Lovely quiet breakfast cafe near the underground (Finchley Road). Lovely breakfast, both savoury and sweet. Egg, avocado chorizo ​​is a must!

I hadn’t experienced buttered kale and avocado on a “fry up” until today but it was delicious. The restaurant was packed, a testimony to its popularity and the service was friendly and attentive.

Visited London from Dublin with my partner and had been to a couple of breakfast spots but we both agreed this blew the roof off the house. Very well priced, staff are friendly, service is great and the FOOD! My god, the quality of the ingredients was amazing. Would more than recommend and will revisit when back in London.

The food is yummy. The Sourdough Toast is quite tough, so if you have sensitive teeth, you should request for the Sourdough Toast to not be toasted so much. The freshly squeezed orange juice is yummyyyy highly recommended as it's fresh and healthy... enterior design is not too pleasing to the eye, it is very basic, expected for a café though.

Organic muffin. Don't let the green washery fool you, the food is not organic despite the suggestion on the menu, and I even got a telling off from the red haired barista for thinking it should be any other way.

Delicious food and friendly staff, this place is truly amazing. Pancakes were flavourful and smothered in syrup. Avocado toast with eggs and chorizo was filling and wholesome and provided a healthy meal to start the day. The yogurt with fruit was covered in berries and delicious. The eggs on toast were perfectly cooked and the bread was chewy and well made sourdough. The passion fruit, mango, and pineapple smoothie was highly recommended. Delicious overall.

Went to garden cafe on a Saturday morning and I was not allowed in because I asked for a table for 2 and then I said that we’d like to have coffee. Apparently you are only allowed in if you have brunch, very unprofessional policy that made me feel very unwelcome as a customer. I was effectively denied a table because I was not going to order brunch. This is a coffee shop and I would expect to be able to be served coffee. I cannot comment on their coffee and food as I was effectively asked to leave.

This places is an absolute must. Vegan options, gluten free options, accomodations for picky eaters. Is the atmosphere a tad bit louder. No duh. It's smoothies and fresh food, louder tends to accompany that but it's nothing that would impact your breakfast. They are welcoming and warm from the second you walk in. The food is made fresh with large portions and amazing cooking. My apple juice was actually freshly made just for me. They have so many smoothies and so many amazing options for coffee with quick fast service. I would come here a million times and recommend it to anyone I know.

This is a lovely cafe with great coffee and tea and a wonderful atmosphere. However, there are only 2 vegan options (the vegan breakfast and avocado on toast), so it would be even better if there was more selection.

Had one of my best English breakfasts here. The waiter was a proper gentleman. Everything was fresh and the apple juice was super fresh and really sour, haha! 😂 Unfortunately, it was a rainy day, so we couldn't enjoy our breakfast in the garden. I'll be back soon to experience it! 🤩

Food is good but the staff is unwelcoming

After a week in London, the best breakfast option we found near us was the Garden Breakfast Cafe. Market fresh food, nice atmosphere and pleasant service. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We went only twice and wish we had found it sooner.

I really enjoy this café due to its inviting atmosphere and its convenient location near my home. I highly recommend it to everyone—it's definitely worth a visit!

Unfortunately someone must have felt asleep today, because the employees were waiting for the manager to open at 9, but he didn't arrive. I decided to wait 20 minutes, during this time at least 10 potential clients came and left. I left at 920 because the manager didn't arrive. I wouldn't normally take the time to leave a negative review in what otherwise seems to be lovely place, but it's important to know that clients notice this kind of irregularity. The manager should've called the employees and ask them to inform clients that there was a problem, today they'll open late, and apologize.

The breakfast there is delicious, would definitely recommend the Early Bird! Delicious options, smoothies, wide range of drinks and breakfasts, nice friendly staff, great atmosphere and location. The perfect place to eat breakfast or lunch!

A throwback to the days when customer service in English eateries was reliably dire. Thankfully much of the country seems to have moved on. Not so the garden breakfast cafe. Serving staff not just poorly trained but with a bad attitude as well. Coffee was made with no care. Food was ok. Will not be coming back.

The service was terrible. Three servers walking around and we had to call them over after being sat at the table for five minutes without acknowledgement, and yes they knew we sat there we didn't seat ourselves. Then the food came and I guess it's their schtick but you almost have to finish the prep work for the dishes, like take the tomatoes off the vines and cut them yourselves, I had to remove the green leaves from all my strawberries on the pancake, the bacon was too salty to eat and the restaurant has very cafeteria vibes. Not sure why they have such good reviews but wish I hadn't walked .7 miles to eat there

A good cafe, just off Finchley Road, and close to the station. The menu is a mix of breakfasts, lunches, sandwiches, cakes, and more, and I opted for the Spanish omelette, which arrived very speedily. There was a choice of chips or salad; I opted for the salad. Good friendly service, and it is much bigger than it looks from the outside.

Lovely Café serving fabulous lattes and cappuccino's served by a beautiful lady. We sat outside and soaked up the sun. Looking forward to returning.

I visited Garden Breakfast Cafe this morning and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. To begin with, the portion of avocado on my toast was surprisingly small. For a dish that's typically simple to get right, this was quite a letdown. The service left much to be desired as well. The blonde lady in her 20s who served me was quite rude and obnoxious, which made the entire experience unpleasant. It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, leading to long waits and rushed service. Additionally, I was charged an extra £2 as a separate fee for requesting egg whites instead of an omelette. This unexpected charge felt unreasonable and added to my overall dissatisfaction. As for the cappuccino, it was just okay—nothing to write home about. The presentation of the food was average, lacking any sort of flair or attention to detail. Overall, my visit to Garden Breakfast Cafe was far from satisfactory. I hope they can address these issues to improve the dining experience for future customers.

Quite loud inside with music, staff sorting and banging cutlery. Ordered an iced latte which was good and French toast with berries and clotted cream. The latter took almost half an hour to arrive so I thought they had forgotten about it. Was a bit too sweet and didn’t stand out with the flavours. Needed something to cut the sweetness. It was also a bit liquidy, and the clotted cream didn’t work well with it. Overall it was not worth £15. Decent place with potential

There's plenty of choice and the menus are very good and very well served! A must if you're in the area. The pastries are excellent (be careful, they go fast). The pancakes are big and fluffy. Prices are fair for London, and the owner is very attentive to her customers' wishes. The staff are smiling, which doesn't spoil anything.

We have been here twice in 4 days. The breakfast is awesome, for vegetarians aswell and the coffee is really good. The Greek Omelett is my personal favourite and I recommend to try it. The staff is very polite.

This place used to be great, but now the portions are very small and the quality definitely doesn't reflect the price. Sorry but £17.50 for 1 egg, a frozen hash brown, deep fried sausage, beans, mushroom, 1/2 tomato, some toast , filter coffee and a small glass of juice is just not worth it. I know that ingredients are expensive these days but not those ingredients, sorry.

Slow service cold food . Need I say more?

Well the food was Okayyyy . The problem was the guy serving us was so slow and I think the food was hanging around. All the food was cold. We waited so long we did not feel like returning it. Quality of food OK Service so so we asked for a glass of water took mins to arrive.

This neighborhood cafe was a lovely find! It’s frequented by locals, but welcoming to tourists. The eggs Benedict with streaky bacon was a yummy and filling way to start the day. Our first visit was yesterday for lunch (when it was busy and noisy). There’s garden seating out back when the weather is nice. We plan to return to enjoy more of the menu and feel like locals.

The sandwiches there are quite plain and lacking. Perhaps the breakfast is better. Service wasn't particularly friendly.

The Garden Breakfast Cafe has great staff who warmly welcomed us. Amazing selection of tasty food and drinks. The fresh apple juice was creamy, fresh and sweet! (Not pictured). The outdoor garden area has lots more seating and could host an event with the large gazebo.

This cafe is on repeat for us because of the quality of the service, food, and atmosphere. We wish we were here longer to enjoy more often. We had the mushroom omelette and the avocado and Greek feta toast. The coffee is also delicious.

Sunday Brunch in this cafe was lovely! I really enjoyed the American Style Pancake and it was definitely worth the price. The mocha was great as well. The ambience of the place is definitely perfect for brunch and I was very glad that the staff were very welcoming when you enter the restaurant. I highly recommend this place!
