Big Mammas in Northumberland

Ordered 3 chicken kebab wraps with chips and salad. I got home and myself and my family took one bite and realised that the salad was off - salad was sour and not fresh. There was also no chips in the wrap. Such a disappointment, and waste of money 😔

Truly the most disgusting excuse for food I've been served in a long time. The pizza was soggy, bland and oily, the chips taste stale and of old oil, the chicken strips were soggy and also taste of old oil and even the garlic mayo was grim being words ... Is this how you eat Pizza in the North East? That's £30 of my monthly budget I won't get back and I'm enjoying my £3 frozen pizza infinitely more.

I order here on a weekly based kebab meat is perfect pizzas are awesome aswell and we’ll priced kebab wraps are unreal and I love the jalapeño bites always nice and always hot and on time

The kebabs are amazing here, but the chips are nowhere near as good as Big Poppas nearby (or any fish and chip shop). They taste a bit like cardboard which is a huge shame. Still, the kebab meat is SO good that it won’t stop us ordering from here now and then :)

Placed an order via there app only for cash to be taken from my account but no order confirmation rang up the shop no order had gone through I asked if I could place my order over phone for collection but told I had to pay again and contact just eat for a refund I think not im not paying twice for my supper it's your app not just eats!!!

Had a little mix up initially but was resolved very quickly with a replacement, it was absolutely lovely, hot and tasty pizza 🍕

Took more than a hour to arrive and food wasn’t that nice normal delivery time Is good but today it wasn’t

Chips hard, kebab was disgusting. looked undercooked will be surprised if I don’t have food poisoning tomorrow. Garlic bread was hard and bland. Asked for a deep pan pizza got a thin crust. Pizza looks like it has teeth marks on the crust. All got wasted waste of money. Don’t know how the rating is so high. And they have took my rating off just eat. Feel like I’ve been robbed

Been here a few times because I work nearby and the food is always amazing, the pizzas are cooked perfectly, and the grill taste on the chicken is delicious. Staff are always friendly and chatty and place looks clean. Can't fault the place

Our 'go to', been ordering for a couple of months now, never had a bad one

Had a pepperoni pizza tonight. Was the best pizza I've had in a long time. And didn't take long to arrive either. Was lovely thank you big mammas!
