Chips wasnt the best, burger patties are nice and fat but gave me stomach ache & pizza was nothing special wouldnt order from here again

We placed a very large order for delivery to a party and the service was great from organising to the arrival of the food, would definitely recommend.

pre-ordered for a time to suit us, ordered in plenty of time for it to be on time, food arrived slightly later than requested but was of outstanding quality and enjoyed by all.

Ordered at 6;11pm food didn’t arrive till 8;15pm. Got told they would knock some money off to then trying to charge full price. When unwrapping food kebab and rice was cold. Also found a black hair in kebab considering my partner is bald and I’m ginger. Called back to be told no one works here with black hair… I’ve been in this shop many many times and I know for a fact they don’t wear hair nets. Man on the phone then put the phone down. Rude service & disappointing food.

food was delivered late. was only Luke warm and when we saw the meat it was old meat re heated and passed off as fresh. usually ok very very poor on this occasion. won't be trying it again.

ordered cheese sauce £2.50 got very little. chilli sauce 80p got a spoon full. usually very good from here. very disappointed for £16.00

The food was really really nice but it took almost two hours to arrive. I'd maybe order again but avoid peak times, in future it might be better to not accept orders that can't ve delivered in a reasonable time frame.

Really lovely food. I had the chicken tikka kebab and my husband had the mixed kebab. Really lovely cooked chicken, cooked well throughout and yet still moist. Husband enjoyed the mixture of meats in his and again, cooked well. Best kebabs we’ve had in a long long time. Definitely be ordering again. Thank you

Curry spilled in the bag and over the food, not a lot of chicken tikka for £8, used to get more when it was cheaper. Poppadoms were all crushed. Delivery was delayed.

1st time ordering and food was nice and enjoyed by all. Will definitely be ordering again. Delivery was over 20 minutes late and driver refused to bring the food to the door and had to meet him outside but did apologise for it. Look forward to ordering again.

was horrible, ordered 2 drinks with the meals and it didn’t come with either drink, tiniest amount of cheese on my chips which i payed extra for and the chicken burgers weren’t even edible really, the chicken was dry and hard

I ordered for my grandchildren they are usually happy with a korma but they couldn't eat it as it was to spicy they only ate the chips I even tried it and it was very spicy

The food was okay, the kebab looked and felt like it had been sat for awhile but the chips, and chicken burger was good. They had not delivered my bottle of coke with my order and when I rang up to tell them they got straight on it, they delivered my missing item within 15 minutes! So can’t fault them for that at all! Overall it’s a good place, just wish the kebab was a bit fresher but overall I would recommend

cheeseburgers meat patty was burnt like charcoal, the chips were very chewy and stale, didn't enjoy it at all, sorry

my order was late, the restaurant refused a refund emailed me to say that I would get an item free from the menu (when my food was delivered, there was no free item) and my food was warm, I will never use big chef again, and I wont recommend big chef, I work 2 jobs and 6 days a week, this was my treat, next time I wont bother.

Ordered a chicken special curry and a garlic naan bread- the curry was lively, ample chunks of chicken in, Peppers and onion and sauce, garlic bread was lovely too! Thanks big chef 😁

Delivery was good. Chicken tikka jalfrezi too red, chicken jalfrezi was nice, pilau rice underwhelming. Seekh kebab was chicken and not lamb or sheep, with brown lettuce. Pizza was average. The chicken tikka and chips had brown lettuce and was sparse with the chicken. The mix starter only had 3 onion bhajis and should have 4. The shami kebab was dreadful and 1 of the samosas were burnt. Overall disappointed.

Food was OK. Not very hot as was delivered nearly 40 minutes late. Asked for delivery at 5.30 was finally delivered 6.10. Wasn't very warm . had to reheat in microwave

Not happy with this order at all. Me and my friends put in an order for food at 7pm, it came to about 20 past/half past nine and still hadn't received our food. They said they had difficulties but while on the phone heard mentionings of forgetting to make the order. We were told we'd receive free stuff, that being a bottle of coke and sauce. The food came, tastes decent but two of the meals were found with hair on. Not happy at all, don't get food from here. Its a waste of money and time. Would love a refund if possible because what a joke.

my order was early for a Friday night teatime tea.. no complaints piping hot and very nice too....all my order was there 10 out 10 food and service

You got the order incorrect. The donner tray said no sauce and you put mint sauce all over it which my partner doesn’t like so wasted a lot of it. You also put salad on it which it doesn’t state as an option. Twice this has happened now and love your food normally but the last couple of times have been a bit disappointing

Bought a meat feast pizza late night just before closing. The guys was happy to serve and the pizza was really nice shared between 3 of us... I will try again.

This is the most dissapointed I have ever been by big chef. Some of my chips weren't even cooked. The burger was geneuinly atrocious. Big chef is my comfort place to order from but today the food was terrible, I got no updates on my food delivery and it turned up 3 minutes before the final time. (I live near by so it's normally very early) Everything was geneuinly such a let down and tasted so bad. (Apart from the can of pop) My order felt lazily put together.
