My first visit was nearly 16 years ago! I used to frequent the branches in West Kensington. I'd never tasted Turkish food of that quality before so was amazed to find this place . My go to was the wraps or the wings but tried other things on the menu also . Sadly , I found when the previous owners family? took over 🙏 , the standards dropped . The wings for instance used to be twice the size they are now , high welfare and good quality meat ... now...you can forget it. We were spoilt when the previous owner was in charge. Based on the drop in standards , I don't recommend. So sad The current reviewers don't know any better..but the old school customers do

Ordered a lamb shish with chips and salad which was priced at £22.40, asked if I could have an extra skewer of lamb shish ,knowing I would have to pay extra but when I finished and requested the bill I was shocked that I had been charged £22.40 for the extra skewer there was no extra salad or chips included so my lunch came to £44.80 , when I questioned the manager he said he'll give me £5 discount, so very over priced and won't be visiting again !!!!

Wonderful experience with simple and very tasty Turkish cuisine. Good meat spiced just right and cooked to perfection. The lamb liver with fresh onion is not to be missed for lovers of offal, absolutely fantastic. Salads and vegetables seasoned to perfection, fresh and tasty. The perfect service balancing professionalism with familiarity. I have been to this restaurant twice already and will be back soon. Strongly recommended.

This restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious and the portion they serve , is more than enough. A very positive and good atmosphere, the price is very reasonable and the staffs are very welcoming. A very positive vibe there. Will definitely go there again , and i recommend this turkish restaurant.

We order a simple lamb doner and we wait more than 45 min. Thus used to be one of my favorite spot to eat. Not anymore. £7 for one botte of Beer is unacceptable for a garden that had rubbish in the sorrounding areas. No anbiance at all. Staff didattico even Bother to come back and ask if we was happy with our meal. We had to get up and walk to the front desk to ask for Salt and Pepper. 2 lamb doners and 2 beers come to £50.. joke

Was too eager to eat and forgot to take photos. Delicious food and fair value. We will be back again for the combo grill platter xx

Been here twice and it was excellent both times, great quality food and nice staff. Particularly recommend the Iskender - loads of veal kebab with crispy pita & yoghurt. Doesn’t get much better.

I’ve lunched her before and each time the lunch menu is absolutely delicious. What’s more it’s heathy for me…salad nuts (hummus with olive oil) and marinated meat. No potatoes/chips no batter ! I do thoroughly recommend Best Mangal. CH

best turkish kebab ever. my dad introduced me to this place because he hasn't had it in 5 years, we both got the same dish "veal deal meal" 11.95 for a large wrap around the size of my forearm a large portion of chips with beautiful paprika based seasoning and a soft drink. the wrap itself was AMAZING it was succulent,aromatic it really hit home with all these flavours encasing my mouth the veg was fresh the sauce wasn't the main culprit of the flavour combination it was just right i recommend garlic and chilli for a well balanced combination. order was done in 15 minutes great service from this lovely woman called naz who served me will be visiting asap for a dine in experience

This has always been my go-to restaurant in London. I hadn't been here for approximately 9 years and I have to say that everything has gotten better. The lady who served us today (13.2.24 around 2:25 p.m.) has been a professional, she has treated us in an outstanding manner and with kindness all the time. Without a doubt, I recommend this place if you are in Fulham.

Best Kebab in West London, yummy!

Not the nice family orientated place to eat that it used to be. Very loud and full of drunk diners. Service was slow as order was noted down incorrectly so had to wait double time for the food. The price for three lamb chops was ridiculous. We were starving by the time the mix grill arrived much later so it would have tasted good. Won’t be returning with the kids as we all left with a headache from the racket. It’s a shame as it used to be more family friendly.

We absolutely loved our meal! The service was excellent, my little girl loved the cheese rolls and baklava and the İskender is perfect. I can recommend the Çankaya wine. Our favourite Turkish wine. We will return upon our next visit to London ❤️🇹🇷

Strongly advise not to order from them via ubereats. They don't deliver, refuse to answer the phone, and still expect you to pay for food that never arrived. :(

The food was either burnt or undercooked - no inbetween. The waiting staff worked really hard and were very attentive. This review is in no way a reflection on them. The only reason I haven't given a 1 star review is because of their hard work. The food was terrible. We had booked the private room for a very happy occasion and the food stood out for all the wrong reasons. Not many of us had more than a mouthful and opted to eat elsewhere after the event. The chefs seemed to be fighting amongst themselves after we made them aware of our grievances, which put us all off even more. The

We dine in this restaurant few times already. Love the food. There are varieties menu and all worth to try. Tho the price is a little bit expensive but their food portion is big. You will just fall in love with the food. Most importantly it’s Halal.

Very friendly staff they are so kind, the food is the most real turkish food in London and I love how everything is delicious and freshly made, we ordered mixed grill and the dish was full of everything, rice salad and the grilled meats, such a delicious food experience. Thanks for the chefs and the staff, keep it up.

It's not worth the price. I bought the hot starter platter for £35 which pretty much had 4 mini falafels on top of a tiny amount of homous, 1 suduk sliced into 5 pieces, 4 thin slices of Halloumi cheese and the tiniest 4 pieces of round cheese pastry. The mixed grill for 4 lacked flavour. The chicken and lamb koft were overcooked and bland. The doner was super chewy loads of fat. The best part of the grill was the chicken wings. I ordered a jug of mint tea, they ended up bring out 4 cups of tea charging me £3.50 for each.

One of the best Turkish restaurants in London. Everything we ordered from starters to main course were delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. I was also surprised at the price. For its location, I think it was very reasonable. Will definitely go back there again.

I have ordered baklava from this restaurant trough Uber eats and it’s was terrible 😞… it’s so embarrassing to sell such an out of date food to people . Honestly I will stay away from this restaurant . Please have a bit of pride when it come to selling food to your loyal customers .

Best mangal? Sadly not. Order was wrong. Food not great and manager was rude when we politely raised the issue of wrong order. Mixed grill with only chicken. I’ve been to lots of Turkish restaurant in London and I couldn’t say I enjoyed this experience.

I can recommend both dishes we ordered, my one was chicken- lamb shish mix, it comes with salad and bulgur. Second dish Adana kebab, also comes with salad, rice/bulgur . Besides that we get 2 sauces - yogurt(garlic) and tomato(chilly) and bread. We ordered extra yogurt and fries, but we wasn’t able to eat it because the portions are really big. To drink we had fresh orange and apple juices, both really nice 😊

I did order wrap and they put less meat in wrap then normal because they think we just eat it , don't release .! Basically they tried to save the meat from kebab wrap. Just a few meat and a bit salad wrap 2 big bread ( which was bot wrap bread ) ... just ate bread didn't feel any meat tastes. I think they are going to closing down as don't have meat in kebab shop.... ! Shameful

The worst turkish restaurant I’ve ever been too! Service was slow and appalling with people being served before us after coming later. Food was absolutely horrible, no flavour. We ordered a mixed grill for two and when receiving our order it was missing chicken & lamb donner. When I questioned the waiter he told me there were out of stock and the chef had put more meat on the platter which he clearly didn’t!! (Why not tell me this when I ordered so I could’ve changed my mind). After all that they didn’t offer no discount to our meal and tried to charge us a service charge which I rejected! Overall, small portions with missing items, expensive food, dreadful taste - never again!! 0 stars!

I would like to complain about the service at Best Mangal Fulham. I ordered a small amount of food which came up to £40.00 1. The item was not in stock so I had to change 2. Part of my order was missing 3. There was 1 pot of each sauce amongst 3 people 4. The restaurant in Fulham is careless when it comes to take out, I now need to go through ubereats to request a refund just because the chef ‘FORGOT’ no apology was made and I am not happy with the service. I waited over an hour for my food as I had to change my order and then uber had to find another driver I expect more for the price and I am extremely disappointed.

Me and a co-worker had the sharing platter and a lovely evening. Big love Andy. Absolutely recommend the two person sharing platter, comfortably enough for three people on that plate.

Hi everyone I been there today to have a lunch with my friend,customer service was rubbish, not any service on the table need to notice them for every single thing. I ordered lamb chops, The size of this food was for a child not adult at all , they charge me near 30 pounds including the service charge for 3 pice of lamb chops Without any starter…. Unbelievable Very greedy and unprofessional people Waste time and money

Appalling food, ribs were bitter, rough and chewy, same with the doner. After literally a bite I Went to return my food and the chef touched the food and then said I’m not going to return your money. Spoke with the manager and was assured my money will be transferred tomorrow, i checked and nothing was put into my account. On the phone the chef acted as if he knew nothing about what we were saying. ***AVOID GOING TO THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS. RUDE STAFF, POOR FOOD QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!***

This restaurant is amazing! We came here for Iftar in Ramadan, and we do not regret it one bit. They serve some of the best Turkish cuisine in London. Our host who was also the owner was extremely hospitable. She was very kind and she made us feel very welcomed. The portions were large despite this the quality was superb. This is really quantity and quality! I recommend this to anyone who wants traditional Turkish barbecue (mangal). This restaurant made our evening. From perfectly spiced Adana kebab to sweet tomatoey iskender this place is really amazing. And all of this for an affordable price. Unfortunately, I did not take any photos because I was so hungry after a long day of fasting.

Arredamento piacevole, locale non molto illuminato e purtroppo molto freddo, probabilmente il riscaldamento non era acceso, abbiamo mangiato con i giacchetti addosso. Il cibo ottimo, gustoso e saporito. Ci sono opzioni vegane, vegetariane e cibo con carne. Buono il servizio.

We had a very disappointing experience at Best Manghal in Fulham. The table they initially offered us was located near the entrance, which was very cold and uncomfortable. Although we requested a change, it took 40 minutes and several reminders for them to finally accommodate us. When our food arrived, it was extremely salty and cold. Overall, the service was very slow and lacked attention to detail. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience and suggest that others consider alternatives in the area.

This is the worst food ever, over charging people, I paid for this meal £20 they didn’t bother to put a piece of bread or a little salad for the price they charged, horrible taste.

This is a first class Turkish restaurant. We, a group of three, visited today at lunchtime and enjoyed great food and hospitality. The food was beautifully prepared, I had the lunchtime lamb dish which was succulent and came with rice and sides on a silver coloured platter, a platter full. The pudding I had was baklava and it was delightful, crisp, sweet with a fudge like centre. The lunchtime menu was equivalent in price to many chain restaurants locally but so much better quality for food and hospitality. I would happily meet here with clients in the future. Well done folks, keep up the great standards. 👍👍👍👍👍

Very expensive for their portions and the quality

A lovely place for a Turkish culinary experience in Fulham. Cooked and marinated to a tee, meats are well curated. Portions as pictures reflect are generous. More of a place to go with friends specifically. Service is really commendable and sitting opposite the kitchen for a meal, each to their own. A clean environment is always a bonus.

Just to start with saying I am not the type of person to leave reviews, however in this occasion I most emphasize how terrible the food was, honestly it was one of the worst experience I have had in a Turkish restaurant. The food was over cooked it was then slammed in front of us as if a dog was being fed(not for an animal should be treated that way) I made the owner aware of my dissatisfaction however he rolled his eyes and walked off while I was speaking to him which is NOT acceptable as a business owner. We left the restaurant immediately while being forced to pay for food that we did not eat. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.

There was a great ambiance here! The staff were very attentive and considerate, answering all our questions about the food. We only wanted small plates and tea and we did not feel pressured to order more or to leave early. A great place and would definitely reccomend visiting.

Ordered a Mixed Grill for 4 people which cost £71 - this is what I received through delivery. Cold. Do not order from this restaurant - poor quality, poor presentation, poor communication (they don’t answer the phone).

Last week, I went with my family & friends to this restaurant where I am use to going since 5-6 years. Its name was KAHYA since5-6 months ago but now it has changed to Best Mangal( i am not sure ifit is still a chain of other mangals) . It was always my top favourite turkish restaurant .but this time very bad experience in every way. The lady who served was not friendly ( even she didn't want to pass any welcome smile). We ordered prawn dish to try which was seriously had no taste in it except tomato sauce and total 4 prawns in the dish which was costing more than £15 More , I ordered lamb ribs which were overburnt on coal and giving burning smell even though under cooked because meat was like you cannot chew it. Other dish we ordered lamb beyti (minced lamb rolled in a wrap) but she brought on the bed of nan bread which we never like. Minced lamb was very hard to eat . Taste was not good. And when we asked to her , she said different name to it.& said you ordered wrong. Although we are use to of having this dish but first time we ate this different type . The MENU was written on a piece of A4 size paper ( if i am not wrong)which was unable to read in dim light of restaurant . It was very very tiny that you need magnifier glass to read. We ask her to call manager but the lady said he has gone you speak to me whereas we saw the manager who was walking outside. Our bill was around £150 and first time we came disappointedly . Management , staff and i think chef all are changed now as they change their name as well. I will not go again .

Absolutely wonderful food and hospitality! I booked a team meal for 16 people here and although we were a big group the service by Rumel, Erkan and Selin was superb. No ask was too much, they were friendly and catered to all the needs of the party. The food was top quality, tasty, presented well and portions satisfied everyone. The ambience, layout and decor of the restaurant was lovely. Definitely a must to revisit and would recommend for all occasions. Thanks to the team for a lovely lunch :)

Excellent adress for tasty Turkish food in fulham. The dishes are absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is very chill lounge .

Over the past few weeks my friends and I attended here once a week for a hour, whilst waiting for our children at drama class. The staff at Best Mangsl were absolutely amazing, incredibly attentive, polite and friendly. The cocktails here are amazing and strong, always well made. This restaurant is brilliant, I highly recommend this place.

Delicious food, pleasant staff.

El sitio esta buenísimo La carne es de calidad superior a la carne del rollo convencional de kebab. Nos pedimos varios platos y el pincho de pollo estaba muy bueno y sabroso. Os recomiendo el acompañamiento que me pedí de color naranja, ahora no me acuerdo pero si le preguntas te lo dicen. El pan también está muy bueno y el humus aceptable. No le pongo las 5 estrellas porque es demasiado caro, fue la comida más cara que hicimos en Londres más de 100€ me parece algo excesivo por el tipo de comida que es, pero hay que reconocer que estaba muy bueno todo.
