Ordered chip and got sweets the delivery driver was on the phas usual if they stop talk and do the job maybe they will get the orders delivered to the right person

was freezing cold. chips were rock solid like they’d been left there hours. everything inside the bag had been thrown around when delivering it was not in good condition. didn’t even eat it. neither did my children. what a waste of money.

I was p**t off as they stated that if you spend over £25 you get a free pot of Curry Sauce. I spent over that, & NO curry sauce was put in my order.

Chips are too bad to eat. The time it takes to pull the bad bits of there’s not much left for over £4

chicken tasted off, had to bin it. had some sort of chemical taste to it, couldn't really identify it. the chicken burger was fine as was the chips and beans.

fish batter was a little soggy and oily, however the fish inside was nice. disappointed that the chicken and chips meal came with fries instead of chip shop chips.

They are very rude and racial discrimination set of people.

First time I went to this shop last month and the staff ignored me. I went there today and only bought chips, extortionate price for a medium and considering they were "freshly" cooked the outside was soggy and the inside parts were hard. Very disappointed.

30/8/24 I had two pieces if southern fried chicken and was sick with diarrhoea for almost 10 hours! It was vile husband had ribs he was fine avoid this place for chicke

Placed order at approximately 6pm for a 7.30pm delivery. Food arrived 8.20 and was cold

We usually order from here and it arrives in good time and hot. we could see that the delivery driver was delivering elsewhere before us even though we were closer, this meant our food arrived very late and luke warm.

Chips were really nice 5*. Unfortunately the full rack of ribs were inedible. I couldn’t even remove the meat from the bone. Very tough. I will add I’ve eaten other items off the menu previously and we’re really nice.

Driver arrived with completely wrong order an tried to tell us to take it which we refused rang big Q they said to contact just eat we refused as they got it wrong so now sending correct order hopefully so will review again

Delivery handler damaged the food which is not the restaurant’s fault. Two very squished savaloys and squished chips. Ate what they could. Such a shame they love the chippy food.

Literally the worst curry sauce I have EVER had in my life, literally disgusting. Was like brown water was so runny and tasteless 😫

Tell your young waitress about it. She is 16 and needs to stop scratching her skin and spots. Got lambasted by other customers due to my comment, however, its food environment, not a child's environment where she decides to cry!! Keep your hands off your face when serving my food.

have been coming here for years but this week the Large chips were served in a polystyrene tray and no where near the amount of chips we usually get so may now be going else where...i will give it one more go to see if it was a one off

Ate out of here for years ! Sent hubby sausage in batter :batter soggy sausage dried out and hard. Chips more eye than a spider and green chips. Hope this was an off day!
