If I could give a 0* I would. This place delivered our food to the wrong address and then refused to resend the food or reimburse us the cost, was disgustingly rude on the phone and called me a liar even though his other colleague confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. For reference this was a £12 pizza so wouldn’t have broke their business to resend. I will never use them again, rude people.

Very small portions and expensive. Not friendly owner. Low quality food. Waste of money.

Couldn't decide what to have then remembered we hadn't had a kebab for a while so called into Bicester Kebab & Pizza I had a mixed Kebab with salad and chilli sauce the Boss had a Chicken Kebab with garlic mayo both were very tasty and filling and good value for the money

It's a bit like licking a 9v battery. Only, there's a reasonable chance the VAT makes it to HMRC when you buy a 9v battery🤷‍♀️

Lovely food, over an hour every time I’ve ordered for delivery, such a shame

had a takeaway from here last year and was really good. Kids loved it too. Fed the family of 5 for £30. Had one tonight and was amazed that our order is now £56 😲and the old we only take cash and there's a cashpoint next door. Oh and chip's missing from the order. Such a shame as liked this place but going by all the other reviews it's not worth chasing a portion of chip's with a manager like that.

Excellent food, great lads, but my god the take-away service is so unreliable. I understand they get busy, but to be told 45 minutes, then waiting 1 hour 20. Only got 4 stars because the food is so good.

Can’t fault the food or the people. But delivery has slowly started to decline over the last few occasions. What used to be around 40/50 minutes, has since increased to around 1hr 40 minutes, or (2 hours in this evenings case). Would highly suggest collection, unless you don’t mind the wait.

Absolutely disgusting tried a new kebab place opposite Sainsbury’s it’s slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for and it’s clean this place is grim grim grim

Ordered a pizza on Friday night 14/1/22,was told a 30 minute wait.Did not turn up for a hour and half,when I did arrive wrong order and unenviable.Will not be ordering again.

Second time in a row I got my kofte kebab wrong. I got it with a sauce that I can’t eat. It makes me simply unwell. No meal for me tonight, such a shame and disappointment.

An utterly brilliant kebab each time. When I moved up here from London I was a bit worried, as there's certainly no good curry, so what chance did I have with kebab?! Ended up as the least of my worries for kebab, as these guys are amazing! Great service, nice portions, great fried chicken (to correct the clearly drunk woman who posted on here recently and went on a ramble), and a kebab you can eat sober and enjoy. Totally spot on! Lovely!

Having been going every week for about a year, have been happy until recently. I do not know if there has been a change in management, seems different. Quality of meat does not seem quite so good. Also chips tend to be soggy . Hope things improve.

Great authentic Greek Street food!

Normally very good moist but dry skin on Chicken portions except the 1st time in sine covid-19..the heater lamps wernt on and that was 1st red flag but Hungariian pal was in for aa donner and I had already ordered my Chinese but got side breast as Normal whilst waiting wv pal outside (oh I was the only person in there with a Mask)and min of 5 ppl waiting around. As God is and Pal was my Witness I opened up the wee bag it was in n it was Greasy as hell and had soft Skin (normally the Best bit if cooked and seasoned properly n crispy) so that slide off back into the bag. Having worked in many Fish and Chips,/Kebab shops Burger Vans and Restaurants even having had my own Kitchen and Venue thanks to to The Princes Trust! Went Catering College for several years and worked in some really Fancy & Posh restaurants and wernt shy but juggling 3 jobs and a Baby was hard but hey ho back to this Manky bit of Chicken which was not right at all it was Grey n Tough very Stringy too and the guy that served me and see me thru window wasn't happy that I said politely that had they changed the recipe as not nice like normal. He said its coz it's the side breast my reply well no I ALWAYS ask for Side Breast as did when he asked what piece I wanted but the heating light wernt on n hard to see exactly what bits were in there my bit was right at the Front of glass n that was cold I discovered when he was saying nothing wrong with it..in my professional opinion it was the unsold left over Chicken Portions from them opening at Lunch time.. Guy did not even apologise nor offer money back or something on return and as I left nand fresh customers coming past me still no masks to steam clear of the Chicken ~but my Hungarian Male pal was too polite n scared to say anything in my defence coz he knew the guys n often a Kebab 3x week aa don't get them where his Family as simply couldn't EAT it and wasted £1.40 if memories right but went to throw it up against shop Window it was that ROTTEN n they'd made no attempt to fix the matter but ended up asking the Doner guy for some more Napkins as Greasy and would give to my dog if he didn't turn his nose up at it first!! When putting it in the bag on the shops counter as breast moved I Saw pure RED RAW in the MIDDLE. Tried show the fella but he wouldn't listen and carried on cooking for the others waiting and coming in as we were going out and I just said quietly enuff for them to listen without him hearing the conv "AVOID THAT SAD EXCUSE FOR CHICKEN" Judge Manager,'s has been made Aware. They didn't not call me Chicken George yeh mon no worry..xx

normally ok delivery was over 20 mins late a driver wasnt nice, garlic bread was just warm kebab was ok, driver wasnt nice,,,,, total let down to the kebab house

Best kebab in Bicester for sure..

I had a chicken kebab, the kids had chicken nuggets and chips. The staff were nice and friendly, good service, freshly cooked and tasted good. The only reason why I haven't given 5 stars is that the pitta bread was a bit soggy in places, too much liquid from the salad I guess, other than that, tasty food and a good price

House kebab today and was very disappointed.Meat was dry and burned.Guys,your food has never been so bad,please find good balance between throughput and quality.Today was my worst kebab with little salad,mainly onion.

Open late and it's a go to place when hungry and lazy to cook when it's past 10pm. At the same time, hygiene there is iffy, handling cash and food at the same time, haven't seen anyone ever went to wash their hands, but overall tidier and cleaner than your average kebab place.

Would of expected Bicester of all places to have a much more "premium" feeling kebab establishments, but this place is just your bog standard local kebab place you'd expect drunks crawling around very early in the morning. But nonetheless they do very reasonably tasty donner meats with accompanying sauces. Can't comment on any other items. Prices are standard and staff know what they're doing.

Dreadful. Don’t bother ordering for delivery. Our food took over 2 and a half hours to arrive and was barely warm. Chips were rubbish. Called over 90 times and they wouldn’t answer the phone.

Me and my partner just went there after work to try the place and I have to say after eating from a lot of kebab restaurants in Bicester this was the best one we've had. Nothing bad to say. Go and try 👍

The food is really good no matter what you get. I usually get the mixed doner on chips and chicken kebab but occasionally I get the burgers. The only I'm not a fan of is the use of styrofoam boxes.

Delicious and great Turkish food and pizza. You need to ask for which is halal or not. As they also serve the non-halal. You can't dine but only take away or for grab. If you happen to be near/in Bicester. Should try their food.

Night out with friends and needed a quick bite and can’t go wrong with this kebab house. I don’t drink so I remember the taste and I give it two thumbs up!!

My first time ordering a food from here, it was quite a disappointment. Whilst the kebabs were to a reasonable standard, the chips were not delivered (even though I confirmed chips being part of the order on the phone). Thankfully they did return with the chips. The pizza was terrible, under cooked and missing one of the toppings. I literally had to put the pizza in the oven to make it edible! I am not one to exaggerate or complain but this was far from a good first experience. It is highly unlikely that I would order food from here again!

Had kebab on sat night, me and the other half ended up having a really bad tummy sunday/Monday early hours!

This place does some nice food but the past 3 times ive been and ordered the donner meat it has made me sick no i wasnt drunk either, id suggest getting some new meat if you dont want bad reviews feel like i have food poisoning, not happt and not well !!!

Had a Chicken and Lamb Grilled. Lovely done and can’t complain the size was great on both loved the salad didn’t like the pitta bread and hate red cabbage. The meat was great and did the job

Best place in Bicester for a Kebab! I visit this place regularly for a quick takeaway dinner that doesn't cost a fortune! The food quality is very good and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Can get busy on a Friday or Saturday night so don't leave it too late to pop in! Takeaway for two under £15, can't go wrong. Well worth a visit.

Food is what you expect of a small town fast food outlet, not brilliant.

I used to live in Banbury and they have a shop over ther to iv used this one in Bicester and the one in Banbury for well over 10 years and never once have I had bad food or service both shop I will give 100 out of 10 even at 2am in morning when your a bit wars for where . Ow and I read some of the comments on here and if u order chicken meet and chip u will get what looks like the leftover bits as it's chucking breast stacked up and cooked like the dinner is so when it's cut off u get bits don't know what u what exspeting. And the chucking is one of the beast I have ever had.

Since this kebab shop has opened in town every dining experience has been wonderful. The guys are all extremely hard working and the cleanliness of the place is second to none. If you let them know it's your birthday they may even give you some discount.

Ordered mixed kebabseven a burger and pizza told a price over the phone and had a phone call to say driver is outside the house but after standing at the door for 15 minutes he finally turns up and asks for £35 ant £29 the food was cold and when we called to give them some feedback we got called liars and we're given a lot of abuse so obviously won't be using them again , even though we have used them for years .. not nice DON'T GO THERE

This is actually one of our regular places for meals. The chicken is amazing, prices are very reasonable and the service is always great. It’s the only kebab shop we will go to in Bicester.

I have a coeliac deasese so no gluten for me, this guys are not only best take away around here they are perfectly safe for my stomach. Always friendly and happy to serve. If you have to wait is because they are so good they are soooooo busy. Fully would recommend the whole menu.

Had chicken meat and chips. Chips not properly cooked and chicken was the crumbs of the last bit of chicken. No decent bit of chicken. Rubbish

Clean. Polite staff. Great food cooked to order,no food reheated from lunchtime and sold on the evening shift. Waiting only on late weekend nights. Good value for your money. Also do v nice baked potatoes (albeit a bit of a wait,but worth it!).
