ordered from here many many times and this last order was total bland boring food. chicken jalfrazi with no taste.

Love Bill's food is always excellent!

Not great tasting and not a typical bhuna flavour or texture. Not much tomato in it and meat was quite small, so left slot of it. Naan was quite bland and Pilau rice not great either. Shame cos I used my just eat voucher on it. I'd say it was just below average if I'm honest and it's a shame as I was expecting better.

Chips were really really good but I didn’t enjoy the rest & left the majority of it. Found it quite tasteless. Iv ordered from here a lot before and its not usually like this.

Amazing food never disappointed

My order arrived on time. All food was hot & delicious. Meat madras had a good heat kick and nice quality lamb. I would definately order again.

Paid for a special kurma prawns chicken lamb not one prawn in it. Garlic and cheese nan bread no garlic and no cheese. Just a plain soggy bread. Battered prawns all batter and very salty and the batter on the inside was soggy. Curry was nice onion bhajis nice and crunchy.

I have found rubber or silicone in my food, looks like a bristle off a glazing brush for the garlic butter

No mint yogurt provided with starter. To much coconut flakes in prawn purée.

Order was a little late but best Indian takeaway around, food is amazing just to match the staff and delivery drivers 100% as always best chicken Tikka in town

I ordered Garlic Naans and both were plain. I ordered poppadoms and they didn't arrive . 😒

No cheese on either of the garlic & cheese naans & the chicken tikka masala didn’t look like the usual masala from other takeaways, still nice but not what I expected. Curry’s still very nice and fresh & the egg rice was so tasty!

Way too much veg in the currys and tiny bits of meat. Otherwise taste is good

Lovely as always. The only issue , not a massive one at all, the salad was underneath the hot bhajis when it’s normally in a bag so a bit fresh .

first time home delivery order and we can't fault anything about the food or the service. Arrived exactly on the requested time, food was piping hot, everything was included that we had asked for in the notes section and our delivery driver was really polite. thank you we'll definitely be back

Very small ( re heated ) rice. Ordered different chicken dishes and they were identical. Nothing freshly cooked

Portion size of the chicken tikka was terrible- I ordered the main version and it looked like a starter beefed up with a poor excuse for a salad. The keema naan wasn’t as good as other local places. A poor showing from an old local favourite.

Ordered a chicken omelette and chips with no salad. Omelette arrived and the chicken was missing but we got salad !!😕

As always the food was 5* noticed prices have gone up quite a bit but that's just 2023 for you.

Food was nice but nothing amazing, not spicy or garlicky enough. Prices have gone up but quality has gone down or maybe my expectations have gone up when paying £19 for a take away for one. Usually can’t speak highly enough of this restaurant but sadly it’s not worth the money anymore.

Just very ordinary. Bland tasting. Rice not nice at all, just grey looking mush. We used to really like Bilals but over recent years it's just been getting steadily worse. Won't order again.

Found a bone in the chicken, curry was bland. Garlic naan and chips ok but really disappointed with the curry.

Absolutely beautiful everytime

Good food mostly although mixed kebab with salad in box was very soggy. A bit too much sauce in the korma but the lamb was delicious and Peshwari naan was good too. Would definitely order again.

A lot of times with takeaways you can feel quite underwhelmed with quality and quantity…not this place. Real value for money and food that you don’t want to stop eating but have to physically stop yourself. Excellent from top to bottom

Onion bharji was too salty, meat samosa didn’t really taste of anything, the curry (butter chicken) was okay but reminded me of a supermarket jar curry, the rice was really nice. Tried a this place as they had more stars but think I’ll stick to my local in future.

Very disappointed in the food considering the cost and the previous reviews. I chose to eat based on the reviews and the food was pretty bland and not much flavour.

Nice hot food but not even remotely spicy! I expect at least a LITTLE heat from a curry. We ordered the set menu for two.

no meat at all in the keema nan, £3.70?!?! wow!!!! popadom arrived in 100 pieces, rice tastes like dish soap, went in the bin, cheers.

Biryani rice was flavourless and the tub was only 2/3 full with very little chicken pieces. Normally the flavours are very nice and portions are better. Naan breads and vegetable curry that comes with the biryani was very nice but let down by the main ingredient

The food arrived very quickly and was hot, but sadly tasted of nothing. Literally nothing. I did a COVID test to check it wasn't me. Really disappointed.

Brilliant service!! accidently selected to collect instead of deliver, gave them a ring the food was delivered without any problems. Beautiful food again ❤️
