BEST GRILL in South Gloucestershire

Ordered for the first time . Food was ok but you can tell the oil needed changing that the food was fried in. Tasted a bit old . Chips tasted like they had been reheated . Won’t be ordering again I don’t think.

Food was okay. Last time we ordered it was delivered after an hour and half. Ordered again hoping it was a one off. This time is was on time but the toppings on the pizza was wrong. I called them as soon as it was delivered to ask for a new pizza. After struggling to find the order they told me 20 minutes to half an hour, 40 minutes later and still not here. I call up to chace and was told its on the way and the driver had already left. This means it was over an hour and a half of waiting for the food and the other part of the order that was delivered first went cold, as we like to eat together.

Tasty take away, service pretty quick.

Another meal delivered on time but it's a shame they don't read the order, didn't want chilli in the burger, could of had a reaction 😕

Ordered delivery. Turned up 30 mins later than they said ,and COLD !!! Had to deconstruct the salad to heat food in microwave, and then just not enjoyable. Won't be using them again

Ordered through Uber Eats. Delivered on time and food was exactly as ordered and tasted great. Will order again.

Very poor quality of customer service from the young man ! If some can come into shop and buys food £40 even paying extra for sauce.Might Expect some basic common sense to speak to customers , pulling knives at customers when customer is sober then you .I actually should have called police !!!!Very disappointing Will definitely not recommend to any one at all . You can not sell maybe Good food with very BIG mouth and aggressive attitude !!!

Was quick and good. Even got a free slice of cake with “enjoy” and a smiley face. Was pleasant surprise

Don’t eat here the only food I had yesterday was a double chicken burger from this shop I enjoyed the burger but after 4-5 hours I’ve been sick and diarrhoea ever since definitely food poisoning from reheating chicken it’s been 18 hours now I’m still suffering from it

only ever had uber eats from here, it's genuinely really good but never been there irl. btw it's the best best grill that ever bested the bestest grill that will never be bested by any better best grill because this is the best best grill because it bested the best grill and became the best best grill, besting all the other best grills, gaining its title as the best best grill.

Yes I ordered through uber eats after waiting an hour then get a message saying order cancelled. Rang Best Grill, didn't want to know...said ubers problem...surely you should make sure you give the drivers th matching meal and address... askedabout refund, nothing to do with them apparently! So now I'm chasing uber for refund. Obviously won't be using either uber or Best Grill again. Totally unreliable and don't want to know.

Our order took an hour and 40 minutes instead of the 45 minutes I was told. When I phoned to cancel my order and have a refund I was told no, I was not allowed one then I was sworn at muitple times by one of the owners.

First time trying Best Grill and it definitely won't be the last 😍 Lovely staff and great food - thank you!

Best Grill is the best grill around, buddy! Highly recommend the cheeseburgers and chicken shish. We keep going back for more. Best enjoyed freshly made and hot, so I’d recommend you collect and munch in the car park outside immediately. See you there, buddy!

Very tasty, decent value chicken kebabs with lots of meat

AVOID!! Food was delivered late chicken fillet burger was cold and was like eating cardboard with no flavour. Chips were cold and the onion rings were burnt. Never going there again.

An absolutely first class meal i had from best kab, I drive for a living up and down the country and I often have a kabab because you get fresh salad and grilled meat. Well I can't rate this high enough , I ordered a best kabab, it turned up 20 mins later to my truck and it was definitely the best kabab I have ever tasted , the delivery driver was also unusually polite and friendly. Thanks guys.

First time ordering from here and will most certainly be the last! Kebab meat had a strange taste to it. Pizza was so over cooked it was like cardboard. Chicken burger was extremely dry and over cooked. If I could give this place 0 stars that’s what I’d give it. Please for your own sake do not waste your time. All went in the bin. Waste of £20!

Probably the worst takeaway the family has had all year, cold chips, cold pizza, soggy burger buns. The food waste bin has benefited from all the sh1te food. Stay well clear.

Scampi was vile and mushy, chips were cold and the garlic mushrooms were full of water when I bit into them. Also tried to charge me more when I got there than what the menu stated. I see this is an ongoing problem as others have been over charged. Yuck yuck yuck

Pizza had mould on the base and kebab gave me an upset stomach only reason I'm giving it 1 star is I can't give zero

I love it. I definitely think they should update uber so u can pick ur own can. They gave me diet coke!! Worst thing ever. I was disappointing to have a diet coke!! Other than that madness, the pizzas are good and I have no complaints on food. PLEASE STOP GIVING ME DIET COKE! give me anything with sugar.

Avoid this place if you don’t want disappointment!Pita bread and the Chicken was burnt and overcooked...The girl by the counter was absolutely lack of customer service.Told me different prices what was on the board. Side salad was like a kids portion.All ended in the bin.Worst place I ever been.

Employees very malicious mean ,owner should be more careful who he employs they have a salary and they do not care whether there is 1 client or 10 Is very unhealthy i do Not recommend ,bad workers ,idea of food and menu great but change workers !

THE BEST GRILL YATE AWFUL avoid, waited over an hour, daughters actually walked there to find out where the food was as wouldn't answer the phone. (Delivery driver even said he was meant to deliver ours first but went to Chipping Sodbury, then Abbotswood, back to the shop to pick up more delivers (While I was on the phone via my daughters phone to them and heard me). While on the phone they bad mouthed me and were swaering (yeap understand Turish!!!) Then after finally delivering mine he sat in his car eating (when he was meant to be delivering so it begs the question who or what food was he eating... customers food???) Finally turned up COLD and BURNT. Unedible avoid at all costs!!!!! ONLY GAVE 1 STAR SO I COULD POST AS CANT DO MINUS STARS

What a GEM service was very good Food was excellent. ( I have an allergy to bell peppers and cucumbers. This was not a problem for the chefs. They made me the dish fresh. Highly recommend this eating house.

Saturday nights alright for eating. Turned up without a booking fitted us in. Hood food hoid price hood service.

Pizza was stone baked but was greasy. The restaurant is clean and modern. I did notice the signs outside that was spray paint and looked a bit tacky, like amateurs work.

Popped in about 5.15 for an early dinner with my 4 year old son. The starter took a very long time to come out. My garlic bread starter was taken away before I had finished it. My tagliatelle was supposed to have spicey chilies and cray fish, but there were no cray fish and my son's penne pasta came out with my chilies in it so I swapped with my son to avoid upset. No one came to ask if everything was alright with our meal. The phone was ringing constantly in the background for takeaways which seemed to take priority over us in the restaurant.

My partner and I ordered a Americana Pizza and a Garlic Bread with Mozzarella to take away. We placed our order over the phone and the man was very kind and we had no issues in placing order. We were told it would be about 15-20 minutes before our order was ready which was fine. Milano looks really nice from the outside and has a modern interior. They are open Tuesday - Sunday 5-11pm and closed on Mondays. Our pizza and garlic bread smelt amazing as we were in the car on the way home and I couldn’t wait to try them. Both the Americana Pizza and the Garlic Bread with Mozzarella were cooked well however in my opinion the Garlic Bread was much better and nicer than the pizza. I wasn’t a fan of the pizza at all and only had 2 slices, I felt it had a funny taste and I just wasn’t a fan. However the Garlic Bread with Mozzarella was lovely and full of flavour. Overall I would say I was a bit disappointed as I had been told the pizza’s at Milano’s had been really good however I didn’t think so on this occasion as I would say I’ve had better pizzas elsewhere in the area. I wouldn’t say no to ever going back to Milano’s Italian Restaurant in Yate and I would definitely try a meal actually sat in the restaurant.

Best Italian in the area . Not to be missed for any reason.

We just had 2 takeaway pizzas from Milano. They were absolutely fantastic. Wonderful fresh toppings and totally gorgeous. If you love your seafood the marinara. Is the one for you. Great value for money. You've got to try them for yourselves .
