Best Kebab & Pizza in Norwich

Food is disgraceful staff are jokers wanna hear the muppet on the phone being rude food is always late absolute garbage AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid at all costs. Bizarre man who I assume is the manager/owner telling me to hurry up when taking money out of my wallet. Never experienced something like that before, so I left. Also saw him try and charge a man £6 for napkins, what on earth is this place.

I’ve seen a few reviews mentioning staff taking advantage of customers who aren’t sober, and I’d like to verify these claims. The menu is already overpriced for the small portions, and a while back, my mate was charged more than the listed price for chips. One staff member pressured him into paying the extra amount, though I’ll give the benefit of the doubt that not all employees behave this way. Whoever owns this place should address these issues—both with pricing and staff conduct—and take a closer look at their own food quality.

To be honest £5 for small portion of chips. Way over priced. £6 for a burger you could get for a pound in great Yarmouth. £2.50 for a can of drink. I wish I had gone to five guys down the road.

Just been to this place and all.i can say is it's well.worth it the staff and cleanliness of the places was 5 star food was 5 star will be back

Tenner for a burger and the bun was stiffer than elvis. Would rather take my chances going to sloppy walters.

Horribly rude staff, incredibly blunt and quite unhygienic

I recently visited Norwich and untill I visited this store my experience of Norwich and it's people and businesses was quite positive and up beat, I entered this shop and I was with friends and I placed order for me and my friends total according to the menu board came to £46.40 but I paid for the order and my two friends alerted me to the fact that I had just been over charged and ripped off so I check on my phone to see what charge was on my card, I discovered I had been over charged by £10 it was suggested to go back into the store but it's a valuable lesson to learn I didn't wish to get into a dispute over it so I always believe that when someone is dishonest to me then unfortunately then bad carma is going to visit them one day. I advise anyone visiting the location of this shop to be on your guard especially if you're vulnerable and have few drinks this shop will try and take advantage of you think you won't notice, I will say the food we also got had bread in at bottom of containers and food was actually cold I won't be revisiting this premises again ever as their dishonesty is a reflection of who they are and what they are capable of doing to anyone.

Stopped at this so called Best Kabab house in Norwich, this evening, and waited for my brother and nephew to enter the premises to order, buy and pay for a Doner Kabab and two Lamb Shish kababs a total cost of £40.00. I have just say l have not used this seller before, and yet l will never again! The worst Shish kabab l have ever tasted, pitta bread was raw untoasted, the 9 pieces lamb meat over cooked and tough, the shredded salad made up 80% of the meal 2 pieces of tomato 1 of which was the end of a tomato. I just received a phone call from my nephew whom l drop off at his house after collecting food and he is not at all happy with the meal he received either. My brothers Doner Kabab was shameful quality also. My advice if you want good quality food would be to avoid this so called Kabab shop if you can. SHAMFUL!

Worst kebab I have ever eaten in 40 years! Tasteless and expensive. Doner meat was tough and tasted nothing like a Doner should. The pitta bread was not toasted on the grill, there was no dressing on the salad and the chilli sauce was like cheap ketchup was a pinch of chill powder! I was very hungry but couldn’t eat this poor excuse for a kebab. I will not be going back.

Pizza was edible, nothing amazing. Unfortunately it was virtually thrown onto the counter towards me by the man behind it Burger was served in a stale bun that was harder than algebra. Awful

Charged me 3 times for my meal, by telling me my card has been declined twice and that they were unable to print the receipt. I’m not the first person this has happened to, so clearly taking advantage of vulnerable people!

Charged £5 for one portion of small chips!! Avoid and go somewhere more honest.

Tried to overcharge me as they assumed I was drunk. Obviously taking money from those that have had too much to drink. Didn't like that I called them out on it. I orded Chips and cheese and was charged £10 "by mistake"

Excellent taste and the cleanest restaurant in the world. I definitely recommend it.

Worst kebab I have ever had, paid £10 for reheated kebab meat that was dry and tastless. Don't bother with this place.

Donner meat was reheated, small portions and very expensive compared to others found subsequently. 3 of us had bad stomach afterwards who all had Donner meat. Certainly NOT the Best Kebab and Pizza that's for sure.

Get £5 deal for Burger, Chips and a Drink from Turkish takeaway. Great quality, friendly people, and always reasonable prices their. Would return time and time again for my own burger meal deal.

Yummy chicken halep kebab. Very good service. They were busy and forgot my bread, but very apologetic and gave me 2 when I went back for it. Lovely food, great salad, and very generous portions. Would highly recommend 😋.

Juicy and tasty doner kebab. By far the best in the area 👌🏻

Awful. Paid £12 and didn’t get my order. After showing them the receipt and asking for the missing order, they rejected it and turned me away. Even tried to get me to use my card again and pay more to ‘prove’ I hadn’t paid. Horrible service and a scam. Do NOT go.

Food especially the Burgers are very good and quick service. Good all round food after a night out 👏🏽

By far this place is not worth the money. Kebab was under cooked and not right size. Never known a pizza to be burnt yet toppings fall off due to lack of chesse added. Would not use in future.

Wonderful people and tasty food

Went for a few drinks the other night and stopped to get doner& chips like a lot do after a few drinks, I’m glad I looked at the price before just paying as they tried to charge me £16 instead of £10, which is still a ridiculous amount, and won’t be going back

I love it here, eat in or take away, food always freshly made and kitchen nice and clean.

Few years ago now but this place shortchanged my very drunk friend (watched it happen) and then when I confronted them about it they locked the door and surrounded me, one with a big meat knife, and manhandled me. Not what I expected when I went in for a nice kebab.

The name doesn't lie, never had a better kebab

Only proper döner kebab in Norwich. Meat sliced thin with real red and white chili and garlic sauces, not the prefab mayo and Thai sweet chili or, god forbid, ketchup they serve in other places.

Me and my friends (all south East Asian) were looking at the menu and one of my friend was next in line still looking at the menu, employee goes to my friend ‘what you want ching chang chong’. Go to this place if you own a white pointed hooded robe and want to burn crosses. Bunch of racists.

The worst kebab I've ever had so dry with no flavor and the for the of amount of the meat you get for what you pay is definitely not worth the money. It's so over priced for the area false advertising definitely not the best kebab in Norwich go up the street or across the street alot more taste and less money for what you get.

Do not eat here, they will rip you off I ordered a pizza and a small burger, which came to £13.50, not only did they give me the smaller size pizza, they didn't even give me my burger AND gave me the incorrect amount of change. I told them they've got my order wrong and they did nothing about it, and just shrugged me off. Also, the food is disgusting.

very bad food. They brought out a cold kebab from under the counter for me, I should have said 'no', but i ate it. Way too much salt in the meat marinade. Made me feel sick and upset my sleep.
