Beyoglu 25 in North East Lincolnshire

Went here for my son’s 25th birthday with wife and daughter. All of us had a starter and main . Food and service was excellent . Decent portion size, well presented and cooked. Will definitely be back in future. Price okay £120 for two courses and drinks for the 4 of us. Also bought out a free piece of cheesecake for my son.

Had looked at this restaurant a few times but never went in ,but decided on our next visit to cleethorpes that we would try it.We went on the Friday eve ,at 8pm it was just about full upstairs and downstairs but we went back 9pm and was relatively empty.The service was fast ,efficient and everyone super friendly. The complimentary warm bread and garlic dip and firey chilli dip were lovely.we both chose mixed kebab and rice plus a side of chips ,the portions are HUGE!! Absolutely gorgeous ,tasty authentic Turkish food, reasonably priced for the amount we had,we certainly didn't need the side of chips.The only downside was I couldn't fit in baklava as a dessert as was too full .Definitely worth a visit ,we will be returning on our next visit 😊

Stumbled across this place on a day out. I was very impressed: good furnishings, very pleasant staff. The food was really tasty, rather too much for a lunchtime but I'd definitely recommend it.

Visiting from Oxford and me not a great fan of Turkish cuisine, my wife wanted to try it. Booking is necessary as I doubt you would be able to walk in and expect to get a seat. Parking is across the road with plenty of spaces. Upon walking in, there was no seating left apart from our reserved table (there is additional seating upstairs) and the server waisted no time in getting us seated. We were given menus and enough time to make our decision before being approached to take the order. The menu was extensive without being mindful boggling and has something for every palate, even mine. Whilst waiting for the order to arrive I watched on with amazement as the owner kept a watchful eye on everything that his staff were doing. The servers were polite, well dressed and very efficient. The chefs (whom you could see from our table were like magicians kicking out plate after plate. The food was preceded by a flatbread two pots of sauce, the order came as soon as the bread was nearly finished. The starters were amazing, well presented and delicious. When the starters were finished the plates were removed before you had a chance to wipe your mouth. The main meal was delivered in a short space of time and everything was cooked to perfection and piping hot. The portion sizes were more than enough and almost too much as we couldn't manage desserts. I am not a tipper but on this occasion I tipped the 15% on the payment machine with pleasure. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and less than the average like for like in my home area. I highly recommend this dining experience to anyone visiting Cleethorpes.

Wow, my first visit, and it won't be the last. Very clean, lovely decor, comfy chairs and sturdy tables. So a great first impression. A great menu with plenty of choice. It was a treat as my son & his girlfriend were visiting . Quite expensive, but was lovely and a great service, so I'd definitely go again with friends . We all had something different and everyone cleared their plates. Couldn't fault it .

Fabulous! We visited on a Monday night and at one point there were no available tables it was so busy. An extensive menu with lots of choice. Generous portions of deliciously tasty food. I opted for the feta and it came with a lovely salad. Lamb ribs for the main with fluffy rice and more salad. Heaps of warm bread and dips to complement the meals. Service was a little slow but not that it impacted on our visit and there were apologies for the wait. Really good value for money and well worth every penny.

Visited whilst we were on a family break in Cleethorpes. The best food we’ve had in a while. Staff were friendly, inside is very smart and clean. Everything was very good. Would go back to Cleethorpes just to have that again

We had heard good reviews so decided to try it. We hadn’t booked and were offered seating upstairs. This is when the alarm bells should have started ringing, we were just sent upstairs and then had to physically walk up to the waiting staff to ask where we could sit, as we had been left to stand about. As we sat it was clear why the table was not used, the setting sun was burning your retinas and there were no blinds. If you have any allergies the menu says to let staff know, make sure you do as you are given “complimentary” bread and dips containing seeds. We ordered food and drinks, the wait for part of the order wasn’t too long. We had two meals served and sat waiting for the third, we had the is everything ok as we sat waiting for our daughter’s meal, no we are waiting for a meal. We went through this routine about three times being told five minutes, then given reasons for the delay with the promised five minute wait. Then we are told the missing meal won’t be charged even though it still hadn’t arrived and was no near arriving. Meanwhile our food is going cold whilst we wait. We started to eat slowly so the food wouldn’t go totally cold whilst we waited. My moussaka had what looked like sweet potato though I hadn’t ordered the vegetarian option, however I gave up whilst we still waited for the third meal to arrive. We had a “ free” drink, we won’t charge as you were waiting for the meal, however this was a drink we had ordered ages ago and had only just arrived so was charged on the bill. After about a 30 minute wait the meal arrived- the meal that took so long to prepare and cook was a chicken salad. One chicken skewer over salad how that warrants such a long wait, whilst chicken was constantly being cooked on the grill is beyond me. One of the quickest meals on the menu to prepare. Our evening was ruined, appetites were lost due to the long wait for a salad, a family meal means eating together not chasing a meal. Customer service is judged on how issues are dealt with and not charging was the correct step however waiting 30 plus minutes for a chicken skewer and salad is nowhere near acceptable. Blaming new staff is an excuse and it just highlights poor management and a lack of staff training. Nobody is really in charge as orders and tables are not being monitored and not one person took control of the situation.

My new favorite place to eat food is amazing staff are very friendly and attentive very fast service and good drinks menu

A delicious meal, fast efficient and polite service. Great choice on the menu and good value. Restaurant was spotless and comfortable with a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be eating there again.

We went to Beyoglu 25 restaurant in Cleethorpes for lunch to celebrate my Brother in law and Sister in laws anniversary. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. The food was absolutely first class nicely cooked and presented, it was hot the portions were adequate for my appetite. I can personally recommend the Lamb Chops absolutely fabulous. Great food.

I popped in earlier in the day to book a table for a Thursday evening meal as I had heard it was difficult to make bookings. The place was pleasantly busy and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered combination shish kebabs with chicken and lamb and the yoghurt chicken. All were served with a super fresh salad and couscous or rice. We also ordered a pide to try and a portion of chips. The portions are very generous and the meat (halal) was delicious. We did end up taking some food home with us after over ordering. We will definitely be back.

Great Turkish food but with Greek levels of service. Beer is good though. Chaotic service despite orders being taken on iPads.

We had a wonderful meal. Unfortunately it was not at this restaurant. After being told we couldnt book over the phone and that the only way was to physically call in to the restaurant to book or arrive as walk in guests. given that we live fifteen miles away we decided on the latter. So we drove the fifteen miles. There was no que - great. Only to be told by a very unhelpful person at the door that they were fully booked all evening. Maybe try again in an hour and a half we were told. What kind of service is this? Absolutely awful. Get in the real world and provide a proper booking service. As it was we decided to drive the fifteen miles home and went to our local Indian Restaurant. We booked over the phone before leaving Cleethorpes. Our meal was excellent and great value for money. The staff are amazing. There was even a complimentary drink! Sort yourselves out. And you owe me a tenner for petrol. Disgusted.

Within 10 minutes of being seated, a rather pushy waiter asked for our orders for drinks and food. Unfortunately, there were no drinks menus on the table, but the waiter went away and quickly returned with one. Our table were sat chatting for a few minutes and I (admittedly) in the midst of a conversation, had regrettably neglected to hand the drinks menu to a lady in the group. Without a word, the waiter snatched the menu out of my hand and thrusted it towards the lady. I sensed she had acknowledged how rudely the waiter had behaved, so she politely ordered the soft drink she had in mind anyway. Feeling embarrassed at the above, at the time I thought “that ought to teach me for not being more considerate”. Upon reflection though, there is absolutely no excuse for that waiter’s incredibly rude and rather aggressive behaviour, despite how busy the restaurant was. And busy it was! Personal feeling aside, back to the review: We were seated near the bar and there was a gap of approx 12 inches between the back of my chair and the chairs behind. Every couple of minutes or so, waiting staff would rush past, more often than not, knocking into my chair. At one point, one waiter’s tablet device for placing orders clipped the side of my head. I did not make a though fuss in order to maintain enjoyment for the rest of the group. My main course was Ali Nazik (lamb shish with chargrilled aubergine, garlic, tahini, yogurt and drizzled with sizzling butter). The lamb had a nice flame-grilled taste but the sauce was seriously lacking flavour to the point of being somewhat bland. Not only were there no visible aubergines, but as a guess, the chef had forgotten to include garlic, tahini too and seasonings too. The sauce was incredibly rich to the point of being sickly. Combined with a side plate of plain yellow-coloured rice, it did not make for a tasty meal. Sadly, there was no salt, pepper or any condiments on the table to help compensate for the lack of flavours/missing ingredients. Not one person in the group had anything complimentary to say about the whole dining experience and it’s very much doubtful any of us will return for a meal there any time soon… I know for sure I won’t… ever again. This restaurant feels like a busy, bustling, noisy fast-food outlet but with a 30 min waiting time for food, and if you’re looking for a relaxed dining experience or a conversation over a meal, it would probably be wise to consider going elsewhere.

I am writing this review based on our experience last night. We have been previously and had excellent food but it has been in the daytime. We booked for a group of eight at 730 and was seated upstairs. Three times we asked for drink, every time we tried to beckon the staff they shrugged at us. The table behind us were in the same boat. We waited 45minutes before leaving. We did tell a member of staff as we were leaving but they didn’t say anything. My suggestion is that if you want to go for lovely food go at a lunch time or very early evening. They need better staff management/experience and customer service.

Wow what a fabulous meal, we all ordered different the chicken shish was fabulous and so was mixed kebab and the lamb mousaka, bread with yoghurt & salsa was amazing too xx we will be back and the sharing plate was awesome, 5 star definitely recommended xx

Before we ordered, we had a discussion with the waitress about whether the family platter was Gluten Free, she had a discussion with the chef and then assured us it was Gluten Free. The first thing to arrive at our table was bread and dips, so we asked if it was Gluten Frees and the reply was No !!! they then took it away and we proceeded with no bread!! If the owners are serious about running a successful business they need to learn to take dietary requirements seriously and get proper training for themselves and their staff.

I visited this place today a Wednesday lunchtime. We had wanted to go on an evening but have been unable to book a table because it wasn’t possible on the phone and we live too far to just pop in. After my friend spoke to the owner it appears that a new online booking system is coming. Our first impressions were not great! When we walked in we were met by a very miserable looking waitress who told us to sit anywhere. No smile, no welcome…very off putting. (But obviously I don’t know what’s going on in her life to make her that way??). We ordered some feta rolls and halloumi for starters. The feta rolls were amazingly tasty and we will definitely order again. The halloumi wasn’t really worth the price. Around £5 for 3 bits of halloumi and some plain dry salad. I definitely won’t order that again. For main course my friend ordered lamb shank which was big and came with veg and mash. It was very tasty and tender, well worth the price at around £18. I ordered Turkish Pide which is a flat bread which had feta and spinach on it. It came with some salad, which wasn’t that great. But the Pide was very tasty. I also ordered chips, but they were just frozen chips that were very dry and not very edible. The lamb shank came with giant couscous on a side pate and a plate of salad. A bit weird and totally unnecessary when the meal came with mash and veg?? With one soft drink each our bill was £52. It was fairly expensive for lunch, but actually I think a lot of it was worth it. The place itself is modern and clean. But the service needs to improve. The waiter brought us our main course when we had literally just put our last mouthful of starter in! He hadn’t even took the starter plates away. We had to move them across the table ourselves so he could put our main courses on the table. We loved most of the food and will definitely return to see if the service has improved.

Food was tasty,plentiful and served quickly and hot.We both enjoyed our meals but we're disappointed when we couldn't order cocktails even though they are on the drinks menu.Come on...its never to early for Sex on the Beach in Cleethorpes.😆get it sorted.

This was the second time I have visited since the restaurant opened. The first visit was exceptional. Unfortunately on this occasion it wasn't. The mixed kebab I and other guests with me ordered, we couldn't tell the difference between the meats as all we could taste was the oil/butter that was used. Looks like the levels of quality has dropped. Service was slow but the staff were polite.

Went early on a Monday evening expecting the place to be empty. How wrong. It already had at least 10 tables full with customers, which I suppose in itself is a good sign. We were shown to our table promptly, offered drinks and given the free bread and dips, which were excellent. After about 10 minutes our order was taken, 10 minutes later our food was served. We were only a party of 3 so we all had different courses. Not one of us could complain, the salads were fresh, the meat cooked to perfection and the rice just right. By now the restaurant was full and the waiting staff were struggling to keep up with the orders so perhaps diners had to wait longer for their food to be served. I would definitely recommend this place and will certainly be eating there again.

Spotlessly clean, polite and prompt waiter, excellent hot fresh delicious food. An insight into Turkish cuisine refreshing change to fish n chips.

We've eaten here four times now and have never been disappointed. Although it's on the more expensive side, it's well worth a visit if you appreciate authentic Turkish food. If you don't want to wait for service and food, etc, then visit out of peak hours. The kebabs are excellent and moreish. We can't comment on the specialities as we've never ventured there - yet! We've not given the restaurant 5/5 because of the price, not the quality or quantity of the food.

Food was amazing but they never gave us complimentary bread and dips and wine was the wrong wine and it what already open and it was not full wine and slow service and mock tails were sour and we asked for the Manager came he was very unprofessional about this situation and then he walked off and never dealt with and the meal costed 140 pounds for the meal.

We had booked and shown to table immediately on arrival. Service was good not waiting long for anything. Food was absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I shared the platter for 2 and there was more than enough food for 2 as well as having a nice variety. Salad really good, not just a few leaves, had a good variety. The only downside was the temperature. We sat on the ground floor next to huge glass window about halfway down the restaurant. It was freezing. The door permanently being opened and left half open whilst people asked about tables etc let in the cold. The one change I would make would be to put in some kind of screening around the front door to protect those inside. Will definitely be going back, but not until the weather is warmer! Would recommend for the food though, absolutely lovely.

20 of us eat for my sons birthday tonight, the food was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. They made a massive effort to make my son feel special on his big day. Thankyou so much.

Went for the first time Saturday with my wife after hearing so many good recommendations, was not disappointed , we went for lunch so wasn't too busy , was greated instantly and told we could sit anywhere we wanted, so picked a window seat , service was fab and the food was outstanding, was like dining in Turkey 🇹🇷 lol Nice selection of wine and was really nice , Only the one small thing was there a cold draft coming for somewhere near the window which was a uncompty but didn't spoil our first visit, most definitely will be going back very soon so a big thanks to all the staff , kind regards 🙏

Went with a couple of friends on a Friday evening. Both floors were heaving, with quite a lot of large parties. We waited nearly an hour for our food, but when it came it was very good, and the portions generous . The waiting staff looked stressed: we had to chase our order up and we were told “some dishes take longer to cook than others”. No-one asked if we would like more drinks (which we would have)! We abandoned the idea of coffee and left. I would suggest the restaurant needs more waiting staff, and they should be given better training in customer service and ensuring diners have a pleasant dining experience.

I've been waiting a while to try this place out and it didn't disappoint. The service was good but a little rushed because it was so busy. Most of the staff were Turkish and probably family members as only a few spoke English. That's not a problem and expected. The problem for me came when I asked the non Turkish staff if they got their tips. The answer I got back was no. They don't get any tips, the restaurant keep them. This is a deal breaker for me. I don't care how good everything else was. How dare they keep the tips for hard working staff 🤬. If this is OK with you, enjoy your meal.

Great restaurant with absolutely amazing food. Drinks were nice. Although expensive portion sizes are huge. Had enough for the meal & leftover did us for a late night snack after a few too many cocktails. Waiters nice but sometimes can look a little biwildered like deer in the headlights. Overall lovely place will definitely be returning for another date night when we are back in the area. You can see why it’s one of the busiest places in the area

Arrived at around 8pm on a Wednesday night with three friends. We were seated immediately and were given menus. The food that other diners had looked lovely and the portions appeared to be generous. Lively atmosphere too. So why one star? Well, we waited and waited. And then waited some more. No further acknowledgment. None whatsoever. No drinks order taken. We tried in vain to attract the waiter’s attention. After twenty minutes, we got up and left without eating, and found somewhere else to dine. Food looks amazing but front of house needs sorting.

Treat for my birthday - absolutely delicious food but OMG was like being sat in a fridge and everytime the door opened we got a gust of freezing cold air - hence food went cold really quick - won’t be going back unless it’s warmer.

Casual, spotless, friendly vibe with the best kebabs I've ever eaten. FLAWLESS. My friend is vegetarian and gf and was very well catered for. Service was great. A little inexperienced but happy to help and take our questions to more senior staff.

They do not yet operate a booking system, so you have to wait outside. We waited for 30 minutes in the cold. It seemed that someone knew someone on the door and Got in with another couple ahead of the queue. Not something that should be done, they should treat everyone the same. Drinks expensive. Food was good. Restaurant was cold as people waiting kept the door ajar. Will not return until bookings being accepted.

The most divine lamb shish i have ever had! Amazing! So juicy and so tender. The kofta is almost just as good. My wife's chicken wings were a bit skinny and overcooked... they're better at Nando's. Beautiful,clean ,modern restaurant with a very impressive Turkish dome oven.

Went to new Turkish restaurant for my friends birthday. It was lovely food, very clean, superb decor. If I had to say anything the staff need a polish. However, my friend went at the weekend and said now there’s an excellent waiter there that’s an absolute perfect maitre’d. Really tall, model type handsome with big hair :-) she said he’s made the place. Good on you all at this venture hope it works out. We will be back ;-D

Wonderful food. Yes it’s new but it’s so clean and the way it’s been decorated is on point. Staff could do with a bit more training but it’s teething problems that’s all. Will be back.

Popped in without a booking at about 8pm and was welcomed into this modern looking restaurant. Reminded me very much of my favourite resturant Lykya in Golders Green in London. We were given a choice of where to sit and not realising at the time we chose under the music speaker. Luckily it was just background music so wasn't a problem. We were given bread and dips which was delicious and for our main we shared the mixed kebab which was £19.95 perfect to share for the 2 of us. We were asked if we wanted or rice and cheekily asked if we could have half and half which they kindly obliged. We also had a bowl of chips and a Turkish beer. The food we had was amazing, the meat was cooked to perfection, very juicy and very tasty. The total bill was £34.00 which we thought was great value for 2 people. The service was impeccable, staff very friendly and special mention has to go to Adi who very patiently helped us choose what to have. Can't wait to go back to try the rest of the menu. Would highly recomend. There's nowhere around like it.
