Attended a conference - WOTFLM 2025. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room I was in was very comfortable. The food was good and flavoursome.

When I stayed it was not a Best Western anymore but a Crowne Plaza. I was late checking in and left early so didn't get to experience much of the hotel, only to say the room was clean and tidy and comfortable

Great place close to EMA the cost for a Overnight stop and parking costs are not much more than a taxi transfer. My holiday starts early and avoid a very early start.

Not a good experience at all. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. First time the room was freezing cold despite having air con heating the room wouldn’t warm up. Second time we stayed the room was ok but nothing great. This time we arrived to find we didn’t have a king sized bed and the room was small, we asked to be moved but were fobbed off with excuses that they didn’t have any spare rooms and that it was a mistake last time we stayed that we were given a larger room with a king size bed even though we had booked a larger room. To get a slightly better room we had to pay an extra £30 per night! They said we could have the contents of the mini bar as a consolation prize which hardly had anything in it. We were out for the day but on returning to the room we discovered why we’d been yet again fobbed off with an awful room. Not only is it also freezing cold but it has ALL the air conditioning and heat recovery fans and pumps right outside our windows, please see my photos. The windows are so old and draughty that the huge fans not only make a terrible noise but also create a constant cold breeze that blows in through the spaces around the ill fitting windows. Yes, Premier Inn, I think we deserve some kind of a refund as you’ve got this particular customers experience very wrong.

I wasn't expecting that much but I was very pleasantly surprised. Reception staff were excellent. Rooms were spacious and full of all the nice tea and coffee. The only downside I could see was having to pay for parking even though you were staying there. The attached restaurant serves excellent food.

Nice breakfast where you can squish oranges. The pizza is good too. It doesn’t really feel like a best western but a bit more boutique. It was really nice.

Very good hotel, smart bedrooms very clean and comfortable beds bathrooms clean with walk in shower, staff very helpful .. would have liked to try the restaurant but was going to a wedding. It was a bargain price for 2 people. £75 - breakfast extra for £11 each but we missed it as we thought it was on till 11am and only till 10, our fault.

Full of migrants who're harassing locals, the owner and Home Office should be put on endangerment charges. They're ruining Kegworth.

Well done Kegworth for providing a safe space for people fleeing countries destroyed by war and countries with poor human rights. The hotel owners responding to what is a global emergency. An opportunity to embellish and learn about different cultures.

Horrendous service. We have it a second chance after the last time they were moderately busy. Wish we hadn’t. Two hours later and no food. Night ruined. Never again we would rather eat at home. Lots of other diners left early like us.

My husband and I arrived in the evening from London. We met Jamie who accommodated us at the reception with all smile. He also made us feel comfortable to sit at our chosen comfortable space at the bar area for our dinner. As I don't want to sit close to those other groups of guests having dinner and loud talking. We had a good relaxing night on 09/05/2025.

I had a really pleasant stay at Premier Inn Ashby De La Zouch. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—exactly what I needed after a long day. The bed was especially good, very comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a proper night's sleep. Everything in the room worked well, and the standard Premier Inn setup was reliable as always. What really stood out, though, was the staff—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. They made everything easy and smooth. The location is also really convenient, especially if you're traveling by car. It’s just off the A42, with plenty of free parking, and close to local spots like Ashby town centre and the castle. The attached Brewers Fayre restaurant was solid for a quick dinner and breakfast in the morning—nothing fancy, but decent food and generous portions. Overall, great value for money and a hassle-free experience. I'd definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
