Best Kebabs and Pizza in Kingston upon Thames

Really poor service and burnt inedible food. Ordered through just eat around 4pm requesting delivery for 6.10pm. I had a notification that my food had been delivered. I called best kebab to explain no food had arrived and was 15 mins late. I think they lie and mark as delivered so they are not penalised by just eat. The shop said it was 5 mins away. After a further 15 mins now 30 mins late we called again to be told the delivery driver was on our road. The food arrived 10 mins later a full 40 mins late. The driver had no idea he was delivering food late and no apology given. The food when opened was completely burnt and inedible. The pita was rock solid and the meat burnt all over. The shish pieces were dry and burnt. The only thing that looked ok was the lamb donner. Owner was messaged after given number by staff and a video was sent to him after a quick convo. He decided not to acknowledge the messages and did not respond to my request of having the food replaced and then requested a refund. Really poor! Avoid this place!

Only takeaway in the whole Kingston which has a consistent taste whenever you go there. Their staff is always welcoming. Their tandoori pizza is a must try.

Some of the worst food I had milkshake was literally only milk with a slight hint of Oreo my pizza came cold and my cheesecake was hard as rock

Totally rubbish. this was the worst kebab I have ordered the chicken is dry and tasteless and the doner meat is so soft it's almost mush with no flavour the salad is not fresh and tasteless like it is prepped days in advance and kept for a while the burger had next to no cheese in it for a gourmet jumbo burger it was very cheap but the portions are very small so maybe not that cheap overall I will not be ordering again very disappointed

No hygiene and too much oil in fries .

Although our food came a lot later than expected, I wasn't disappointed with the quality, be honest guys if you can't find a driver peeps will wait for decent food👌 especially as the update said we had the food before it was here, made me give a negatove review that I now can't change😔

From the few times I’ve ordered, whilst the kebab pizza tastes good, for the price and sparing amount of meat it is not worth it. The pictures used on Uber eats are also misleading. It also absolutely destroyed my stomach, if you’ve already eaten there have fun with that.

Spoiled and burnt meats, avoid at all costs

If you're ordering off a app, don't. The images they use are of these beautiful full burgers and then what you get are these depressing burgers. They have the cheek to have them up for over £10! I will not be ordering from them again. Complete misrepresentation of what you're actually getting, especially for the money! They should be shut down!

I'm always Impressed with the quality of the food. I've had some bad experiences regarding cold food with other restaurants. However Best Kabab and Pizza always provide hot food and deliver on time. The drivers and the staff are always polite and friendly.

I ordered the pizza for my son , never again

I stayed in Kingston for two months. I have visited this kebab shop many times and each time ordered the mixed kebab (£19.99 in 2023). Nothing to complain about. The meat is good and perfectly cooked. The portions are generous. The staff is smiling and helpful. Don't expect anything more than a take away. We order, we pay, we wait and we leave. Exactly what I wanted.

This was my first and last time ordering from here! Disgraceful! All the Kebab was burnt, how do they expect me to eat this ???! The chips are hard as rock and over cooked to the max! When I called they said just do a complaint on just eat and you'll get your refund back! No apology nothing. Terrible service order was £40+ and that's what we get! Horrible! don't order from here!

Absolute joke. Delivery took 90 min instead of 45. I’ve ordered xxl chicken shish for £20 and got this tiny pieces of chicken. But hey i also ordered small chicken and chips for my wife and got this decently sized portion. Avoid xxl chicken shish is smaller than most small kebabs in london. GARBAGE with capital G. Never again

Absolutely shocking! Chips were cooked in old oil and burnt. Burgers are rank, smelt off aswell as the bun being burnt..No wonder they're buy one get one free! And the chicken tasted like fish! If I could give zero stars I would have. Just save your money and avoid.

I had ordered the chicken kabab pizza it’s smells very bad and the pizzas chicken pieces were very dry and can’t even chew them, due to this my friend got vomited.

Rude and put the phone down when trying to explain that my burger was very spicy but on the menu it does not mention anything about spice. I have tried to explain this to them. They're very rude. They're very arrogant. I would not go there. They steal your money

I ordered from here towards the end of the night And at some point they phoned and said they were out of chicken so I got lamb that was perfectly fine in terms of flavour. Very nice. The food was a bit cold when it got here but that could be because I also ordered a Dr Pepper. Hash brown was delicious. Onion rings Inni bit soft and the meat itself tasted good, but the best part was definitely the garlic sauce.

They don't remove chickens skin. I got a chicken kebab I had to remove the skin, was pretty disgusting. I couldn't eat it.

Had the large pizza and kebab deal from here twice and both times were awesome. Great value for money and great options for pizza toppings! (More places need anchovies and olives people!) the chilli sauce that we had was a little miff, wasn’t super spicy and was a little watery but this didn’t really matter considering the rest of it was so good. Keep up the good work and maybe add a lil kick to the chilli sauce ;)

Ordered a chicken Shish, chips garlic sauce and chilli sauce. PAID..got none of the sauces..AND THE SHISH WAS TOO HOT, spicy beyond my tolerance. What happened there. I did not ask for a spicy kebab. Not doing that s as gain. It was not the usual Shish. Still struggling as a result. You need to be more careful about what you serve!!!

I bought a pizza and they told me that it will take 10 minutes and in reality it took them more than 45 minutes.

My order was not only half hour late, I paid 10 quid for doner meat n chips with burger sauce and onion, I came with dirty tomatoes on it, and other salad that I didnt order and hardly any meat. I work 12 hour shifts, they charge 2.99 for service and extra for delivery. Appalling service

Absolute joke. Will never order again!!! Not once but second time ive ordered a mixed kebab and chips in pitta and no pitta bread turns up.. 10 mins on the phone trying to get a kebab shop to understand were missing 3 pittas. Ten mins later a phone call sating they will drop them in 25 mins. 27 pound and another disappointment

Ordered takeaway. BBQ wings are great and the chips are good though I do wish they were salted. The dips I had ( garlic mayonnaise, ketchup and bbq sauce) were not nice.

There's generous amount of toppings, and tasted good. A super large pizza is 15inches, and enough for upto 3 people.

Excellent service. I ordered the mixed kebab and it came nice and hot, and arrived earlier than expected, very fresh and tasty and good portion size. The driver who delivered was also very polite and friendly, and even called me in advance so i could come down from the hotel to reception when he was nearby. Thanks again 😁

Nevrer order late night they always say theyll deliver and they end up not delivering. The person picked up told me drivers on the way and ive still been waiting for 2 hours. Deliveroo order 0364 especially. This is the third instance in the past year with this place.

Already feel I have a bad stomach and I stopped eating it after a few bites , meat was definitely iffy but the chilli sauce tasted very off and certainly not fresh . The place was very dirty so I should not have risked it but writing this review so the owners wake up and serve fresh ! People are not stupid , they know when food is on the turn !

I’ve ordered a kebab and been finessed of £7.99 (well £13 as a whole order) for the WORST KEBAB WRAP IN HISTORY. These people had the audacity to send me a wrap with just shish lamb and no salad like y’all okay? Who on earth orders just a shish lamb in a tortilla? £7.99 for 6 pieces of meat in a tortilla? That’s a violation of the whole of kebab industry, y’all are not good. -5/10 avoid at all costs.

The best service and exquisite food. THEY'RE polite, friendly and helpful. I 💚 to support this local business. They'll do their absolute best to deliver even if you're not at your address. For example, last year they delivered delicious food at Queen Mary's hospital and enjoyed by myself and other patients. Couple days ago THEIR ACTIONS of kindness did overwhelmed me. I'm glad & thank God they're still in business. SAFETY and wellness to you ALL ❣️💯👌🏿

Food took over 2 hours, marking as delivered way before the food actually arrived, rude on the phone. Chips were soggy. Don’t bother ordering from here unless you fancy being kept waiting for ages

Delivery took 2 hours to arrive and food was cold when it eventually arrived. Phoned the restaurant and they mislead me saying my delivery was 10 minutes away. It arrived an hour later…

Ordered some food through Uber eats at this take away, put special instruction for our food as were allergic. Even rang in to the place to make sure our order was correct - the manager / person on the phone was immediately rude and incoherent but seemed to assure me that the order was understood. Delivery time was alright but when the food came the order was completely messed up; having cheese in both veggie burgers, lack of lettuce in one & over load of sauce but also got no dip which was explicitly paid for. As anyone would we called the restaurant to get a new order of food and telling them what’s wrong with the order. Instead of being met with understanding and a fresh order, was given a lecture about how every other burger comes with cheese even though this was not shown online in the description of the burgers. I believe their change of name on websites is to hide from their ever growing bad reviews. Their curly fried and onion rings could’ve been enjoyed if the burgers came how we asked them to and also came with the dip. Even paid 60p of ketchup we didn’t even get in the first place & it’s sweeeeet ketchup not even nice :(

Great kebabs, loads of salad, next to no oil/fat, tangy chilli sauce and nice guys as well. Ordered a few times and always happy with the food and delivery times. I order direct from the web site.

Placed an order called to confirm all ok. Hour later they cancel it, no explanation no nothing. Avoid.

Cancelled my order after waiting an hour. Even called them when order was placed. Shocking poor service. AVOID.

Their chicken Donna kebab is spot on you get nice thick slices of chicken. The kebab further up the hill. Kingston kebab it's called they give you tiny little bit of chicken with grissel on it & best kebab isn't as greasy at £5.50 it's definitely worth the money

Ordered large mix kebab, burger,chicken burger and wings.food arrived on time but the kebab was black. Burnt.was as if it had been ordered by someone else and not collected so they palm it off onto someone else. Even the chilli sauce was cooked!! Called them up and the "manager" was extremelly rude,shouting down the phone at me. Told him i want a refund. Eventually after a lot of yelling he sent his driver. Terrible terrible food and just as bad customer service. Will not be ever ordering from there again. Place needs shutting down. Shame i cant give a minus rating.

I've read the (mainly negative ) reviews and do not agree. The owners were friendly, the food reasonable quality and price. Having said that we did go in to get the food and not have a delivery.

Best rubbish food, we tried again and found that they always sell rubbish food I won't buy or recommend for an animal

We ordered mixed grill and they sent rubbish no fresh uncooked food and charged me lot of money for rubbish food I won’t recommend even to my enemy because soon I eaten some start vomiting

The food arrived cold, the burger meat was tough and horrendous, 2 types of chicken one was pery pery wings witch was cheep meat and very gritty, the southern fried chicken was tough and couldn't bite into it without hurting your teeth and the kebabs was not up to standard. plus they forgot a side of chips and onion rings and their reply was that "they was busy" witch is no excuse to forget a coustmers order, I will not be ordering from there I will be telling everyone I know not to go to this shop anymore and I hope they get more polite people on the phone taking orders as they hung up on me four times

Great customers service and delicious food

I ordered a pizza and had to wait almost an hour. I asked to have extra toppings, the owners said I am lying, I really don't mind, if they forgot something as we are human and make mistakes but to blame your customer of lying, is just unacceptable. Be aware as they have bad reviews they have changed the name to fattoush Lebanese grill!

The food came with all salad even though I asked for just onion which meant I could not eat the kebab due to allergy. The chicken strips were disgusting the garlic cheese pizza bread had cheese no garlic and the Bit of kebab my partner ate was not good quality. I was disappointed as I have ordered from here before but quality has gone down hill will not order again

Awesome food awesome tast...mix kebab was yummmyyyy love it... i will order again soon... one thing the chips looked old it could be because u guys cook meat produces in the same oil or the oil is old very old. looking forward for next time

Called to place an order from a menu which was posted through the letter box a few days back. Confirmed that they do a Super size pizza for £6.99 as stated on the menu. Went to collect and was told thats its actually £10.00 as the £6.99 only comes with 3 toppings (Does not say anywhere on the menu) to add to the disgrace the pizza came with a handful of pepproni when the desription says double pepperoni... to which the shop owner said is down to the fact that other toppings are also included so they dont do dobule the pepperoni.... why write double pepperoni then???!!!!!!! So misleading. Wont be going back.

Food was very good and it came even earlier than expected.

After spending around £25 on the meal which included a deep pan mighty meaty with stuffed crust (£2 extra) we received, much to our disappointment, a thin crust pepperoni pizza. After complaining to the restaurant we were told it would be an extra 30mins to make our original pizza to which we rejected, instead opting for credits to the account for our next order. Credit was never received and I am hugely disappointed.

Chips were cold and seemed like they were sitting under a heater for a few hours. Same as garlic bread which is either burnt or take some time to chew. Burgers was ok, very sloppy & greasy.

I asked for extra tuna and green chillies and paid extra, yet I could hardly taste any filling. Way to cheesy.

Mozzarella sticks were burnt and tasted terrible. Pizza was fine was slightly bland and the curly fries were so over done that my son couldn't even eat them. Considering he was unwell and the only thing he fancied to eat then it was very disappointing. Burnt food all round.

Easily the worst kebab I have had in the area, probably the worst ever. It was edible and that is the only nice thing about it. The pizza was rubish too and very small for the price. The delivery driver was extremely polite. Only redeeming quality to this place.

Was nice but not very clear I asked for salad in box and they put it in the kebab box when I thought it was going to be in a separate box .. salad wasn't very fresh and was not like the large kebabs I've ordered from other restaurants more like a medium but done the job I suppose

portions should be bigger, didn't receive free garlic pizza for spending over 26 which was a shame as kids were looking forward to it. Still tasted quite nice, just wish there was more to the salad & chips etc.
