Big V in Southwark

A partir del 28 de diciembre, parecen haber desaparecido de Borough Market. Esto es un desastre para mí ya que amo su producto. ¿Alguien sabe adónde han ido?

While I am normally a big fan of meat, especially when it comes to burger, Big V's Facon burger looked and smelled so intriguing that I just had to try. And to my great surprise, this one was really (!) good. From the homemade bun to the toppings and sauces, simply delicious. The texture of the patty could have been a bit firmer and crispier for my taste, but the flavor combined perfectly with the other ingredients. Not quite enough to convert me, but an impressive alternative to my usual favorites! Definitely would recommend to try!

What a great find this little stall on the borough market ! This was one of the only stalls that was purely vegan when we visited the market so we gave it a go and we were really happy about our choice. First of all they have all of the burgers displayed so you know what you're getting yourself into from the beginning. They all look delicious so prepare yourself for a hard decisions. We decided to go with the killer and the smoky one. I can only speak about the smoky burger but my friend that had the killer one said it was one of the best burgers she ever had and she isn't even a vegetarian. But beware the killer is really spicy ! The smoky one was recommended to me by the lovely girl that was working that day. The burger was juicy, full of BBQ flavor. I really liked all of the toppings and how they mashed together. The size is also quite big so I think you won't be hungry anytime soon. In terms of the price I would say that 8 pounds is quite fair for the amazing experience you're going to have. Would recommend 100% !

Extremely messy but tasty burger. Even though I have to admit that I expected it to be even better! Staff was super friendly, would definitely visit again.
