Best food ever, Ali was our server and he did his best to make sure we enjoyed our time there, will definitely go there again✨✨✨

Place looked ok from outside and it was clean, staff were nice. However, food had to be ordered by an app or from the counter. Expensive food and didn't come with chips or sides. Ordered a steak and had to ask halfway through for a steak knife. Steak was undercooked. The bbq chicken was bland and average. The cheeseburger was dripping in grease. Would not recommend. Overpriced and terrible.

The interior of the diner is really cool, such a nice atmosphere in there with cool music and lovely staff. The food was amazing!!

Went to celebrate a birthday and we were surprised by their tasty food and services. Specially Martyna who served us and I didn't hesitate to give her £10 tips. We have tried everything from appetiser (Platter) to Desert (Sundae). The Rib was massive. Planning to visit again 😊😊

We went to big moes for my daughter’s birthday, we was first greeted by moriesha who welcomed us with her warm smile. She explained everything and made sure we understood how to order. P.s we aren’t any good with technology but she helped us a lot. The steak was soo tender and nice and the big moes platter gave us so many options of starters to choose from. I really enjoyed my visit and my daughter had a fantastic birthday at big moes. We appreciate the service, food and everything. Totally recommend this place !!!

One of my favourite place to eat out and I'm a regular customer there. The atmosphere is stunning and the stuffs are really friendly, polite and helpful especially Rubel. He was serving me and my friend, he was so friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and he was so welcoming. His customer service skill is 10/10. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, you wouldn't even get any disappointment. 💯👍 . I ordered 2 buffalo burgers, was so amazing, tasted so yummy unbelievable also cooked perfectly. 😍🔥. I have probably been there too many times now. My friend and I both had a great experience. The food is really nice. The customer service is amazing. Everytime we visit Rubel always creates a friendly welcoming atmosphere and is always happy to help. It is nice to see a staff member always smiling. Thank you Rubel for always making the experience great.

Visited this branch on a whim for the first time (22/12/21) with my family to celebrate my 5 yr olds birthday and was amazed by the outstanding service provided particularly by Ruhel. Unfortunately i lost the card containing details of the team but wanted to pass on thanks from my family and I. The food was also delicious, the buffalo wings were a huge hit! My 5 year old was made to feel so special - the dimming of the lights, singing happy birthday with a cake/sparkler (provided by Big Moe’s) changing the music, all added to the excitement. It will be one he will remember for a long time. I would highly recommend this branch if you’re in the area. We will be definitely going back. Thank you to the whole team, the manager, the lady who greeted us too. Awesome team!

We had a great time at Big Moe’s. Special thanks to Elisa for being so welcoming! We ordered the hot dogs which was a first and would recommend it to anyone. We’re looking forward to trying out the extensive menu in the future. Also the vanilla float was great!

Rubel made my visit so much better. I genuinely enjoyed it so much because of the customer service too. Food came on time and he was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

We ordered the rib-eye stake meal and had the ice cream for dessert and all I can say the food was superb and the waiting time wasn’t that long either. This and plus the service and friendliness of both Rubel and Sinthia made out even so much better. Big Moe in Beckton is our new family favourite and we will definitely be back! 😊

Another mediocre place (at the very best) which charges a premium for what is very basic fare. The quality of food versus the price renders this place poor value for money as you’d expect better for the prices they charge. The venue is showing it’s age and rather than a trendy American style diner is more of a grotty grubby one. A burger with a drink can set you back over £20 which would be fine if it was good but unfortunately the offering was only worth half the price at best. A small kids meal can end up costing you £15 which is poor value especially when you can get the same for £6 at myLahore next door. Plus the myLahore one is actually half decent! Quality of the food was average leaning towards poor and the buffalo wings in particular were a let down and anyone who has had decent wings before should stay clear or they’d be disappointed. Furthermore, they automatically add a tip which they charge separately to a service charge. So you can end up paying a service charge and then an additional tip on top that automatically gets applied. You’ll leave wishing you had chosen to eat elsewhere which would have most likely cost you less and tasted a whole lot better.

Floor and tables sticky, far too many flies. One of the ice creams we ordered was off. Music far too loud that it is impossible to have a conversation. Service unfortunately was poor.

This place has a really good american atmosphere. The foods are delicious and the service is exceptional. Cintia was very kind and friendly and could accommodate all our requests. I can highly recommend this place we will definitely come back.

Excited to visit Big Moes as finding a Halal diner is rare, but unfortunately it was my first and last visit.The reasons are below:- Flies everywhere- 2 chicken strips on the chicken on waffle is pathetic - Ribeye steak was so chewy and overcooked (they did say they would replace but i lose all interest after a certain point)-Lamb ribs were so fatty, it was actually making us gag.- American diner wings should be so sticky, yet these barely had bbq sauce on them?What a shame really.

Stopped here for lunch... We ordered nachos to share, chicken waffle and beef burger. We had to wait about 25 minutes before our food came out... And when it did, boy was I mightily disappointed! So much so that my face fell when the chicken waffle was put in front of me, and the manager asked if everything was okay. I told him that was not what I was expecting, and proceeded to show him the picture on the menu to compare it with what he put in front of me. He couldn't understand why I was disappointed. Pictures attached. Nachos needed more salsa, cheese and guac! Beef burger was fine :)

Our food was sat at the counter for a while & when it arrived it was very cold, the chips were re fried and extremely oily. There were flies everywhere and the place was not clean especially now with covid they need to take extra care. The pictures advertised are deceiving. Never will come here again.

I visited this Resturent today for the first time. Even though I had to wait for a long to get a table I was not disappointed by the service from the team. Resturant manager was calm and composite and serving the customer with great passion. Foods were good and I would definitely visit the Resturant again.

I went yesterday with my family and was seated in the VIP hell lounge, we were instantly attacked by 5/6 flies whilst waiting to order, an experience, which was the first time I have ever had in a restaurant in the UK.We ordered mostly burgers. When the food came it was terrible and tasteless, the chips tasted like cardboard, the burgers were lukewarm and had absolutely no flavor. The waitresses seemed to have no idea of the table numbers either. It was a disappointing culinary experience and not one I would wish on any other family. Take your money and spend it in a restaurant that cares about the food it serves

The food standards here have dropped. No taste what so ever?! Customet servicr is okish i guess? Managed to get our table numbers wrong.

The prices have definitely doubled since the introduction of the 50% government scheme. A tandoori burger meal used to cost £6.95, it is now over £12 so I didnt really save 50%. You have to go up to order which makes no sense when their narrative is they are trying to avoid f2f. Service charge is applied before you even receive the service as you have to pay for your meal upfront and you are not told whether service charge is optional, it was automatically applied and I didnt even know I had paid it until I saw the receipt after which I dont mind paying for if waiters are providing table service. They were definitely not doing this. The menu has to be opened on your phone, it is so small print you cannot even view it properly. The service was so poor, i had to get my own sauces as they have been removed from the tables ( would it not make sense to leave them on the tables to avoid contact with everyone like before and just sanitise as you do tables???) when I raised this with management about poor service I got a 'we are too busy and maintaining a reduced f2f service' this makes no sense and after that no one came to our table. No tissues on the table and no one even comes round to ask if you need anything. If you need something, you have to wait 10 mins for someone to appear as they are trying to reduce f2f.It used to be a good restaurant with excellent service, but seems they can't manage demand anymore with very poor organisation. I would advise this is not one restaurant you want to 'eat out to help out' at.

During the 'eat out to help out' fiasca, both Elena and Carla were the star of our dining experience. They were extremely generous and friendly, they went above and beyond what was required of them. So happy with my visit! The other staff were also incredibly nice and were willing to do anything to keep us happy. Will DEFINITELY be going back soon!

Me and my cousin were BUSY fighting the FLIES. We had like 4/5 flies near our table buzzing around. I informed the staff, who said 'sorry, its due to our neighbours' - a recycling centre close by.HOW Can one eat whilst fighting Flies? This is a constant issue in this place, its horrible. My cousin came from the North and I felt embarrassed treating him here. He ended up leaving the food, we had to leave.

Went on one of the days where the eat out to help out campaign applied...called up to see if they were taking reservations was told no...saw a booth as i got there but was told it was taken??? I asked if you're not taking reservations how can it be taken??? Didnt really get a reply from the waitress...waited a good HOUR for our food...was told they only had 1 chef today...if you know you're gonna be busy due to the campaign why would u not get more staff in??? I dont know what i was thinking coming back here <was not my choice> below is a picture of what they charge a tenner for...it was a small portion...for a tenner i was expecting it to be a decent portion size at least...

We are really disappointed, food not as usual as we get here everytime, not fresh and tasty. They was busy as many people came out to support #eat out to help out scheme its doesn't mean that they reduced the quality. Its not fair.

The food was awful, steak looked like a bit of raw gammon, cheese inside burger tasted gone off and we were all left with bad stomachs after. Spend the majority of the meal fighting off flies which were literally everywhere. Definitely will not be going again

My family and I ate here to celebrate my daughters birthday, we found the diner to be very clean and tidy, the staff were friendly. The food was hot, and at a good price, will definitely be back when in the area next

Chicken breast was not just dry but so hard that I was unable to chew it. Manager felt this was acceptable and I had to push the manager for reimbursement. A night with the family ruined that could have been so easily rectified.

Was really excited to try this but was massively let down! Food and service was awful. Manager seemed very bored and as if he didn’t want to be there.. waitresses were very slow. Got 2 drinks before food, then 2 drinks after our food as they forgot about 2 of them. Pictures on internet were nothing like the place. Overall it could be a very good place if service was faster, more reliable and staff just seemed happier!

Not only was the food absolutely amazing, service from Kia was just fantastic. She ensured that our food came promptly and was the nicest person. She was super friendly and even ran to our charge my phone when the battery was low. Her patience was incredible and was never snappy when we took a while to order. Went to dinner with the family.... we were served by KIA.... she's literally the best waitress I've met!! She was so helpful and attentive !! She's just a gem to the diner!!! My kids scored her 100%!!! The food was also excellent!!!

I ordered the single diner-mite burger, which came with chips, and a popcorn shake, both were excellent, and there was plenty of it. It was all well presented, well cooked, and delivered to my table in good time.No complaints at all, except for a little grumble over the (optional) service charge.There is also a vegan or vegetarian menu available.

An absolutely fabulous dining experience! It was like stepping into a delicious time capsule. The staff were friendly and offered great advice. We were happy to leave a great tip as we thoroughly enjoyed every part of this visit and would actually go out of our way to travel back to this place! Food was fresh and presented well. The whole place was themed and it is clear to see the effort that goes into the whole atmosphere.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. If I could give no stars I would. Went there with my sister and her three babies, ordered a groupon voucher online. On arrival got told by the manager Aaliyah we couldn’t do this offer as she was fully booked which is utter bull crap there was two families in there. She could see we had three children with us and was still rude and abrupt. Will never return or recommend. I would 100%, if you want an American diner with nice staff, to visit tinsel town.

The service is good, the Garlic bread and Sticky boneless chicken and the milkshake that we had are very tasty!! The food is very good, we will be ordering online as well as going back again to the restaurant. You'll need to drive as it is not easy to get to

As usual Big Moe never lets you down. Breakfast was good, love the sausages and chicken rashers. Heard this location they have flies but I haven't seen any and I would recommend everyone to go for breakfast.

This place is so good, I've been to a fair few diners in the USA, and this is as authentic as it gets, its decor/interior is classic American diner, as is the menu, the food is fantastic and the portion size.......well, that's American to, great fun, great food, great place, can not recommend it highly enough, plus, the manageress, Gabby, was an absolute darling and couldn't have been nicer and more fun, you must come here, you wont regret it, I'll be coming back again and again

Went to this restaurant yesterday night to dine, the food was good but the staff … amazing! Cyrine was so helpful and friendly. We ended up discussing about some things and laughing. Five stars for her!

This restaurant is clean and has the best burgers I have tasted in ages. Great service.The waiter we had was David and he was polite helpful and efficient.

During my time the waitress (Kia) serving my family communicated with us with such polite manners and made sure that we were satisfied with our food and the service and made sure we didn't wait to long for our cheque.

We had an amazing time! The place looked like a 50s American diner and the music added to the fun vibe. Clean eating area, kind staff (thanks Tia for the brilliant service!) and yummy food (we had breakfast). The Pontiac parked outside was a lovely prop!

Me and my hubby like to dine and big moes at least once or twice a month. The food has always been consistent very good service has been good. But today 25/11/19 we went to eat the food was yummy but the service we got from David was amazing very charming young man he was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. He has great customer service skills a good asset for the company. We usually don’t like to pay the service charge but today we left it for only him. Great guy.

We have eaten several times in this place and we love it. Today we want to highlight the magnificent attention of one of its workers, today Cirine has attended us and we must say that it is the time that they have best served us. In particular our waiter David was fantastic - really friendly, attentive and polite. It was a Saturday night and the restaurant was full and yet he had a smile on his face and was always happy to help. He's a credit to Big Mo's Diner!

Been a while since I have been here and I am pleased to report that standards have not slipped.

Great food , staff really friendly. Everything was top notch. Our waitress Kia as always was top flight and as usual 5 star review for her specially. Today full rack of ribs and few steaks was served for me and family with friends. Waiting time? What waiting time? Food served in timely manner. Fresh lemonade? Girls was lovin it. Mint tea lemonade, missus said she wanna get back there next week.

This is one of our regular place and we absolutely love it! Thanks to the staff member TIA she's always welcoming and absolutely brilliant with customer service. Steak is perfectly cooked and no chewy bits. Desserts are superb and choices are too many.

Came here on Saturday 9th November with family. Kia was our waitress and we couldn't fault her, from start to finish she was friendly and helpful! Nothing was to much trouble and she offered us takeaway boxes as some of us couldn't finish the meals which we thought was a nice touch. All the food was delicous especially the sundaes we had and again i couldn't finish mine so Kia gave me a cup to take it home in. We will definitely be returning

Usually we are disappointed when we come to this branch as the service is not that great which is why we usually do not pay service charge however today we were served by a new employee David who Provided us with a great service and we had no reason not to pay the service charge, no complaints what so ever, he provided us with excellent customer service. Thank you David keep up the great work.

Wonderful food, we ordered the jumbo hotdogs with cheesy chips. The service was quick but it was all down to the manager at the time, think her name is Analis. She was running around almost doing everyones job and i didnt feel like she was supported. However she made sure our experience was great, so thank you!

We both enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast for less than £10 for two via Groupon voucher. The restaurant was very retro, open & beautiful American deco, friendly staff, menu has lots of variety of breakfast on offer. We both had the full english breakfast with hot drink. Food was hot, tasty and the right portion. The staff allowed us to mix the drinks with main items without too much restriction and extra pay on top like some places. Plenty of car park space outside. Will pop round again soon...

Booked with Groupon on a good over. The restaurant was a little crowded but offered decent food and it was a good experience for the children. The burgers are a little bland and need seasoning and sauces to build flavour. At full price I would find it a bit over priced, but with Groupon good value. Staff a nice if not a little rushed due to serving many customers.

We've been going Big Moes for years now and my most recent trip was not as good as my last trip. I ordered steak which was tough and covered in gristle. Was cooked to order but the quality of meat used was crap. Burgers are good and fries. Special mention to Kia the waitress really friendly and attentive. Price wise you can't go wrong I guess. Maybe just avoid the steak unless they have the T bone but it was sold out.

My friends and I waited nearly 40 minutes for our breakfast orders to be taken and that was only because I approached a staff member myself.

Don’t get me wrong the food was pretty good, unfortunately the service was bad. No one seemed to want to be there and they seemed pretty miserable! We left their after our meal to get home and realise we have marks over the back of our jeans from the seats we sat at. I called them where they just was like ‘oh sorry’ no one seemed bothered. Won’t be returning!

I was very impressed with this place - the staff were efficient and friendly- the food was amazing. The restaurant and restrooms were spotless. There was also the added attraction of an animal balloon maker which was free - definitely will return.

We had the beef burger and bbq ribs. Beefburger was ok. RIbs were the worst, tasteless and barely any meat on it. Takes ages to get the attention of the staff. Chips were ok.
