Had a fantastic fish and chips experience! The fish was super fresh and perfectly crispy, and the chips were thick, golden, and delicious. The side salad was also really refreshing. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional – top quality service! Everything came out quickly, and I felt really well taken care of. Definitely coming back again!

Very fresh fish, great ambiance, friendly staff. In addition to the fish and chips they are serving pies, burgers, sausages and more. I tried cod fish and it was really delicious and fish is very juicy. I recommend this shop for every one who wanna try best fish and chips.

Delicious fish and chips made to order with fresh fish. It's not very big but the service is very fast. I called a little before going and they reserved a table for us.

It tasted very tasty. Nice big portion. Every day there is new fresh fish, according to the owner, which is great 👍🏻

Superb fish and chips cooked to order. Portion size excellent. Chips perfectly cooked and not at all greasy, fish superb with light batter. Cost is 14.50 for cod and chips April 2025 but that's London prices and it was worth it.

We came here for food before the Mrs Doubtfire show as it was literally a 2min walk from the Shaftesbury Theatre & OMG! SO glad we did! The food was D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S!! We chose Ben's for lunch by chance, but we're glad we chose Ben's. Immaculate and extremely delicious. The portions are very large, in fact it may be the largest portion of fish and chips I have ever eaten in England. The operators and employees are also very friendly and caring.

I had a fantastic experience at this fish & chips restaurant! The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside — just how it should be. The chips were golden, thick-cut, and wonderfully seasoned. Everything was served hot and fresh, and the portions were generous. The staff were welcoming, friendly (especially “Shravani”)”and made sure we were well taken care of. A cozy spot with a great atmosphere — I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I’m always in London and getting food on a daily basis, I wanted fish and chips one day and I was working near so I popped round to see what they had, the menu has everything you can think of and the portion size is crazy. When I usually go other chippies I avoid the curry sauce but here it’s insane, not too liquidy or bitty it’s bang on. And to mention the size of the fish is huge for what you pay.

Must visit... The food below my mind and ambiance is so good... Ayesha serve us and she makes our party time

We had a great family visit to Ben’s Traditional Fish and Chips! The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside – truly delicious. There was a generous selection of sauces to choose from, which added even more flavour. We also enjoyed a tasty Kalami on the side and a fresh salad. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Fresh fish, great service. In addition to the seating outside and at the entrance, there is also a downstairs area, which would be good for families. Fish is fresh daily. Fries are hand cut, just like a traditional fish&chips should be. And I recommend you not to leave without eating the owner Ali Bey's Anne (Regular Mother) Salad and drinking his tea :) If you're around, don't miss it!

I came here on recommendation and was very pleased. I have eaten Cod fish many times in America but none of them were as delicious as this. The home-made potatoes were also delicious. I would like to thank the owner, Mr. Ali, he was a very friendly person and offered us tea. I will stop by again when I go to London.
