Bethanys Sandwich Bar & Cafe in Thanet

Just had a fantastic cream tea courtesy of Bethany’s at Westgate in Kent. Fantastic food and superb on time delivery. Thank you it was perfect 👌 and made our weekend.

This was our second visit to Bethanys, my wife had the steak baguette and I had the large breakfast, which was actually very large. The food was great, service was excellent again and we will certainly return .As restaurant owners ourselves we really do appreciate going to other really good quality places.

On a recent trip to Westgate on Sea we decided to call into this highly recommended Cafe and try it out. We didn’t regret our decision. The food was delicious and plentiful, reasonably priced and served by very friendly and efficient people. Give it a try if you’re in the area - you won’t be disappointed.

Firstly the cafe is welcoming, service exemplary, the woman who served us was super lovely and bought toys out for our toddler, he liked her ‘she’s a good person’ said he… Ab Fab breakfast for all of us, 1 full Yummy English, 2 adult vegan English, 1 toddler beans and hash browns with Mayo for dipping as requested AND good coffee!!! (they ‘do’ Oat and Soya YaY!!!) We sat at a super clean table shaded by a big ‘umbrella’, our toddler enjoyed his toys and we all agreed the brek was uber delish, great value and very happy to have generous portion vegan brek local to me… My only regret is that I have not visited before and would love lotsa folk to give this lovely welcoming eatery a go, cos I guarantee you won’t be disappointed… Finally thank you everyone at Bethany’s for being just loverleee x

We visited Bethanys for the first time today after reading good reviews.Althogh we visited late afternoon we were offered the full menu, from which I chose Ham egg and chips , and my wife had a jacket potatoe. Both meals were of excellent quality, and we will certainly visited again.The staff were very efficient, lovely atmosphere and as fellow restaurant owners we were very impressed.

This is one of the best places for food in Thanet. Not only is the food delicious but the service is outstanding and the atmosphere is very warm and friendly. A family run business that makes sure everyone is treated with 5* service. If you haven't been there then I would recommend everything on the menu! They also offer an excellent catering service for outside events with delicious buffets and meals. Always enjoy going here.

Lovely little place, food is good, a bit tight space wise, but do have table and chairs outside, when weather permits obvs

Very friendly welcome with great service, nothing was too much trouble. Our full English breakfasts were freshly cooked to perfection, plentiful with quality ingredients.
