The restaurant is so clean and very aesthetic! Got served straight away and the staff were so friendly! The food was AMAZING! The Dubai collection is insane & a must try. Having had the real Dubai chocolate, this definitely exceeded my expectations. This is my new go to dessert shop!

amazing service, i reccomend cocos dessert to anyone theyre lovely and nice. they gave a personalised box saying congratulations as my son passed his driving test. i will definitely be a lifelong customer here as theyve won my heart and i recommend everyone to either come to cocos dessert or order it. i reccomend the kunafa waffle it is beyond good. thank you to the cocos dessert team ❤️❤️

Everything was perfect! The dessert was exquisite! The Matilda cake was ideal, mouth watering, extremely good- melt in your mouth kind of experience! Loved it. The lotus cake, was awesome as well! Juicy, rich, and perfect. The staff were so sweet and kind. Loved it. Definitely coming here again!

I’ve been to Coco’s many times and noticed how they’ve adapted their menu and are constantly improving. I got a red velvet cookie dough and pistachio bar on my last visit and they didn’t disappoint. The pistachio bar was very moreish and definitely worth the hype. Service was swift and friendly, with hardly any waiting time, despite the busyness. I’d highly recommend them

I have quite a few allergies so it is difficult to enjoy desserts without having to remove half of the items. However Coco's is very accommodating, and they have gone above and beyond to ensure that I get a delicious sweet treat. I enjoy their Oreo Sundae, it's everything and more and I look forward to trying new items in the future :)

Since the dessert shop has been under new management, this has been my go to dessert place!! The dream cake is unreeeeallll & would happily have it daily 🥹 the pistachio white knafa chocolate was so yummy! Matilda cake hit the spot & the cheesecakes were on point The team were so sweet too! 🩷🩷

10/10 delicious unfortunately I made a mistake when ordering firstly I put Nutella and secondly put pistachio unfortunately didn’t realise it changed them both to the same sauce as I’m allergic to pistachio I couldn’t eat it, the Oreo milkshake was delicious hence the 10/10. Next time I will be more vigilant!

During my recent visit to Coco's Dessert Shop, I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service and the delightful atmosphere. But once I took a bite, I was blown away by the flavors; every dessert was as delicious as it was visually stunning. From the first welcoming moment to the last sweet bite, the experience was a perfect blend of top-notch service and mouthwatering treats. Coco’s Dessert Shop has definitely earned my loyalty with both its fantastic service and irresistible desserts.

Their way of talking was very rude and the condition was very poor. And they took 40-50 minutes to prepare the waffle,cheese cake, cookie dough and Ferrero, I don't think I will go there again.

Went to Coco’s in Wolverhampton, and the desserts weren’t great. The custard was cold, but they did warm it up when I asked. The apple crumble wasn’t good, and the school cake wasn’t as nice as others I’ve had. Still, Alhamdulilah, it was okay. Pretty aesthetic place!!

Night staff have no care whatsoever how they make the food. This isn’t the first time this has happened which is why I’m now brought to write this review. The cookie dough is already sweet, plastering it with sauce is just going to make it taste sickly. I hope the night staff are reprimanded for this. Who wants to wait for this mess of a food? It’s disappointing. Won’t be ordering again.

I had very bad experience at Coco Dessert Factory Dudley road . First they serve the order late and when I asked that you said 2 minutes and you take lot of time . Member of staff so called she said I am the sister of the owner told me that if you can’t wait .you can leave the shop and she said don’t come here again that’s how they treat the customer. The girl was too rude and she repeated said over and over again .dont come to this shop .

Used to be our favourite dessert place, menu was great with lots of flavours and desserts was loaded, you got your moneys worth. We've recently ordered and was saddened to see they removed our favourite flavour rolo, they also removed kit kat which was a great flavour too and desserts weren't as loaded. It looks like online there's been a menu redone and looks like they're trying to be more fancy now when the authentic crazy dessert place was much better! Haven't been in store yet, only ever ordered online. Still great desserts and quality though.

Best deserts in Wolverhampton I have to be honest. Whether you're a sprinkle cake and custard guy or Cookie doe and ice cream guy tht have it all. Could do with having a sink in the establishment or a toilet. And the girls behind the counter could smile more.

I’m not happy with my purchase, when I spend over £10 on a waffle I expect it to be worth it. Not only was it cold when it got to me but the fruit tasted like it was cut days ago and it was just not what I expected. I’m not happy with the service and having ordered from you before I knew what to expect and this time I was not happy at all and I would like a full refund back to my bank.

Missing items on my waffle which i paid extra for.

I ordered a milkshake and it was horrible , the milk was out of date because i can taste when milk has gone off . Customer service was just awful they did not refund nor give an alternative. Do not spend your hard earned money into this business as i feel they definitely don’t deserve mine. If it was up to me id put 0 stars for everything.

I ordered a pistachio chocolate bar the viral Dubai it is very over priced as I I thought I was gonna have a full bar but I only had a small portion I wouldn’t of ordered if it said in the discription

Been here a few times and terrible customer service. I don’t even bother ordering on uber eats anymore because once i had to wait 2 HOURS for a cookie dough which was freezing by the time i got it and ice cream was just a watery mess. It shouldn’t take 2 hours to come when it’s a 10 - 15 minute drive away. I remember calling up multiple times asking when it was going to be here and they kept saying “you’re next , you’re next” as they don’t always have Uber drivers. Sometimes they deliver it themselves. Owners accused me of making things up but weren’t your own drivers delivering in 2020???? Your food is terrible and never coming back

My first & definitely will be my last time here. The waffles were extremely doughy & were not cooked enough, strawberries were not fresh, ordered extra ferrero rocher & did not get these, the ice cream was awful & had icy chunks in there so was clearly shop bought. The coconut ice cream was basically vanilla ice cream with desiccated coconut mixed in. There are much better options out there so avoid & spend your money elsewhere

I am appalled with the driver being insistent on a code i did not have but i had the order receipt and my phone number stands their being rude arguing with me i get off you guys all the time and i am being spoken too in an untoward manner. That also woke up my family who works!! This is atrocious
