Best Taste in Islington

Travelled from Wales and was the first time ever having Jamaican food. Was not disappointed at all! Food was phenomenal, meat was tender and seasoned to perfection. Definitely recommend.

Pedimos con mejor sabor a través de comer solo, cuando llegamos nos falta uno de nuestros acompañantes, cuando intenté ponerme en contacto con ellos no había respuesta, así que me puse a sólo comer, que se puso en contacto con ellos y aparentemente no Comer mejor resolver el asunto con nosotros y no nos ofrecen un reemplazo o un reembolso. Sin embargo tengo que decir que la comida se entregó más rápido de lo que yo esperaba y lo que hacían era delicioso. Yo probablemente no pedir de nuevo aquí, pero no quisiera ir y pedir/recoger. . . Yo sólo registro mi orden antes de salir. Sólo ten en cuenta que no damos reembolsos o reemplazos de comida que faltaba.

Muy decepcionante. La comida no era fiable y no auténtica del Caribe. Pescado pasteles siempre en el menú, pero nunca disponibles. Habíamos comido aquí cuatro veces anteriormente y disfrutamos un delicioso roti al curry de pollo, casi como está en Barbados. Le pedí a mi madre Bajan en el Derecho que tienen una prueba, porque no hay buenos lugares caribeños en Inglaterra y Extraña una buena roti. confusamente, recibimos una roti con pollo en puchero, pese a pedir la misma cosa exacta del menú y no siendo éste un plato del Caribe. Supongo que supongo que fuera del Caribe, nadie sabrá la diferencia. Esperar mucho tiempo para que los alimentos lleguen. Al final, me dieron un buen libro de cocina y es menos problemas para hacer los platos yo. Sabor propiamente dicho.

Pequeña tienda que ha sido "evacuados" en la carretera durante unos cuantos años. Menú parece buenos, cocina sencilla pero efectiva. Tuve el pollo Jerk y lo disfrutamos. Agradable y picante!! Darle una oportunidad llevar y comer en casa.

Great customer service, quick preparation of food! Large containers of Jerk chicken, rice, Marconi, Brown stew fish, boiled dumplings and festivals! Some of the best Caribbean food I've tasted!!

I ordered from their website for delivery. I was given my confirmation number. Approx 15 mins after they accepted my order they said they had no drivers as yet. 1 hour later i phoned to find out when will i get my food. I was then told they can't deliver dispute being paid in full. Their only solution was to offer me a taxi, but they had the nerve to ask me to pay the fare of £7 and they never even offer me a part refund or apology. Hungry house ( who empowers their theywebsite) was the only one to apologies and offer me a goodwill gesture and refund.

Jamaican food is not that easy to come by even in London. I tried this place on the Caledonian Road wasnt expecting much because its basically a take out with a few seats. Its OK nothing special. I have had better from market stalls and I am a bit skeptical that stuff is as fresh as you might think as lots of stuff gets taken out of the big pots and shoved in the microwave. Their pepper sauce is a bit wimpy. It gets three stars though as its the only place around selling that type of food. Not somewhere to actively seek out though. A quick lunch yes, anything else, no.
