Made the mistake of going into a cafe where there were no other customers. I think I now know why. Visited the premises in the Square. Latte and croissant, paid immediately by card, lukewarm coffee, stale croissant then on leaving was accused of not paying. They made a check of their records and voila, it seems I had. Quite embarrassing and won’t be back.

Happened upon this place in Angel, we’d been out window shopping all day by mistake and were tired and hangry. We just wanted a coffee and something vegan and cheap to eat, and to sit down somewhere quiet. Bibi means grandma in Swahili and I felt like it was a sign from my Bibi from beyond telling us to go in! I’m glad we did, it’s quite small downstairs and we nearly left as there was no room to sit, and upstairs had music playing and lots of chatter (normally I wouldn’t mind but the brain overstimulation was doing its thing). Thankfully a nice person said they were leaving and offered up their table downstairs. We mumbled feebly at the nice server if there was anything vegan we could eat, she made us up a salad with bulgur wheat (Kisir?), homemade hummus, mung beans, pickled cabbage, salad leaves and a delicious dressing - a very generous heap, which we devoured between us. I don’t really do salad as a main but this was really tasty and filling even split between two. I’m so glad we went in, I want to go back there soon, they have vegan croissants but they had sold out as it was the end of the day. Friendly service and the coffee was great too. Next time maybe we’ll sit upstairs as it was pretty groovy up there!

Went to the Covent Garden location. Small but cozy. Had luck and got a small table for my daughter and I. Great salad and chicken wrap.

We spent a weekend in London and Bibi's was so good we ended up going twice. The menu seems to rotate a bit. We had: chicken + rice + potatoes + veggies, shakshuka, and mediterranean salad bowls that were all delicious. The chicken was juicy + tender and they poured some of the broth on top of the rice. The portions were so generous I worry about the financial outlook of this place if more people start going. Truly outstanding.

This was a lucky find indeed. I was looking for a place to get a salad to go when I noticed a line of locals out the door of this small establishment on a small alley in the Covent Garden area. The salad was delicious and the bits of coconut chicken are highly recommended. The line moves quickly and the service is friendly and efficient.ighly recommended.

Lovely little place with a warm and heart warming atmosphere. Quirky decor and both cafes are in cute locations off the main street. One in a cute side street of covent Gd and the other in a gorgeous hidden court yard in Soho. Lovely to sit in to eat and have a coffee as they are just beautiful places to relax and unwind. The salad boxes are incredible, all home made wholesome salad foods at a ridiculously reasonable price. I go at least 3 days every week and get the take away lunch box (all Eco friendly). Bibi and her staff are all super welcoming and do their best to get the queue moving. I would suggest you go before 1pm as it can get quite busy but the queue moves quickly and always totally worth the wait. Oh, they also offer extras like coconut chicken, halloumi etc. LOVE THIS PLACE!

I happened upon this quaint little spot by chance and decided to get lunch and sit at one of the outside tables. The restaurant is located in a quiet, tiny, side street and I was extremely happy with my choice. The salads were delicious, the portion size massive and I liked the chicken chunks I added to the top. Loved the yogurt dressing— I am only here for 2 weeks and am trying to figure out a way to go back. Would highly recommend

I regularly come to you for your salads and today you ran out of most things near 2pm. I opted for a small box and despite not having all options and scraping the last scraps of red cabbage left in the bowl, you charged me full price for a small box plus extra charge for half of a HALF of an avocado. For those of you wondering, that equals to TWO measly slices of what is already a small avocado to begin with. Not even a full half. I didn’t deserve the full half, apparently. Why even bother Bibi’s Kitchen? Essentially, I got totally ripped off. £6.60 for some bulgar wheat, lettuce, lettuce and more lettuce with a small dollop of humous. Oh, don’t forget the 2 small slices of avocado. Must not forget that. That’s an extra £1. Needless to say, I was really disappointed and thank to you, food depression after my lunch today. BTW, You extended the woman before me, a discount due to lack of options today but for some reason, I had to pay full price plus the extra. That’s really tight of you. Had I known, I would’ve left the box behind and not bothered but found it too late upon returning to my desk. What is even more sad is that I think it was intentional as you thought I was not a regular customer. Someone new, who you thought would not be returning and you could rip me off. Sad to think that’s how you conduct business. Keep your salads Bibi’s. And extra avo.

Delicious salads, soups, pastries, cakes etc, made fresh every day on the premises. Incredibly great value for money, too. A miracle in Central London. They serve very good coffee and tea, too. I almost don't want to tell anyone else about this place, but I feel it only fair to the owner/manager that I should spread the word. Especially after reading the negative review from Simon C - from his description, it really seems like he has gotten this place mixed up with somewhere else, since it's a café, rather than a restaurant; and not the kind of place you would book a table at.

Firstly, think it’s moved or has a second location. This one was rose street off long acre. My wife and I had a large salad box each... Absolutely delicious, great value, lovely little cafè with friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Ordered the Halloumi salad to go, got back to the office and saw they had put in 1 single piece of Halloumi in the whole halloumi salad, how stingey!

Delicatessen Very expensive, double the price of others in London. Bought loads of things, one week later went to another Portuguese delicatessen, that's when I realised the difference in price.

Excellent, thank you. Only problem, female waitress was asked for butter but it didn’t ever arrive. More vegan dishes would be good - Quorn etc.

Amazing atmosphere and food. The staff are so welcoming and the Austrian live music somehow turns the restaurant into a dance party. The area near the stairs is calmer if you prefer more quiet. I love
