While the Ealing branch was nice and staff were good unfortunately there were a couple of problems. Firstly the white wine was not as cold as I would like and when the bill arrived the £10 off a bottle of any wine was not applied. This was very disappointing and had to be pointed out to the staff who came up with a lame excuse for the error. There is no excuse for this and for these reasons will not be rushing back. You were very quiet and this was simple. Not impressed.

Visited the Ealing branch after walking past the day before and checking the menu. Me and my partner had a cocktail each for happy hour and also a starter and a main. The food was delicious, the vibe of the place itself was really relaxing and the staff were all amazing! Super attentive and friendly. The lady who served us was short with dark brown hair tied up, she was amazing!

Walked in without booking to the Elephant and Castle branch. Great food with helpful staff, if a little pricey, however, we did watch a mouse run past us inside the restaurant which was a little concerning

This is one of the best burger joints in town! I’ve been here many times and the service has always been great. I love the classic Bobo burger but I will be back in a few weeks to try something experimental. The deserts are made in house and are incredible! The banoffie pie is just ridiculously good! Do yourself a favor and give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Nothing Social about this place! Just popped in for a quick drink and was told no sparkling water and then didn’t know what soda water was it seemed. The strange part was then giving the bill inside a comments book however stick on an optional service charge without telling me and only noticed when receipt then given. Challenged it and was told ‘ oh sorry’ and walked off. Sneaky and not very honest and won’t be going back as customer service useless as well.

Excellent food, especially the perfect poached eggs. Charming efficient service , didn’t have to wait long for our food. Warm and comfortable ambience.

We held a party here for 30 people. The food was lovely and the staff were fantastic. Chatty and engaging and really kind to everyone. They catered for all the people with food intolerances. Thank you to the staff for making a great evening 😊

I cannot believe this one in elephant Castle I’ve been there from the beginning I understand Service will be bad in the beginning, but I can forgive it but not all this time it was so bad that I refuse to go back and one star is just too much And I was entertaining a friend for the birthday everything we wanted to eat was unavailable all the stuff and to top it all service was poor lackadaisical let’s see how long this lasts in the area so many options out there to be charging those prices and getting such bad service. Even when it was come time to pay the bill that was a long way to get somebody attention but I also blame management when it comes to service in the restaurant they should be around. I can only wish them all the best.

A terrible place for brunch or drinks, not enjoyable at all. Avoid at all costs. A stain on Elephant and Castle.

This was my second visit to this restaurant after a not so good first visit a few months ago, but I decided to give it a second chance. The staff were friendly but the service was really slow and food took ages to arrive. I had a burger & chips, which was ok but the burger was a bit overcooked for my liking and the chips were not as hot as I would have liked. My dad had the all day breakfast, which was ok, but the potato hash was so revolting it had to be sent back, as it was cold and soggy mush and really didn’t belong on the plate. The replacement was just as bad and absolutely no compensation was offered despite the food being left. The final bill for 4 of us for a lunch came to just below £100, which we felt was a complete rip off for what we had. Don’t think I will be returning for a 3rd visit.

We went for brunch at the elephant and castle restaurant. It was a Sunday and we hadn’t booked but despite being very busy we were quickly offered a table. I had the full breakfast and my wife had eggs Benedict. Both were very good and very fresh

Utterly delightful. It was an undeservingly quiet night (great for us though I do feel sorry for the restaurant). They were only doing the tasting menu at the time, but it was very reasonably priced compared to other places nearby so we decided to splurge. I cannot express how glad we were we took the plunge! Our delightful server Sophia explained every dish and EVERY dish was a perfectly balanced delight. We waxed a bit philosophical about how carefully chosen each dish and flavour pairings was. Go SOON as they said they may be rebranding in the new year. You won’t regret it (they also do GREAT cocktails and have a nice wine list)

Lovely food but menu always changing and menu not consistent. Online always saying closed but they are open. Management needs to look at keeping it open online and menu same daily and not take items away.

We had our staff party at Boho Social back in April and the service was fab! Mike and the team were so accommodating and incredibly welcoming to us all. The food was fantastic and we had our own bar in the basement which mean't we did not have to disturb any customers enjoying a quiet meal upstairs. Great location, great fun, would highly recommend.

So good! We had the tasting menu which was delicious and such good value. Nothing fancy or pretentious just really good dishes. The cocktails were also really creative. Reasonable wine prices. Will certainly be coming back.

We had our staff party at the private function room at Bobo Social and can highly recommend the venue, if you're looking for an intimate but bright and cozy space with it's own bar and a variety of seating spaces. The food was first class, there's a huge choice of canapés and they were not just beautiful to look at, but tasted as good. We followed with the set menu and again we couldn't fault this either. Thanks to Mike and staff for being so patient and ever so friendly, whilst managing our first post lockdown staff Party. I / we will certainly be back.

Outstanding experience We were a large party situated downstairs for a hen do. Well greeted and accommodated from beginning to end. The servers were so attentive, friendly and polite. If something was to take a little longer they’d let us know and I loved that. It’s also nice to manage expectations by keeping us as customers informed/aware. The cocktails were amazing and might I add the strawberry daiquiri was one of the best Ive ever tasted, however I would have liked it in a bigger glass or more in portion for the glass it’s served in. The food was amazing I’d highly recommend the calamari and capsicum burger and fries. Super filling and full of flavour! I can’t wait to return it’s a great hidden gem! Thank you so much to the exceptional service and for making our evening that much more wonderful. The whole team are brilliant their energy was infectious and made us all feel so at ease.

Granted only had the dark chocolate truffles and port but the chocolate was delicious!!! I appreciate the waitress “Zoe” taking time to answer my questions about the truffles. Sorry for the terrible photo!

We come to Bobo social often and every time the service is amazing and the food delicious. Tonight Aurimas gave us amazing and professional service and made our night. We’ll be coming back again 100%

Was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The waitress was lovely and the venue is warm and intimate, perfect for a date or catch up. Food was terrific. I had the peanut butter burger, truffle fries and lamb croquettes; utterly delicious! I also indulged in terrific cocktails, loved the Bobo and the Last Mexican. You can tell they source their food from quality suppliers and despite all the issues with covid etc, that many venues are facing, have managed to open an excellent little restaurant. Have already booked my visit back!

Lovely venue. Excellent, decently priced food. We had a bottle of wine between us and spent around 2.5 hours. The staff are really friendly and service is relatively quick.

I took my wife here for her Birthday. We both genuinely loved it. Pricing was reasonable and the quality was exceptional. Try the lamb croquettes and Korean fried chicken Bao. If you like your cocktails 'hot' then I do recommend the Jamaican one and my wife was a huge fan of Bob's take on a Espresso martini. I can only concur with other reviews regarding service. We were made to feel incredibly welcome and will be back soon for sure.

Visited bobo's yesterday evening for dinner with the hubby and daughter. We were greeted by a lovely waitress who was very attentive to our needs. There was a great selection of cocktails on the menu and I excitedly worked my way through the list, and I can confidently say, they were delicious! I went for the Korean chicken bao buns which were handmade and just to die for! Accompanying truffle chips just set my taste buds off! Sooooo good! The hubby went for the rib eye steak which was huge! And cooked to perfection. Bobos were so accommodating to my daughter too and she enjoyed her very own cheese board and burger! Highly recomend a trip to Bobos, whether it be a quick lunch or an intimate evening meal, it's a great venue. I will be going back

I work in the industry, the composition of flavours in the entree were far better than I expected. More often than not, venues tend to lack service, I am pleased to say this was not the case in this establishment.

Had brunch at this place. The food was great and the service was prompt. I would say the food is a bit a pricey but I feel it is worth it. The bill included service charge of 12.5% which I found surprising considering we were only two people. I hope the management passes the service charge to the people serving the guests. We were served by a lovely young lady and had a great time.

Warm welcoming greeting from Harrison . Cold crisp beer and a fantastic Korean Fried Chicken Bao. Service from the aforementioned Harrison was second to none. All In all a wonderful experience. Will be bringing back friends and family.

Food is fine and the new venue at Elephant Park is delightful. Lively atmosphere and attentive, friendly service. Quick, tasty for and reasonable prices too. Can seriously recommend a tapas-style mix with some seriously crispy squid and decently large and juicy king prawns.

Stopped off for brunch and we were super impressed. A really nice veggie/vegan breakfast and good coffee. But the best bit was our absolutely lovely, friendly and super welcoming server Lily! We all had the Sea Bass and it was lovely. The service by the Brazilian waiter was excellent. We ordered extra chips and broccoli which was fantastic. I have no connection to this restaurant but can highly recommend this.

El waffle no era del mismo estándar que el muy seco y realmente necesitan encender la calefacción ya que hacía mucho frío. We found a deal on TimeOut £6.50 for a burger and decided to try this place out due to the good rating on Google. I really don’t understand what the fuss is about. When we arrived, the waiters seemed lost and made us walk downstairs and then back up again in the hopes of getting a table (we made a booking). We ended up sitting right next to the kitchen where we had to listen to the staff members passing on complaints to the chef which was a bit disturbing. The burger was average at best. We asked the burgers to be cooked medium rare and they came out well done. We were never asked if everything was okay or whether we enjoyed our meal. Nor did anyone ask if we wanted dessert or any drinks after we finished the burgers. Ended up a being a very brief visit. London has so many amazing burger restaurants, I really wouldn’t go back.

Came on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was very quiet. We were seated downstairs tucked away in a corner where it was extremely quiet and absolutely no atmosphere. The burgers itself were nice though quite small - the debauchery was again good, but not worth £19. Between two of us, we had 3 burgers, chips, slaw and a salad and still felt not full after. Overall, good food but pricey for what it was. Sorry to say that we probably wouldn’t return.

Best burger I have had in London, but extremely slow service. We waited one hour for our food. Luckily I had no rush. I hope it was a rare occasion because they had a huge birthday with 20+ people before us...

We rented out the whole room for a friend’s birthday party. Overall it was a great time - the £22.50 set menu was good value for money (and had a very nice vegetarian burger!), cocktails were very tasty, but best of all was the service. All the staff seemed genuinely happy to be part of the celebrations, and handled us (and we were quite loud) with good skill and professionalism. A great evening!

The burgers themselves were excellent, as always. Service, not so much. Ordered 4 burgers and a couple sides, which should not be a big ask. After 30 minutes our waitress came to apologise and promise our food was coming in 'two minutes'. Which, through a series of follow-up promises, ended up being another 30 minutes. They didn't forget to add the service charge to the check though.

Went to Bobo Social for a quick lunch and it was great. Been here a few times before and obviously had the burger but as I am steering clear of red meat at the moment I went for the goat cheese salad. It was surprisingly delicious as I thought they would put most of their efforts on burgers.

Having been to Bobo a number of years ago, I was looking forward to my visit last Friday. I would consider this place a premium burger joint as the prices are some of the highest I've seen for a burger. I went for the Peanut Butter burger. When it came out I was underwhelmed. The bun was small, the bacon was minimal, big chuck of valueless tomato and leaf of lettuce. With 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 cocktails, and one side of chicken bites, which I wouldn't recommend, the bill came to over £61 pounds. For this I would expect much more. The restaurant was far from full, and a shadow of the good memory I had a couple of years ago. And while the burger was nice, it wasn't worth the price. Service was good, as you'd expect, but a slight lack of atmosphere, far too bright also.

Really good burgers and chips if you get it with discount on Nez, wouldn't be so sure it's worth the prices otherwise, but depends on the burger. It's a fairly small place, I usually get food for take away.
