Excellent food beer and service. Pre match menu is great and kept simple and fast to facilitate getting to the stadium. Good lively atmosphere

I visit the Best Mangal restaurant at least once a week, usually on a Friday. I tend to order the lamb shish wrap, with chips. The lamb is juicy, flavoursome and cooked to perfection. 10/10! I also want to commend the staff. Barrach and Paklavan, in particular, deserve huge praise, as they are always so kind, hospitable, helpful and attentive. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

Has been there a while now. Good choice for pre-match meal before Chelsea games. Good food and good service. Efes beer on draft and draft bottles. Pre-match menu is £29 - mere starter and choice of mains and as much beer as you can drink.

I can recommend both dishes we ordered, my one was chicken- lamb shish mix, it comes with salad and bulgur. Second dish Adana kebab, also comes with salad, rice/bulgur . Besides that we get 2 sauces - yogurt(garlic) and tomato(chilly) and bread. We ordered extra yogurt and fries, but we wasn’t able to eat it because the portions are really big. To drink we had fresh orange and apple juices, both really nice 😊

Lovely restaurant and food. The cold mixed platter as a starter was lovely. The chicken and lamb shish, and the cop kebab with yoghurt were both very tasty. It was very busy and the staff were working hard; they were friendly and attentive and provided a good service and nice meal.

More acceptable Turkish community this place is I asked sparkling water… from then we have to leave. No welcoming my experience. Sad

What a complete shower! Booked business lunch for 1pm via OpenTable, arrived to find a notice on the door saying “Opening at 2pm”. They didn’t bother contacting anyone who’d made a reservation… I won’t bother going there ever again!

I'd read the reviews and had decided against this restaurant but stumbled in later as everywhere else was booked. The starters were okay but not special and the kofte was too chewy with a strange aftertaste. I was envious of my friend's lamb cutlets but I shall have to live with that. I noticed the restaurant was not even half full peak time on a Friday night and my abiding memory would be of a nervy, self-obsessed patron who complained about inflation and costs but proudly could buy a whole street in Sheffield where I lived; so he's doing okay overall, at least but I don't think his heart's really in it any more and he was dismissive of bad reviews. I'd say it was expensive for what it was. It's my own fault for not having booked anywhere else sooner but I thought we'd be okay in Fulham.

Great restaurant and getting busier by the day, getting to a point now where you have to book a table. While promoted as a Mediterranean kebab restaurant, just be mindful it’s Turkish not Greek. Those that know the difference will know what I’m talking about. That being said the food is fantastic, salad and sides as fresh as you like and the bread is to die for! I go with my partner every 2 weeks. The restaurant is really clean and tidy and the staff are super attentive but not overbearing. Only a few minutes walk from Fulham Broadway. Highly recommended!

We used to go here every Sunday when we lived close by. it was the first restaurant my son every went to and the waiters always doted on him. The food is great and the staff are personable and best of all remember my family. thanks for always being there.

Recently we went there as a family to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food and the service were beyond our expectation. We had Mezze for starters and variety of grill as main course, they were all freshly made. I would also highlight recommend the baklava if you can manage after very generously served starters and main courses. I can not finish my review without mentioning the staff. Especially the manager Erkan was exceptionally polite & attentive made us really welcome. We have been to so many different Turkish restaurants over the years but we always end up going back to Best Mangal . They always come top of our choice at the end. Please try it if you haven't already

We have ordered from The Best Mangal several times as a take away, and I must say the food is delicious (even if a little over priced). However, I am unfortunately one of the many neighbours of the establishment, for which they hold no care for. They have an area out the back which they frequently hold loud parties in until 1am on weekdays - and the weekends are even worse. I have no issue in these parties, but this back room has only a piece of material (which stays open in summer & is even louder) as the ceiling, they instead could have the loud music in the other part of the restaurant! Meaning our whole building is kept up with loud music & drunken screaming until it ends. Despite calling & asking for the music to be turned down on several occasions after my young son has woken up for the 3rd time in a night, nothing changes! I’ve even had an extra layer of glass put into my window to try and block it out, unfortunately I can still hear it! And don’t even get me started on the parties that happened during lockdown, when we were all stuck inside and had to listen to it all! A total lack of respect for your neighbourhood, you’ve definitely lost some local customers, myself included.

We order mixed grill and shish kebab it was very dry no taste and small portion the plated looks like left over , and the chicken wings were full of hair , when I talk to the waitress she said to me all of the wing are like this lol I almost vomit in that table cause that uneatable food specially ! The owner takes time to talk with his guests and his friendly team go about their duties jovial, accurately and speedily. The starters are very tasty and the mains are the best i have tasted anywhere. All washed down with the words finest Efes beer....

Birthday dinner as we’d heard good things about this restaurant. The starters were nasty, calamari was microwaved and I had to request a fresh dish and was told they’ll not charge me for it but couldn’t replace it. The meat platter is over priced and the salad was lettuce and limp gherkin pickles and squishy olives yuk. The meat was raw and the lamb and chicken raw. I ordered the falafel and it was tasty but the portion size was small for what it cost. My partner got the chicken shish and it was even smaller but much much more expensive! The waiter was disrespectful and there was no ambience. We ended up buying more food on the way home. Average food, well overpriced.

I went into best mangal after hearing so many good things about it. The moment i stepped into the store i was greeted by a gentleman woth short curly hair and and beard. He was absurdly flirty with me and it made me feel uncomfortable but overall the food was amazing but the takeaway staff may need to change if you want to please all female customers

Kebab was ok but for £12.50 for one small kebab, small salad and shared pita bread....they’ve let themselves down. Bad value for money so definitely won’t be going back.

My order got missed up with a big other order, the waiter offered me the big order with no additional charge, it was so delicious then i have decided to pay for it, they accepted under the terms that they will offer me the dessert for free, i agree and it was un forgettable situation for me.

We work quite late and was in the area, most places were shutting down and decide to go for a kebab instead. We discovered as we walk inside there is a restaurant room, and instead eating our food on the go, we sat down.

We had a quick dinner at Best Mangal 1 before a gig at the nearby Nells Jazz & Blues Club. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal. We had a chicken Beyti, an Adana kebab and ended with a piece of Baklava. I also had a pint of Efes draft. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the grilled meats and the bulgur pilav. Our total bill was about £30. Highly recommended.

Every time I go here the service is friendly, they remember my kids and the food is fantastic. It is simple fresh cuisine cooked really well. Can not recommend it enough.

This has to be the best Turkish food restaurants in all of Chelsea and Fulham Broadway. You can watch the catering right infront of you and know how they make it. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is very clean and cosy. I have been coming here for over 6 years now and never felt disappointed one bit.

We were just walking around getting acquainted with the neighborhood after checking in to our lodging. The intoxicating aroma of hot smoking meat came billowing out of this restaurant. We checked out the menu and came back later for dinner. It wasn't too hard to get a table for 2 at about 7:30, but we were glad we didn't get there any later, as the place is popular for dine in and take out. We got the Kebap dinner for two. What an incredible value! Five kinds of meat, a small salad, couscous, bread, for £27.95 and we couldn't finish half of it! So much food! We took leftovers home and had them for lunch and dinner the next day and STILL had food leftover. The ground lamb, skewered chicken, and steak were especially good. We highly recommend this place. They are extremely friendly people and the food is satisfying, the portions ample, the ambience warm, and the location near West Kensington tube station makes it very convenient. Go there early if you want a table guaranteed. We saw people waiting half an hour for their take out bags. Obviously it's a local favorite.

4.5 out of 5 from me. Superb Saturday night tucker. Sharing platter was great. Had a spiffing Turkish wine (the 2nd one on the menu)... A step up from the usual kebab. Seating area not the best but adequate. Hope to be back.

Open buffet Turkish Breakfast was amazing except bread was not fresh at all. Also Turkish tea they bring to the table in a pot gets cold really quickly but that’s only a problem for tea addicts like me. Still recommended.

The best kebab in the UK - no kidding. Whenever I venture vaguely near London, I plan my trip around a visit here! So different to the typical kebab; this is proper lamb cooked kebab style - absolutely amazing flavour!

Revisited this place again after a few years and it’s still probably the best Turkish sit down restaurant. The grill meats are amazing. Tender , well seasoned and so so tasty. Salads are great too. Fatoush. Ezme and their standard salads all fresh and authentic....

Literally found this place by accident, staying local wanted something to eat in the eve so went for a walk & found what we thought was an ordinary kebab shop, how wrong we were! We ordered 2 donners like you would & were given 2 kebab wraps, the flavours were amazing, it tasted so authentic & full of different flavours, nothing like the greasy kebab you get on the hight Street. What a fab little find, wish we were staying longer to explore the full menu!

We have been to this restaurant with other 7 friends, place is very nice and clean, food was very delicious, had platter cold and hot maze, main courses was to big, ordered platter for 4 times 2, could finish portions are very generous, waiter offered us mint tea as complementary. I can’t say anything bad about this place, even the bathrooms are ever so clean and well decorated. Back to the main part.. food is absolutely delicious and well flavoured. So many variety of starters and you can’t just pick one or two. The mains oh the Chicken wings, the tikka, kofta or even the chops they all tasted so amazing. And afters had to finish of with some Turkish tea and baklawa. Honestly must go visit this place and try it for yourself. I can’t fault anything even the staff were ever so friendly and helpful. 100000000/100. I can go on and on about how perfect our night was and the owner such a good hearted man x bless him. Definitely go and try this place out, you won’t regret it. You will probably be thanking me.. see attached pictures of how the food looked & trust me it tasted as good as they looked.

Yo rara vez consigues tomar una forma y después de esta experiencia, probablemente no lo haremos por un largo tiempo. Estaba muy ocupado, sin embargo, no parece ser una excusa para un servicio tan maleducado. Le dije al camarero en el hasta que me gustaría varias veces, él parecía tener mucha dificultad para hacerlo bien. La comida perdía de la bolsa y todo sin haber acabado en la planta si no hubiera utilizado una bolsa resistente. Yo también quedé impresionado por no tener que pagar por el arroz, que debe estar incluido.

It was nearly a disaster, as we originally booked online at Best Mangal 1, on the south side of the A40. When we arrived, it was clearly closed and undergoing renovation. I was about to give up when I remembered that there was another Best Madgal close by. We walked there in about 3 minutes and were warmly welcomed. From then on, it was a fantastic experience. As we didn't have a lot of time, we simply chose the shared cold mezza and then the shared platter, the Anatoli feast for four. I was keen to try the prawns, so added this as a starter. However, when we tasted the prawns, they were incredible and we ordered another plate of them. I've eaten prawns all over the world, barbeque my own, but these were quite possibly the most fabulous tasting prawns I've ever had. The bread that comes with the starters was also fantastic, and there was plenty of each dip, each clearly freshly made. When the main course came, it was a huge pile of delicious meats, rice and kisir, accompanied by a lovely salad and plenty more bread. The meats were tender and tasty, with a slight hint of spicy heat, but the charred chillies on the platter easily added considerably more heat if you wanted. The ribs and lamb were my particular favourites. The service was also excellent; attentive and friendly without being overbearing. It was a great way to set ourselves up for a brisk walk to the Apollo, and we really did need the exercise. Highly recommend it; I just wish there was a Best Mangal closer to us in Southampton.

Let me start by saying that I’ve been going to this restaurant for some time and whenever I have someone visiting, this is definitely one of the first places I take them. When it comes to the food I fully recommend the grills – they are always tasty, not burned, not salty…just right! They have some really good starters which are always done fresh! Their falafel is also very good and their humus is one of my favourite ones.It’s simple and authentic food that will please anybody. The portions are very filling and there’s a choice for everybody. Combine this with the great staff and you get a memorable experience.Fully recommend it!

The Restaurant was recommended by the receptionist of our hotel. It's situated Beat Kensington West Station. We went there on a Sunday at 22:30 and kitchen was still open. The Restaurant was still full of guests. The atmosphere is very authentic. It felt like making a short holiday trip to Istanbul or Izmir.The Choice of Food is great. We had really delicious platters with meat as well as vegetarian. Service was very attentive and fast.

This is my regular haunt for kebabs. Not your typical 'Friday night on the beers' type kebabby though. You'll pay more, but it's easily worth it. Fresh, authentic ingredients cooked on the charcoal grill behind the counter. The Shish Kebab is my favourite, and is pretty big. Also to be recommended are the Borek - triangular ones ideally.Service isn't always with a smile, but they're never rude or anything and normally have a laugh.Worth noting that card payments below £15 are a problem. Take cash.

Special mention to the staff of the Best Mangal Fulham rd. Visited Saturday evening without a booking and although busy at the time we were welcomed in and accommodated with a table in no time. There was an excellent vibe and a hubub of chitter chatter amongst the patrons. The staff were all friendly and the food was really really good, the best meal out ive enjoyed in a long time. Top marks to everyone and although a visitor I will go again.

helpful, polite and great grub, the kebabs were very tasty and plentiful. may go back tomorrow. This is a very small restaurant though.

My partner picked me up a falafel wrap from here yesterday and we went back the next day for more of the same. Absolutely delicious! I'll be a regular here.

Amazing kebobs and grilled foods. Highly recommend the chicken and lamb kebobs. Hey them as wraps with all the sauces. I got takeaway here twice on my trip to London, I enjoyed it so much!

Love this little Turkish place. If you want grilled meat with salad, rice or potatoes come here. They serve alcohol, but also do BYO, which is fairly rare in London. Go for the minced lamb kebab. Confusingly there's another Best Mangal in the same street, but I like this one at 104 North End Road. Very close to West Ken tube.£40 for two (2 beers, 2 starter and 2 main).

We visited for a family takeaway and all voted these guys as the kings of kebabs! They take kebabery to a whole new level, cooking the meat over their coal bed. The staff are amazingly quick and great fun for a bit of banter while the food is cooking too. Best of all the kebabs were absolutely delicious!! Great tasting, quality ingredients and we'll presented, first class and we'll worth making a detour to visit!

Popped in for a quick lunch. Very simple but good food, flavourful and large shish well cooked and presented. Bread also excellent. Friendly and courteous staff. Don't go past without stopping for a bite.

Probably the best Turkish food we've ever had. The whole family absolutely loved it. Great place to eat in with friendly staff and delicious food. It wasn't very expensive considering the size of portions and the ambience we were in. Definitely a must go place!

I live close to this restaurant and I visit it regularly. The value for money is amazing. The meat isn't as good as the $30 Rib eye or Fillet steak. But the portions are big, made in BBQ style in specific Turkish way which in a way gives you a lot of smaller pieces instead of one huge piece. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere with friendly staff. Lastly, I would say that I am amazed by the value as the food is quite cheap. Five stars!!!

This is the best Turkish food I've ever had and one of the top meals overall! Incredibly authentic, delicious, and reasonably priced! Large portions! I wouldn't call it "fast food" because that is insulting, but they do have a wide range of take-out.
