Been here today for a family meal for my dad's birthday, would like to say a big thank u to the member of staff Maria who served us and also helped me with my dad xx

Order through Uber eats. Food was packed well. Food was received quickly and was delicious. Thank you

It took too long between courses for waitor/ress to serve dessert.

I had a carvery. The beef was so tough that you could have used it as soles for your shoes. The knife would not cut through. The potatoes and vegetables were luke warm at best.

So disappointed tonight. Don't get me wrong the food and staff are lovely. Just feel really let down. We ordered a cakeaway from too good to go and showed up at the time requested. The building was closed and shut, and we weren't able to get our order. No notice given to us to say they would be closed 🥹 Update- I've changed the review on Google as the way this was handle was very professional and they went above and beyond. Thank you for rectifying the situation. ☺️ Can't wait to have my next meal with you again

We held our mums Wake at the Berrybrook and they did a really great job. The buffet was lovely and they kept replenishing. The servie was good too with firendly staff who couldnt do enough! I have had the carvery as well in the past and that was great too so all in all I can recomend the Berrybrook Farm to anyone. Thank you all for your great service and will be back there whenever i revist Wolverhampton!

Visited here on Sunday with my husband and children young waitress named Leah served our deserts was lovely very polite and made us very welcome would definitely visit here again, lovely to see such a polite young lady.

A very good pub! Food is good, both quality and quantity. Staff are a little hit-or-miss with service but doesn't matter too much if you have carvery as it is self-serve. DESSERTS the cakes are amazing, giant and very much worth the price. Will be coming again!

Not impressed, toast was cold and rock hard and sausage and bacon overdone. Mushrooms were fine. We did ask for fresh toast but that was rick hard too.

Me and my my family visited here for a birthday meal looking forward to a carvery to be told we could have one but there was no meat so we disided to order from the main menu and also told items not available ordered fish and chips the fish was very small not worth the money asked for a refund very poor service

Great pub and carvery. Took a chance as hadn't visited before and was on our way home from visiting friends. Berry Brook Farm had an excellent carvery and was more than a match for the Toby one! Great food, brilliant service, all in all a great establishment that I'd highly recommend visiting.

Went on a relatively quiet early Saturday lunchtime with 4 adults and 1 toddler. Food was largely very good and generous portions, minus one completely inedible rump steak. Tracey spotted that the steak had not been eaten when she came to clear the tables and immediately offered us a full refund, which was unexpected and much appreciated. We ordered desserts, which were nice, but some of the ice-cream flavours we selected when we ordered via the app were unavailable. We were not informed of this, and instead some different flavours of ice cream were brought to our table by a different member of staff. She confused us by saying, 'You can choose chocolate or vanilla,' but the ice creams were already on the table, so we didn't see how we were being given a choice. When we pointed out that we hadn't been given a choice and that we should have been asked which alternatives we'd prefer before the desserts were brought to our table, she didn't seem to understand what we were saying and kept repeating that we could choose chocolate or vanilla. Overall though, a very good experience given the inedible rump steak was refunded and the rest of the food was excellent, particularly the carvery and the sirloin steak. We would definitely return.

Banging food with generous portions. Hard to find a place nowadays that give you more than a handful of chips! Service was spot on and the atmosphere was relaxed. Great value and great food.

We went to Berrybrook Farm for my granddaughter's birthday. Tracey served us and was lovely and friendly. The food was tasty and the choice was good, although fried bread would have been a great addition to the choices of food avaialble. I would recommend Berrybrook Farm for a family meal whether that is breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food is tasty pub grub and staff are friendly and accommodating.

We had the carvery and oh my was it delicious, the cakes are beautiful but you have to get there earlier in the afternoon before most of them are gone.

Shocking experience tonight. Food served cold to some customers, our order was wrong and the 1 order delivered was overcooked and cold! Waited for the second meal but never arrived so in the end left and had a refund. Lots of other customers having refunds due to no show of food and cold food that had been served. Such a shame as this was a go to place for years. We will not be going back.

Food as good as ever. Unfortunately, the carrot cake purchased to take home was an appalling waste of money. No place here to put a photograph, but it was a small bit of cake for the cost, and broken all over the inside of the box.

We had a birthday lunch in this place with my partner and a group of his relatives. We had Sunday roast stile lunch, which was very tasty and a value for money. One of the waitresses, I think her name was Theresa, helped us to clean the table and was very helpful and very warm. We also had some cakes and ice cream as a desert. Also very tasty. Will recommend this place to everyone who is visiting Wolverhampton. Many thanks!

Great pub but the service lets it down, we was informed when ordering food there was an hour wait, when in fact it was 1hr 30 minutes. There are not enough staff on, tables weren’t cleaned . The running of this pub lets it down

The place is great definitely would say I'd go here all the time if I lived in Wolverhampton some of my friends and family also like it here and I know why now thanks for a good night

Called in for food after hospital visiting. Barman "Mark" was absolutely brilliant, friendly face, very efficient, no queues when he was on the bar. Just what you need to see. Food was very good, did not have to wait long for our food to arrive. Will definitely be going again. Big thumbs up from us👍

A group of us went for dinner, 5 had the carvery 1 had mixed grill, we paid for 4 regular and 1 large carveries. The woman behind counter must of had one on her as she just snatched the tickets without looking at them and threw them in the bin, then asking what meat we wanted and gave only 1 slice of meat until we said one is actually a large, never been to a carvery where they only give 1 slice of meat . Thought it was odd how it was just a staff member and no a chef on the carvery. The carvery had no flavor and the gravy was so thin is was like dish water, they also ran out of roast potatoes when asked for more, was told they weren't any ready. Don't understand why they didn't let people know there weren't any roast potatoes as 4 people stood there including myself with half a plate of food, going cold whilst waiting for roast potatoes. The broccoli was like mush and very limited vegetables.

Great place, food was good. Especially like the fact there is an indoor kids play area

Berry Brook Farm is one of my favourite places to dine at and my recent dining experience there was elevated by the exceptional service provided by our server, Maria. From the moment we were seated, Maria went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. Maria's friendly demeanour and helpfulness added to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic meal, providing recommendations and accommodating our requests with a smile. I would highly recommend dining at Berry Brook Farm, especially with Maria as your server. She is a true asset to the team and exemplifies top-notch hospitality!!!

The person that was serving took so long sed she would bring eggs over never did to busy messing around with toast it's a shambles 4 people come on at same time and she couldn't deal with it. the man with out uniform behind counter didn't look like he new what was going on all he could do was apologise also the butter let's not start about that it would smash a window but the Spanish woman behind the counter was so rude to us and the other staff member

Collected a TGTG bag - Cooked breakfast this morning. I was promptly addressed on my arrival from a manager. To which I was acknowledged and served swiftly by staff who were very polite and welcoming. Food was given to me hot and prepacked in a takeaway box by Maria. I was offered a bag to take away but declined the offer as it was not required. Got home a mere 5mins later to which the food was still hot. Good quality food, excellent portion and variety. Breakfast went down a treat and tasted even better at the value of £2.99 thanks to the TGTG app. Great that this pub is working with the app to reduce food waste and heres the proof that no food was wasted! THANK YOU!

Mar '24 we've been a few times before, with no problems, but we just popped in for a quick drink. It was VERY QUIET! I think I know why. The table where we sat, had a tin, where the knives & forks were put, for those wishing to buy food. The cutlery was put in the tin upside down. ie. The handles were uppermost, and the 'business end' was at the bottom of the tin! Not only that, one of the knives still had mustard on it from a previous customer...! 🤮 To her credit , I bought it to the attention of a manager, and she promptly took the lot away for decontamination! 'Buyer Beware'.

Unfortunately, this will be the last time we book for Mothers Day, and actually, any occasion again at Berry Brook. We had booked a good few weeks back for a family of 10 in the family area and paid the deposit of £50. Our table was booked for 16:30 and no time limit was given to us at the time of booking. My nan and my uncle were seated first, again no time limit mentioned. The rest of the family then joined. Again, no time limit was mentioned. There was no time limit stated on the table, and there was no time limit on the original booking confirmation email. We proceeded to order food and drinks, waited around 15 minutes to be served, and had no issue with that as it was a long queue. We then queued even longer for the food as we had a carvery, again no complaints about that either as its Mothers day, of course there are queues. When we had just about finished eating, maybe 10 minutes later, the same guy who seated my nan and uncle came to our table and told us we had 15 minutes to vacate. We asked why, and he said you only get the table for 2 hours. The time at this point was 17:45, so if that was the case, we should have the table until 18:30. We went up to the bar to speak with the manager who informed us we arrived at 16:00 we confirmed we arrived at 16:30 and showed the email of confirmation she said even so you have the table for 1.5 hours so it had been reduced now by 30 minutes. We said we were just told 2 hours now it's been reduced we haven't even had a chance to order dessert as we have only just finished eating. The manager said it's packed in here we've booked that table from 6pm so you have to vacate and your email tells you that too. The email didn't and we showed her this. She said even so, that's your limit. So no sorry for not telling you in the first instance i.e when you booked, no sorry for not making it clear when you arrived, not even sorry for cutting it from 2 hours to 1.5 it was literally times up guys. It totally spoilt the atmosphere for every guest on our table. At this point my sister hadn't even finished eating her food after the 1.5 hour mark and the kids hadn't finished their ice creams. We went back to our seats to finish up but 18:00 arrived, 18:30 arrived even 18:45 arrived and we were still sat at the table there were no bookings waiting. There were also at least 4 other vacant tables at the family area at this time too. So it makes me wonder why the manager lost all customer service at that point and treated us the way she did when she didn't have any urgency to do so. It's a real shame as we were booking for Easter 13 of us but aren't going to bother now because the feeling of being rushed is horrible....! I think next time, any time limits should be given at the time of booking, and then reconfirmed on the booking email and then maybe a sign on the table too just so it's there in black and white. My overall view of this place has unfortunately decreased because of todays incident and all the blame went on the new booking system.... The world's gone mad!

Was VERY busy when we came in they sat us at an alternative table as ours still wasn't ready. The wait for food was quite long but worth the wait by the time we got there. Downside, I had over tapped on my card and had to put in my pin which I didn't realise and the lady came over to me in the food queue and announced to EVERYBODY that my card hadn't gone through and I needed to meet her back round there. Think that could have been done a little more discreetly.

Served by Jackie, she was very helpful and what a lovely lady, well mannored and smiles and made sure we had everything we needed.what a pleasure she is to have working for your company. Also can I add the food today was outstanding chef Matt very good and the mash was lovely the roasters are best I've had and overall was the best carvery I've had in a while and I never rated this place before now it's definitely going to be my go to. thank you for a pleasant service will definitely recommend and be returning

The food was excellent and the whole family loved the buffet breakfast! Our sever, Maria, was welcoming, kind and very attentive to anything we needed. What a lovely pub!

The lady named She’ll at the till was very rude and sharp. I ordered meals and asked for two latte . She gave me one when I questioned this she said no you didn’t. I asked for the receipt she wouldn’t give me one Said you don’t need it . Had to pay for another latte. Meals didn’t all come out together that meant one was finished by the time another came out. However the nice man named Cyril sorted them out for us . But I didn’t like the peppercorn sauce they smothered it all over the meal.

Great service today from the most loveliest lady MARIA honestly this lady was so helpful friendly and polite I sat there listening to her training a new girl and I said to my husband that lady is so lovely I want to work with her. Honestly she is so happy in her job and a proper people's person she was a pleasure to be served by. The man was also lovely helping me with my blue light card app. MARIA you deserve a recognition and a promotion thankyou for today.

Come here often for my breakfast on my break at work. The food is pretty good, especially for the price. The staff are always welcoming, especially Maria. She always has a smile on her face, it's a joy to speak to her.

Brilliant! Mixed grill was cooked to an exceptional standard. Always a wait to get a carvery BUT it is definitely worth the wait, just for there Yorkie puds alone and even there chocolate eclair... It's Huge!. Good quality food cooked right. Staff are a credit. Very attentive, tend to your needs. High customer service level. We love going here. Reasonable prices for food and drink, family friendly atmosphere, nice and quiet. Dogs allowed outside. Beer garden is great out the back and the family area is spot on for the kids. Love it here

My wife and I had a lovely carvery yesterday afternoon at this pub staff was welcoming and well mannered Food was outstanding the chef was a credit to your business he engaged with all his customers and even made time to come and ask for feed back on our meal, the showstopper for me was the beef so tender and tasteful. We will definitely be back as Arnie would say 😆

Don't waste your time, Nickelodeon over Bentley bridge is much better! £3.75 X2 as I ordered 2 I was charged for what was ment to be 3 scoops of ice cream!! It was rock solid and the girl struggled to get it out..... That left me with what looked like scraps in a cup, not even 1 full scoop!! Having a crying 7year old, had to go get her a mcflurry!!! Oh and no spoons, so was given there cutlery to take home! Waited 15mins before being served, then another 15 mins before getting my order that was only ice-cream and dessert to take away. I could have spoken up but I just wanted to leave at this point as the Q behind me was a absolute joke. There was 1 person a head of me!!! And let's not forget the massive brown hair in my cheesecake when i got home, more money wasted and rather disgusting!!! Absolutely shocking, don't know how there still in business. Won't be wasting my money in there again!

Have recently been visiting Berry Brook on a weekly basis together with my 87yr old Dad who loves the carvery. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially Maria, Tracey and Kerry.

All was lovely with the carvery,my only moan was the crokery on the table was disgusting ot looked like it had never been cleaned from the precious diners.would I come again,not sure yet.

Came in midweek half term with friend and 2 toddlers, all machines in play area were switched off so no entertainment for them.... food wise no steak, in fact half of the menu wasnt available so opted for carvery as last resort.... had to stand waiting to be served meat for 10 minutes.... and when asked for childrens ice cream only a couple flavours available, also no tKe away cake available....i ised to love coming here afew years back but its definately nothing like it used to be

Carvery place???We book table for 2 comming 7 oclock afternoon and been told all Carvery food been sold.Shocking.Went to difrent place instead where were still loads of food.

Decided to treat my family to a carvery with the last of our money. We booked a table for 6.30pm. When we arrived we paid for our carvery and went round to get it to be told there was nothing left. We werent the only people in the queue and everyone was being turned away. Everyone went back to the till for a refund. We insisted on speaking to the manager who we were told was busy, (he was laughing and joking on the phone to someone). As we had paid on card they insisted it be paid back onto the card and would take 3-5 days to be back in our account. Due to this i had to borrow money from a family member to take my family to another carvery as i had promised. So ratings Food = what food. Service = no communication ran badly. Atmosphere = very tense and lots of unhappy people.

I came for breakfast & brought my nan as a treat for her as she doesn’t get out much and I was so disappointed! On the way there she even said to me that we should just go to a local cafe as she had a bad experience at Berry brook last year on Mother’s Day, but I said no the reviews look good. No no no! Why offer a buffet breakfast if you can’t keep up with customer demand?? Waited up there for 5 minutes as all the pots were empty, then bacon was brought out and there wasn’t enough for the amount of people waiting so we had to just have hash brown & beans whilst we waited for the rest to be cooked again. Eggs undercooked and coffee was that cold the sugar didn’t even dissolve 😵‍💫 I never write reviews usually but on this occasion it’s needed because what a waste of money! We won’t be returning, ever.

Absolutely terrible firstly it was valentines day waited 4 minutes to be seated then went and paid other half was given a standard carvery and paid for large. Went to order food waited 2 mins for server to come out and said we ve run out of veg I mean valentines day ..shocking then server came out 5 mins in total bearing in mind I'm diabetic watched them do the just eat bags and but them under counter so cold waitress spotted that we then sat down and could see people waiting to be sat then heard waitress tell chef diabetics were waiting on food been an hour know what can happen if u dont have something to eat u can go hypoglycemic shocking! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Good overall, came for breakfast and was a serve yourself type that included unlimited tea and coffee.

We had a really good time at the Berry Brook Farm restaurant today. The food was great. Our weight staff Mera was friendly, kind, thoughtful and hard working. I hope to see her again next time we vist. The atmosphere was pleasant. We would defnitely come back again.

My first time at berry brook farm after noving yo essington not long ago. Great food even better atmosphere and great staff. Everyone, especially our server tracy and the guy carving the meat was so kind and attentive and the food tasted great.
