausage sent too. Very disappointed

I thought I would give Billericay Fish & Chips another go, but unfortunately was disappointed again. The chicken burger came in a plain bun with no lettuce despite asking for it (same happened last time) which made it very dry and quite unpleasant to eat. The saveloy was also cold and the chips were lukewarm. Pretty disappointed all round and unfortunately wont be ordering from here again.

Although the food was great, we did not appreciate having to wait just over 2 hours for it to be delivered

If I could leave no stars that's what would happen. We waited an hour for the order and it never turned up, then just eat told us another hour and when we called the restaurant they said they hadn't even started cooking it yet. It was meant to be for a birthday tea and we ended up having to get a quick fix macdonalds.... not quite the same appeal.

Food arrived late by half hour and there was an item missing. Called up and they were very apologetic and sent out a replacement. That took a further 20 mins to arrive so the rest of the dinner had already been eaten. Usually get a good service so hopefully it will be better next time

Best chipy in billericay by far, been going there for years, lovely guy who owns it and staff are always friendly, prices are very reasonable, portions are generous even in the current economic situation, I wouldn't go anywhere else and I live outside the area but it's worth the extra travel 👍🏻
